Update: I met with the GM and service manager and expressed my concerns. The GM has personally contacted me with updates on several occasions. The GM is a stand up gentalman

On may 22 I dropped off my car to fix an oil leak they discovered. I got my car back on June 20th and it had no power . I ended up taking it back on Monday the 23 to find out someone didn't hookup the turbo . After fixing that I drove to dinner in town and when I got ready to leave I got a check engine light and low oil warning. I took my car back on Tuesday morning and waited all day only to find out I was told it was a an oil sending unit. They kept my car and installed a new sending unit the next day. That did not fix the problem they removed the engine again only to find out they had installed the oil seal incorrectly. As of today the 10th of July I still don't have my car back . No loaner and no eta on when it will get fixed . Apparently they are know waiting on a hose of some sort with no eta when they will see it . When I go in I'm always told a couple of more days . Do the math they should be telling me a couple of MONTH .

Review for the service department:
We bought a used non-Ford car from Bud Clary. A couple months later there were some mechanical issues that were covered under their 3 month/3,000 mile powertrain warranty. Initially they told me they couldn't fix it because it was not a Ford and I had to push them to honor the warranty. It took 2 months to finally get the car fixed after dozens of attempted phone calls and dropping the car off 3 separate times. It was extremely rare somebody would pick up the phone or return my messages. Multiple times I had to drive to the shop after work and walk in to get any answers. There were mistakes, delays, and poor communication literally every single step of the way. I understand it was an unusual scenario as they don't normally work on non-Ford cars, but the level of incompetence and general lack of organization throughout the process is inexcusable.
The only person who was able to consistently help me was Abel in the sales department (who sold us the car). He called me a couple of times of his own volition while this was going on to see if there was anything he could do, so thank you Abel.

Purchased a used truck from them from out of state. Preston H. was very friendly from he start. He made the entire process very easy. He even stayed past dealership close one night to make sure the truck got loaded onto the car hauler. He also located another set of keys after the truck was shipped and went out of his way to mail them to me when it would have been easier to not. I live halfway across the country and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another vehicle from him.

Alright, so this was my first EVER car purchase (I always bought privately), and I just gotta say, I chose the absolute best people to go to for getting my Ford Edge! Michael G was great and I talked to him for a few weeks to figure out my trade-in since I lived a good distance away from the dealership, and when we got to the dealership, he and Abril were amazing! Abril helped us find the perfect car and was incredible when trying to figure out what car would fit us and our needs perfectly, especially with my job. And Michael G checked up on us through the whole process to make sure we were doing fine and to celebrate with us! Talking to these two, as well as Tanya who helped us with our financing part was like talking to people we've known for ages, which helped us be relaxed through the entire process!!! Seriously, I was so incredibly nervous leading up to getting my 2019 Ford Edge and doing a trade in, and all that nervousness was built up for nothing, because these 3 made the process so easy I wasn't pressured into any cars, and was able to keep my options pretty open, even going on a full search for every car Abril could find that was close to our price range!

I am changing my review to 1 star. The first issue was the fact that they sold my info to other companies, I have been inundated with TONS of phone calls offering me loans. I'm talking 10 or more DAILY! They were the only place that I filled out a credit loan app. 2nd issue: I value customer service above all else and felt like we really got the shaft. Not two weeks after driving away and the car had major issues. I have called and called and asked for help even just to diagnose the issue so we can pay for the fix but nothing. Crickets. Boy they sure love to take your money but expect no help after that. I had purchased a vehicle from Toyota of Everett 2 years ago, also used and it had issues within the first month which they fixed for free. These guys don't give a crap about you beyond the buy. I will NEVER go here again. Disappointed beyond belief.

Preston and Angela were so helpful! We drove a ways to be there and to check out the car and they were wonderful and responsive the entire way, the days before and on the actual day. Preston is everything I respect in a sales person. My husband is a sales person and I cannot stand to be 'sold' to. He was just so easy going and truly wanted what was the best option for my son's first vehicle. The purchase went smoothly and quickly. I will definitely be going back for vehicles in the future. Excellent service for my 1998 motorhome with a Ford F550 chassis. Before going on a trip, I get this great Ford Dealership to do a safety check, change fluids, check belts and hoses while changing my oil, oil filter, fuel filter and lube the chassis. If they can’t repair an item, they will take a photo of the issue and include it in their report so I can take it to a truck repair center mechanic to work on it. Highly recommend Bud Clary Ford of Moses Lake.

