Usually a great place to pick up home improvement or yard supplies. Not a good place for house plants, as nobody knows how to care for them and they generally have root rot from overwatering or some disease by the time they make it to your home. Also, when buying custom windows, be prepared for them to have no packaging whatsoever without any warning and for the ignorant teenagers on staff to load them on a cart in a way that is dangerous and damaging.

Was at home depot in Moses lake wa. Talk about customer service. Had 2 cashier in nursery department and I had a question about a product and brand. They had no idea what I was talking about. Wouldn’t you think if you worked there and represent the company should know alitle knowledge in the department you work. Same as my husband who also was with me and ask about products and every associate was passing the buck. Frustration!!! unsatisfactory visit!

The store seems considerably smaller than other Home Depot locations, but they manage to carry a wide variety of items. However, it’s to their detriment — the store is so packed with stock that some aisles are effectively one-way. This significantly takes away from the overall shopping experience, especially for individuals who use motorized carts. Some aisles are too narrow to adequately accommodate them.

Me and my husband bought a champion log splitter from Reid at Home Depot in Moses Lake Washington and there was somethings that was missing and I called and talked to a gentleman named Jono. Jono and Reid were more than happy to help us out and make things right in every way. I will be going back to this Home Depot to do my shopping for any of our construction projects and needs.

I have never had a bad experience here. Employees have always been friendly. When asked for help, they don't just tell me where to find what I am looking for but escort me right to it. There is plenty of parking even during busy hours. Employee even helped me put bags of concrete into my vehicle.

Went in with my father in-law who was trying to get a part for his weed cutter, he was very frustrated and REALLY wanted to find a solution. Jono was amazing taking care of him and went over and beyond looking for a solution. The part that he needed was discontinued, but Jono still continued to research and wrote down the item number in case he can find an off market that would work. Very great customer service ! Thanks Jono

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. I ordered a refrigerator a month ago and somehow the original order was “lost” and they cancelled it and ordered another one, still haven’t received it even though they keep telling me,”It’ll be here tomorrow” Every time I’ve ordered online there’s an issue. Shop somewhere else if you want product in a timely manner

While they weren't able to help me with the item and discount I was hoping for, I was approached by staff multiple times during my hardware store meander and asked if I needed any help. Always refreshing when employees show up in this welcoming, supportive way.

Had to drive to Moses Lake because the Wenatchee store was out of something I needed. I ordered it online and the very helpful and sweet young man named, Reid, helped me at the customer service/pickup area. They got my order immediately. Layout of the store is a bit wonky, but I think I’m just used to my towns store.

I love going to Home Depot to get project items. I wish the employees at this location would say hi and ask if I need help finding things. Because I do need help! I’m new to this town and the store layout is slightly different. I’m always so thankful when someone offers to help! It saves me so much time!

We were at the Moses Lake store. Went to the cabinet area and spoke with Wil.
I'm old and retired, Wil is an older gentleman, but boy, was he a big help.
Recommend anyone to have him help you out.

Have to say the service was excellent for the first time in several years. Was picking up some soil for fill, and one of the garden employees came over and helped loading my cart with bags of soil and then pushed the cart to be checked out. And then helped be with a wheelbarrow, and then he gave me a $20.00 discount! He then pushed the cart to my car and help unload.

It's a fine store, not as well organized as Lowes - very cluttered. I do like how big the garden and BBQ sections are, lots of products to choose from. Employees are nice, not as easy to find as the Lowes employees, though.

It's a smaller Home Depot. But as soon as I walked in they had exactly what I was looking for and some good deals on others things I picked up.

Home depot has a third party delivery service and they will deliver right to your house or business for only $35.

Dec. 2024 update, still some of the worst customer service. Don't know how many employees will walk by and not even make eye contact with you so you can ask for help let alone they reach out and ask you first. I'll start taking my business elsewhere even if it costs more money and is out of the way versus HD.

Horrible customer service!! You're better off locating the items on their website so you do not bother the employees. Unless you grab an employee and make it well known you need help, they seem to go out of their way to not help you or are preoccupied with chatting with a fellow coworker. Not all of the employees are terrible, but the bad ones ruin the experience that the good ones try to provide customers. Positive note, if you need a discount on an item, tell customer service you did not receive any sort of help and want a discount for handling a larger item on your own.

Service questions
1. Should I stay home during roof replacement?

It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
