Lowe's Home Improvement - Hartselle, AL

I was met at the door by someone wanting to help me find what I was looking for. A man came to me in the aisle to help me find everything. Another man carried the merchandise to me car. I will travel to Hartsille to shop at this Lowe's.

I do not ever leave any reviews hardly ever, but in this instance, I COULDN’T hold back. I’ve been in Lowe’s all over the state, but this Lowe’s has to be the rudest Lowe’s I have ever encountered. People working at the desk did not seem like they wanted to be there as well as being argumentative. When directed to another station (which was the wrong one) she proceeded to seem frustrated as she had to direct me to get another station/checkout. I will be informing others to steer clear of this location.

place is dope they got all kinds of cool stuff, me and girlyfriend go in there and pretend we have the money to buy all the refrigerators and that the entire refrigerator section is our home. We can keep everything at good temps and even save meat in the freezers. Our friends bring over extra hams and fish etc they need to store but don't have room for and we store them for them, kinda like a "food bank" hehehe get it?

But seriously, they usually kick us out towards the evening so we just light up all the stoves in there and get to cooking!

gave 4 stars bc they are a little up in yo business when you are trying to ring up. I understand they got to be on the lookout for pillagers and looters though. I don't do that stuff tho, so it's kind of just an extended annoyance but eh ya win some ya lose some, right?

I always have an outstanding experience at Lowe's in Hartselle, I live in Cullman and make the drive to the Hartselle Lowes due to the outstanding employees and the overall experience I recieve there. The store Manager Jeff is an absolute asset to the store! From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a smile and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. His knowledge of the store and the products was impressive, and he went out of his way to offer helpful advice on my project. Jeff made my shopping experience so much easier and enjoyable. I truly appreciate his professionalism and friendly attitude. I frequent this store often now for all of my projects. Holly at this location is another standout employee, she is incredibly helpful, patient and knowledgeable as well when I have questions about products, and takes the time to answer my questions and offer guidance.
The exceptional customer service at this location makes every shopping experience a great one. I highly recommend the Hartselle location to anyone looking for top-notch service and expertise!

Depends on who you are if their policy changes! Make sure you know this if you’re asking for them to provide service by policy! Heads up if cashier is having a crap day every one of them take it out on the customers, well not all not the elderly workers! Their customer service is on point but them other ladies are very rude, told me they don’t do this or that anymore but Decatur store quick to honor their policies shame on Hartselle, smell judgmental ladies !! Super disappointed kindness matters, your attitude can’t match your looks if it’s all bad!

Excellent service! I ordered curbside pickup. Melody was cheerful and competent. She even asked if what I got was what I expected and if she could help me to find anything else. Haven't had a chance to use the product but looks heavier duty than I expected.

Not satisfied at all with this Hartselle location tried calling 3 times today to ask a simple question in the plumbing department, no such luck getting anyone to pick up , after all that I make the drive I get to the plumbing department pass by at least 3 associates no one asking if we needed any help , after I find the pipe we were looking for I tracked down a associate and asked about getting it cut , he didn’t know how he called the manager he said and the manager said they didn’t cut pipe oh me oh my why do Lowe’s say they do have a cuttting machine and want cut pipe answer the phone and scared to ask customers if they need assistance, here is a nice picture of there pipe cuter , But remember they don’t cut pipe ,

Tried to return water timers that had never been taken out of the box and they wouldn’t take them back.because of a 90 day return policy! It doesn’t state this anywhere on the receipt. However it does in the store. I was two weeks past this time they said they couldn’t make an exception. And to make it worse the manager was extremely rude

I needed a sash for a window. I took pictures of the numbers on the window not knowing if that would help or not. When I got to Lowes I was helped by Alex in millwork. Alex was the epitome of a professional. He offered the best customer service I've ever had in a situation like this. The window had to be special ordered. Alex had to call the manufacturer multiple times and even had to call me a couple time to ask questions about the window to make sure he was ordering the right one. He gave me regular updates and continued calling the manufacturer to check with the progress of my window. If only the rest of the world offered the same customer service experience. Thanks Alex!

The staff was very helpful in outside shelving. The man went past expectations and earned our business for life. This lowes i do highly recommend.

There is no Home Depot in Cullman. Although it's the biggest option here it's awesome. Staff is all great and it's nice and clean.

Always have what I am looking for. This is the go to place on the weekends for my two boys and me. Everyone is always polite and ready to help.

Always enjoy going in here there's a few people who work here that makes the experience better nice friendly people willing to help.

I was searching for a Samsung washer and dryer that I seen online and found them and went and picked them up charlcie was outstanding with me and my wife paid for them over the phone with our a problem

Amy in the appliance department is the best!!! She was the most kind, helpful person we have ever dealt with at Lowe's or any other store! She made my wife's day and we are thankful for her!

My wife and I bought some items at lowes in hartselle again yesterday. One of my favorite places. The reason for that is a guy named Bob. If you can't find something, need a key made or for that matter any store related. Then look for an older gentleman named Bob. He is the best and will make your visit to lowes a very good experience. Thanks Bob!
