BAD BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. they sell broken appliances on purpose and it is a major major hassle to get any resolve. I really hate this store now. Really unfortunate. Do not recommend shopping here. *your customer care number you provided only referred me back to the store to get resolve. Their resolve was that I buy a new appliance ! And spend a bunch of money getting rid of the broken appliance that they sold me. Super frustrating, unempathetic and bad business practices. If you sell a broken appliance, when you label it as working, and employees corroborate that it's working, IT SHOULD WORK. that is the expectation of the consumer. Really not sure why your business believes otherwise. I will not shop there again for our farm renovation, no matter what.

Dennis in the hardware section unlocked a Klein socket set for a customer and let him continue shopping with it, when I asked to buy a kobalt socket set he insisted I needed to be walked to the front with it. I’m a union carpenter and don’t need to steal from Lowe’s. I’d shop elsewhere.

I'm deeply disappointed and beyond frustrated with my experience at Lowe's and with Woody Breen. I spent a significant amount of money on a washer, dryer, and refrigerator, trusting that I was dealing with a reputable company. But what I've received in return has been nothing short of a nightmare.
During delivery over two months ago the crew damaged my washer and the floor of my home. Since then, l've made countless phone calls, sent follow-ups, emails, and waited patiently for someone to take responsibility and pay for the damages on a brand new home. But all I've gotten is silence and deflection.
It's exhausting. I didn't just buy appliances—I invested in my home, and Lowe's has shown no urgency, no accountability, and no respect for the situation.

I want to complement Douglas, a sales associate for the outside lawn and garden. He was extremely helpful during my entire transaction. He got a flat bed cart for me. He directed me to the product location and then gave me privacy and time to make my decision by continuing with his tasks. Once I purchased the pea gravel, Douglas brought it to my car to load it in the trunk. He evaluated the contents of my trunk and figured out the safest location for the heavy bags of gravel. I want to thank him for his professionalism, courtesy and helpfulness. I was so impressed that I asked his permission to take a photo of his name so I could remember it for this review.

Had our new appliance delivered to us today which requires a waterline hook up..the old one from one year ago was right there ready to get changed out with a brand new one that was with delivery..was told they can't hook up water line..which was done one year ago with same delivery crew. Wtf. So how are we supposed to know if the product works if there is no water or is a defective appliance??? Talk about lazy..told them I guess I have to do your job. So sad. Can't switch out old line with new line...it took two minutes.. terrible..send me my check.for my delivery fee..mind you these items are not cheap anymore...thumbs down one delivery service...next time say need customer assistance on installing..

I placed an order online and scheduled a delivery date, which was confirmed. On the day of delivery, I received a call stating the delivery truck had broken down and they were behind schedule, so my delivery was moved to the following day. Unfortunately, the next day came and went with no delivery, no updates, and no communication at all. I called the store and was told the delivery could arrive as late as 8 PM and was still on schedule—yet it never showed. The order finally arrived the day after that, but there was no apology, explanation, or acknowledgment of the delay. Overall, a very disappointing experience with poor communication and no accountability. I also happen to be in the store this past weekend and saw an entire bin full of plants being tossed. These were plants that were bulbs (hyacinths, daffodils, etc) that come back every year and had already bloomed for the year. Lowe’s should incorporate a free section if they are gonna toss them out, as customers would appreciate it. The decorative pots were also being trashed, it was a sad waste.

We stopped at Lowes after driving all day. We needed a place to park for the night as well as pick up a few odds and ends for the RV. We were exhausted and unfamiliar with the area so asked the manager (Don) if we could park our RV for the night and get some sleep so we could continue on our journey the next day feeling rested. Don did not hesitate to say yes. So not only is Lowes equipped with everything you need, they actually care about the well being of their customers. And this is why Canadians love the kindness of our American friends

I had an awful experience at Lowe’s and won’t be shopping here again. First, the customer service was nonexistent. I waited over 30 minutes for someone to help me in the lumber section, only for an employee to finally show up and tell me they “weren’t trained” to use the saw. The store was also a mess—aisles blocked with boxes, products misplaced, and floors dirty.

To make matters worse, when I finally found what I needed and went to check out, the cashier acted like I was inconveniencing them by asking a simple question about a discount. Then, when I got home, I realized the product was damaged! Now I have to go back and deal with their ridiculous return process.

Lowe’s needs to do better—hire more staff, train them properly, and actually care about customers. I’ll be taking my business to Home Depot from now on.

Madison at the Moses Lake Lowe's was amazing. I was trying to look for a year old receipt. She could have just told me she wouldn't be able to find it, but she tried to find it anyways. She was unable to find it but I could tell that she tried her best to find it. Great customer service Madison!

