Lowes is great. Closed on Easter, giving all employees an opportunity to worship our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I will definitely do more shopping at Lowe's just for that reason.

What can you say about a chain store! It a Saturday and it is packed! No assistance on the floor to help customers, they were there just to involved with stock to help.

Horrible customer service. Came in to get quite a bit of building supplies. Tried to get another stack of lumber down because I needed more. Guy was rude and said “we’ll get to it later”. Left and went to Home Depot, the lumber there looked better anyways and it was the same price. Lost over a 5k dollar sale over rude employees.

As always a joy to shop at this local store. Even after the holidays, the shelves were well stocked and associates seemed to be well rested, in good spirits and helpful without being invasive with regard to your personal space and shopping experience. The only draw back on this visit was that there was only one cashier up front and for those of us senior citizens who can't get the hang of the self serve checkout this posed a minor hiccup to the "stress free shopping experience.

The customer service is always helpful.But the one gripe that I have Is that I have to go online as a veteran to have my benefit of a discount... Home depot doesn't do that

Found everything I needed and the employees were very helpful and very fast to get me my list of things I needed for my job.

Just want to give a shout out to 2 amazing employee's at this location. Marie in paint is an absolute sweetheart (my kids have made a friend for life with her). They love her. Great customer service. Also to the amazing cashier up front Miriam she went above and beyond today to get us good savings and got us set up with the best lowes account for us. Thanks to both these amazing ladies. Made our shopping experience a great one. See yall again soon. Thanks again for the amazing customer service.

Lowe's as is the case with the home Depot no longer believe in intimate customer service they are more profit corporate driven than they should be. I was a multi-year home Depot employee in South Florida Texas and Georgia. I was a home Depot employee when being a home Depot employee meant something. Current employees have no idea of the history of the home Depot and I also know that no Lowe's employees know the corporate history of Lowe's what they started out as and where they started out as. Also the corporate greed-driven philosophy that has eliminated face to face help from employees is absolutely absurd that is why these smaller stores in less urban markets are barely doing 10 million a year while my department's 20 years ago at the home Depot individually would rack up 3 million dollars a year in sales that was because of face to face customer service not markers on the end of the aisles making people think that they need to find what they need to find without having any personal interaction. I am so disappointed in the direction that home improvement stores have gone that I will only shop now at smaller mom and pops such as Ace hardware or true value that are all locally owned and locally managed and respectful of their customers. I'm glad you got me started on this because it gives me the opportunity to show the way that corporate greed oriented companies that don't pay their employees well and minimize full-time workers hours and don't provide quality health care expect us to support the shareholders of that particular company. And you cannot explain that away you can't tell me that we are having to reduce hours and minimize pay and minimize benefits in order to grow the company that would be absolute BS.

I was actually able to receive help from someone who seem to have some experience in the trades industry. For the last few years nobody seemed to know what they were doing

I like Lowe’s , but it’s not the same as a mom &pop lumber yard , where you get loaded by a ole country boy and get to chit chat about the day your havin or the deer season comin up. These big box’s are RUSH RUSH and push you out the door !!! Hard to find help in these places as well. They do have a good selection of stuff , but I prefer the small town local stores

I bought 55 boxes of flooring. They did not have staff to pull right away. I went and loaded up some wood and a door. I went by the flooring aisle and they had a forklift there. So I said I would wait for it. They brought out a pallet but it was 8 boxes short of my order. I had to wait another 30 min for them to move that pallet outside. The whole time I was waiting on someone to help me load the door. My truck and trailer were in the loading zone. Finally after showing my receipt a guy helped me load the door. Then they shrink wrapped the pallet and put it on my trailer. Still short the 8 boxes. Another 30 min and they finally brought out the 8 boxes. They put on top of the existing pallet of flooring. Shrink wrapped top. On way home the shrinkwrapping came apart and half of the flooring spilled all over the road. Bad day for sure.

Purchased a generator for the recent storm got it home and it didn’t work. Went back to the store and they refused to exchange or refund anything. I was told to contact the manufacturer and not them. Manufacturer said the store is responsible for the first 30 days then them. I’m so mad and don’t know what to do. Will never shop there again

The people who work there are pretty knowledgeable of what isle to find a product & don't mind helping you find what you need for a project.

Your French Maiden Marie in the paint department is a wonderful asset to your store. She helped me out last evening and went above and beyond! I felt like I had made a new friend for life!

They are nice to have as an alternative. I'm finding a mixed bag on prices. Do your research this place might save you some money.

The gentleman and the lighting department was very helpful with a great personality today Karen at self-checkout was very helpful. Very nice and clean store.
