Recently my wife and I decided to buy a new stove. We started looking around and found one at a competitor's store. We liked it except it had a flat top cooking surface, and we wanted the four individual burners. So we went to Lowe's and found exactly what we were looking for, and it was on sale for Memorial Day. It was delivered on time on May 27th. Mike and Juan were very professional and courteous the whole time. Mike even complimented our house decor. These men deserve a raise for a job well done.

Lowe's delivery service is a sham. My mother wanted Lowes to deliver 15 bags of manure. So, she paid Lowes 40 bucks to deliver it, but Lowes gave the delivery to DoorDash. Effectively, making the DoorDash person deliver the manure in his tiny car. As verified by the delivery person, door dash didn't receive the 40 bucks to deliver the manure. Therefore, Lowes got 40 dollars for doing nothing! One thing is for sure; my mother will never have anything delivered from Lowes again. Since she felt guilty, she felt I had to pay the driver 10 bucks in tips. My advice, never ever use Lowe's delivery service.

Bought a washing machine for our home in Florida. We were able to buy it here and set up the pick up at a store near our place in FL very easily. Even saved $100 after owning up a new store credit card over paying cash (it'll be paid off with the first statement). We were in and out in under 15 minutes.

I bought a freeze at Lowe's the unit was delivered the next day. I was very pleased with the way I was kept posted as to when my delivery would take place. I then got a call from the delivery team that advised they were on their way. Angelo and Juan were very friendly and helpful with the delivery of this item. Best service ever.

I’ve bought multiple appliances through Lowe’s. The last order I had, there was a gash hiding behind the plastic on the front of the microwave. I called customer service to ask what my options were, and of course, my best option was to return it. Customer service on the phone was fast, and in-person was fast. They made my return super easy. When I came home, I ordered the same microwave, and fingers crossed that it won’t have any gashes in it. I always appreciate when I don’t have to spend a whole lot of time on these things!

This is one of the best Lowe’s I’ve been to. Staff were very friendly. We needed help in the electrical department and the manager Tim answered several questions and gave us some good information, which ultimately helped figure out an issue we were having with some light switch wiring. Good store.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the staff at the Cheyenne Lowe’s. They are kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. I never struggle to find a team member to assist me, in fact they often find me first, always asking if I need help. If they don’t have the answer, which is not often, they help locate someone who does. I have been to other Lowe’s locations nearby in Colorado. Their customer service does not compare. I am a loyal customer to places with great customer service. The price might not always be the lowest, but I know they will take care of me. I want to give a shout out to Connor in flooring. Thank you, Connor, for being a great person and good at what you do!

Incompetent staff who struggle to answer phones and can barely speak into a phone. I called to place a several thousand dollar order and couldn't get people to do their jobs. Crapy customer service Lowes. I ordered everything through ACE and still got 15% off for being a veteran. Looks like I will supply my company through ACE from now on. Lowes you should fire your staff and start over.

Friendly staff, and they have just about everything you could need.
Just wish they still carried small appliances such as toaster ovens and microwaves.

Talk about selection and helpful staff and you might have been at this Lowes. Just wish their retail store was on same side of town as their warehouse off of exit 367.

It's the typical Lowes. Seems like Home Depot is for actual trades folk and Lowes is for home owners. I can never find much help at either. Lowes is always quieter and cleaner but they don't usually have what I need.

Went into Lowe’s because they had something on sale that nowhere else did. Ended up having an associate watch us struggle for awhile because we pressed the call employee button but nobody came for about 5-10 minutes and we can’t use the “employee only” stuff - then a “customer” who I assume is an associate getting back from a break walked by and rolled his eyes and said “just walk up to the front and ask them???” So we went up front and asked for help then a few minutes later a, how you say, unhygienic? Fellow came and helped us. I try not to say anything but it was making my eyes burn so I left the aisle to get something else and it was labeled wrong and locked so I walked up front (learning from my prior mistake to use the button) and a gentleman came over and I asked him if the price was wrong because it was similar but there were 2 options and only 1 price. He said “idk just tell me which one you want.” Then we went to check out and the girl up front said “idk like 80% of stuff in this store is priced wrong” and was unable to read the numbers on our price ticket for us to check out. All in all- not my worst experience at Lowe’s. Seems like low staff and poor work environment to me. But what do I know?

Kinda a mess. Wanted a grill, said they had it in stock. Paid for said grill, and turned out they only had the floor model. It was nice that it was assembled, but made it difficult to get home. Kinda trapped because we had already paid… just not very smooth.

I purchased a new gas range and dishwasher from this location. I am happy with the appliances that I chose and with the delivery and installation of the dishwasher. When the gas range was delivered, the installers could not install the anti tip device as they said they are not allowed to drill holes. They did not correctly level the gas range. My husband and I are elderly and cannot lift the stove to try to level it ourselves. I discovered this after they left, so called the delivery department at the Cheyenne store. The man I talked to said that he would talk to the delivery crew and then would call me back. That was a week ago with no response. My range is so out of level that a cobbler I was baking slide to the front of the oven. I had to be very careful when opening the door. Bottom line: make sure that you know what you are getting with the delivery service that Lowes provides. I would not purchase another appliance from Lowes after this experience. We will have to pay extra to hire someone to level our stove for us.

Friday July 12. Follow up from my original posting. I have now made a total of 6 phone calls to Lowe's to address the issue. Customer Service scheduled a service call today to install the anti tip device and to level my stove. Two very nice young men were sent by Cheyenne in Lowes to check the stove after completing a delivery in Laramie nearby. They showed me that the stove is level, and that the problem is likely with the oven racks being damaged in shipping. They were told not to install the anti tip device and are not allowed to drill holes. They recommended that I call Amanda the service manager to get a crew sent to install the anti tip device. Call number 6 was to Amanda who had already left for the day before noon and will not be back until Monday. This is ridiculous. I will make call #7 on Monday. Note that the original delivery of my stove was on July 1, so I am now 12 days into trying to resolve this.

If you own a home you always know your hardware and home stores. We like Lowe’s best of the larger homeware stores here in Cheyenne. A bit expensive but it almost always has what we’re looking for.

It's a good big box store with a wide variety of stuff. Depending on what you need this might be the store you need.

On average I find their lumber is of a lower quality and the signage is bad or missing.