We purchased a new washer, dryer and refrigerator for our brand new home that was just completed and arranged for Lowes to install them before we moved in. When they installed the appliances they damaged the laundry room floor and scratched the side of the refrigerator. We were told to file a claim and they would take care of it. We filed the claim and instead of stepping up and fixing the damage, they sent the installers that did the damage back out to our house to argue with us that they didn't do it. They actually said we must have taken the washer and dryer out and put them back in causing the damage ourselves. Horrible experience - Do not buy from Lowes!

Clean. Nice garden dept. Needs a hydroponics display/area. Masterblend-Magnesium-Calcium Nitrate; 30% Vinegar; black 2.5gal buckets w/lids; 2-4 gal black garbage bags. Also needs food dehydrators and 23qt pressure pots. And instant coffee crystals.

Pulled in numbered spot and did the "I have arrived" No one came out. After 15 mins I got out to stand in shade. 10 mins later, I went to pick up window. No was there. Stood in return line 10 mins. Was told those workers left at 4 pm today. I asked why did I get a item ready text. Can't they program the text to say closed early today. Returns went to pick up area and found my items. I called a manager who never picked up phone. Called for manager the next day but the screener said I have to tell her and she will get the info to manager. I got the read from script apology both phone calls. Also the short staffed excuse. But I do want them to fix the system for the disabled and elderly. They depend on their items being brought to the car. I 'll be going across town to Home Depot.

We went this afternoon to buy a new toilet. It was a great experience! Evan helped us choose one and was so polite. Everywhere we went, all were so friendly and full of knowledge. Paola, Susan, Madeline, all were so pleasant!Never realized that buying a new tiolet would end up being such a great thing!

Was unable to return an item that didn't work. They would not refund nor exchange.

If you encounter a young Hispanic female Customer Service employee (You can't miss her. She's about 5 ft tall & 5 ft wide.) She can't handle the pressure of servicing an unhappy customer.

I'll never patronize any Lowes - ever again.

I'm off to Home Depot..

This is a great store. It really is all about the people. Right now, they have the right people. They have everything you need with a Lowes. So, it really is about the people. One star is lost because they have a lot of self check outs, but it would be nice if they at least staff one checkout stand. However, Lowes has always been my favorite.

I really like the selection lowes has and the quality of the brands they carry, but their customer service in store is almost non-existent. You can wander for days and not find a soul to help you, or if you do find someone, it's never their department, so they aren't sure. Then they leave you to find someone who can help you, and that person never shows up. So you leave and go to the competition but you wish you didn't have to. I would give it more stars if I could ever find someone to help me when I go there.

Terrible customer service. My husband and I have been hung up on several times this month. 3 times in one day. Sometimes they don't even answer the phone. We chose Lowes for our entire renovation and at every turn there is always something that has been screwed up or mishandled. Missing parts. Incorrect quantities delivered and in their inventory. Management finds excuses to not help their customers. Should have used a different source for all our renovation needs. Shopping with Lowes is not worth the headache and frustration.

May 17, 2022 I bought a battery powered Kobalt lawn mower with a 5 yr warranty from Lowes in Moses Lake, Wa. I used it for one season in which it worked pretty well. I had to shake it a bit to get it to go some times but not too bad. Spring of 2024 I took it out of storage and the blades wouldn't turn. Wheels had plenty of power just blades would not turn. I found Lowes don't repair and no parts are available any where. Any way it was not Lowes problem. I must contact the manufacturing company KOBALT. Kobalt said, not their problem take it back to where I bought it. I did, and they asked for a reciept, fair enough, but I don't have It, so please look it up."We can't find any record of you buying a lawn mower." Its in the back of my pick-up. "We Are Very Sorry we can't help you, next time keep you receipt". Four hundred and fifty nine dollars ?Lowes are the ones that told me I payed $459.81 on May 17th 2022.All I expect is a repair, replacement or refund and honesty. My father and I were there about an hour ago. Two sales associates, and only one that can go back to get the appliances. We were "helped" then forgotten about after both associates were in the back for quite sometime. We both have had surgeries so cannot wait for long periods of time, but after a good 15 minutes of waiting, we decided to take our business to Home Depot or possibly Moore Furniture in Ephrata, where we will hopefully not feel forgotten about. If there aren't enough employees or people have to wait thatlong, bring some chaurs, maybe a love seat or couch for customers sit on if they have to wait like we did

Went to pick up a curb side pick up and tried to use the app and kept coming up with an error. Didn’t have time so left and came back 2 days later, again the app had an error. Called the store they said they had no one that could deliver out to the pick up location and I would need to come inside. Went inside and the lady called a guy up to bring my order up, he brought it up and walked it to my car with me!! Seriously?!? So you have no one to bring my order out but yet you have someone available too, well, bring my order out as long as I come inside?!? Wow!!! I’m a little lost with this one. It’s not rocket science!!

I paid for delivery and set up but the delivery guys didn't set anything up. All they did was plug in the electrical cord. They didn't have an an adapter to connect the dryer, didn't even have a washer to fix a small drip on a washing machine valve. Don't bother paying for delivery and hookup because they won't get it done. A waste of $.