Unbelieveable, a complete lack of communication. I called to get an appt for the tranny on my 2019 suburban and was told to have it there by 7:45 Monday March 28. it was that or the next day they tell me the transmission man is on vacation for a week so it will take three weeks to fix my car. So after two weeks I call for an update and have to leave a message, no one got back to me. I emailed May 9th with no response. I called again in a few days and left another message and no return call. Finally on Monday I got hold of a human being and expressed my extreme frustration at the complete lack of communication and he says sorry, I will figure it out and call you back. No call back!! Today I drove the 60 miles to Clary and Esgar rudely tells me it will be another three or four weeks as his tranny guy was off three weeks instead of one and there were other cars ahead of me. To see my car still out in the parking lot after three weeks and two days was totally unacceptable so after voicing my anger, and Esgar lying and telling me I told him I was going to tow my car three weeks ago, a complete and total lie..Why was my car still sitting there and what about all the messages I left if I was going to tow it .and the May 9th email .Esgar you are a first rank LIAR. I left, found a transmission shop and had it towed off their lot. I was warned by my neighbor not to go there, actually she begged me not to go therre and I ignored her. How unfortunate for me. If you have a transmission problem I can highly recommend Basin Automatic Transmission. Of course I will never ever do business here again and I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Michael G at Bud Clary was OUTSTANDING to work with. He kept in great contact, was so tentative with understanding with my wants and needs. Didn’t pressure me into anything. Got me quotes on not one but two of my dream vehicles and made the process so seamless for me. I drove over 3 hours to pick up my dream rig because he was so awesome. If I ever buy another I would 100% go back to him and this dealership. They filled the tank for me to get home and gave my new (to me) 2015 jeep wrangler a good bath before sending me on my way! Don’t go to this dealership! The managers a piece of crap. their service people have no clue what they’re doing. They installed my tires wrong, i live hundreds of miles from them to have to have gone back for them to fix the said tires, just for them to not fix one of the two that were messed up, spent 5 hours there for 2 tires. let alone now i have to replace all 4 tires because they don’t know how to mount tires. the tires were on a we owe you so i wasn’t even supposed to buy new tires for the car. really don’t waste your time here you will regret it and i honestly wish i never did business with them. they do not honor anything and all they care about is getting a sale from you. as soon as you purchase a vehicle from them consider yourself on your own no matter what their warranty says or anything. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. they just want money. One tire has bubble and the other tire they remounted with a chunk of the bead not there. Really unsafe of a business to allow this. How do I contact you about this because you didn’t leave an email and contacting Bud Clary themselves is near impossible to get to anyone higher up? Here is a picture of the tire this dealership remounted knowing it looked this way, they had told me they repaired it and after spending 5 hours there for just the 2 tires i was ready to go home.

Definitely will be buying from them again.
Preston, Mark, & Tanya 10/10. We had a couple issues with the truck we originally bought and they worked so hard to get us into another that fits our needs. Professional. Hard working. Caring. From us to our 7 month old they took care of us every time we were in or called.
The ONLY reason I marked 4 stars is because of their service department. Mainly their mechanics. We were not impressed. Cole down in service though took care of us the best he could! He’s the go to guy down there.

Brought my car in for maintenance and told them the two rear tpms sensors aren't working and asked how much to change them and when I came back to pick up my car they wouldn't give me my car back and charged me $200 for a diagnostics fee... they wouldn't give me my car back until I paid that diagnostic fee, which is ridiculous When I never asked for any diagnostic to be done….. I asked them how much it'll cost to change the two sensors
Super unprofessional and will not be returning to this dealership ever again.

My daughter bought a car from these people and it has been nothing but problem after problem. In fact I’m sitting in the dealer ship as I type this dealing with a problem and I have been sitting here for 3 hours while they fixed 1 tire. If I could give them negative stars I would. The people who work here do not communicate well. The person that sold my daughter her car blocked her after she signed the contract. Thai dealership is a joke. She drove from Kellogg Idaho to buy her car and we’ve had to come back now 3 times to get issues fixed that were supposed to be fixed. She didn’t get to take her car home same day cuz it needed new tires and a sensor replaced. They said it’d take 3 days to get it done and ended up being 9 days. The sensor is not fixed and 2 tires were put on incorrectly. It’s very difficult to get these issues fixed as they were already supposed to b fixed when the sales rep blocks you from being able to contact them. My daughter reached out to the manager and they didn’t call her back for two weeks. I would never recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from bud clary ever. In fact I’d be more likely to stand outside the dealership with a big neon sign encouraging people to go else where. This place is a joke. Will be contacting BBB!

The only high speed charger in Moses Lake is broken and has been for at least 5 months now. I stumbled upon the charger at Bud Clary Ford with 17% charge left for my car. After waiting for a couple of hours until they opened, a kind gentleman came out and swiped their RFID card so I could charge enough to get back on the road. I will definitely be using their service department next time I’m in town!

If I could give no rating I would. I will never buy from this dealership again. I had them keep the car to fix the driver assist because it said it needed service. Now my car says to service it not even a week after I get the car from them. Thought maybe it was fluke till it said to service it again. I reached out to my sales rep he said he would give me a call on Monday, President’s Day, and I am still yet to hear from him. When I went to text and call him, my number is now blocked. They do not care about customer service or making things right they care about the sale and that’s it. I highly advise against buying a car from them. Let alone any Bud Clary considering i’m still waiting to hear back from their service agents for all locations. They are a WASTE OF YOUR TIME. I’m now stuck with a car that says service driver assist let alone my check engine light came on, I bought the car a month ago. They are the worst people to deal with after you have bought a car. They do not hold up to their word. And if you have an issue, good luck, they never return your calls.

Highway robbery and practices against state regulations. No one gave me a quote before doing the repairs, despite said repairs not being covered by the warranty. No one asked if they could run some bs diagnostic twice but somehow each diagnostic is $190. Will never have any service done there unless it's under the warranty I paid for (which seems to have been a waste of money).

I will say I had one of the best car shopping experiences with Bud Clary Ford of Moses Lake! I worked with Michael Guerra, and was able to purchase a fantastic Bronco Raptor. Believe it or not, he and Seth drove all the way out from Moses Lake to Camas, which ended up being a 10-hour round trip! The manager, Louie, was also very good with work with. My wife and I had the best car buying experience we can ever remember at the Bud Clary dealership in Moses Lake the other day. I had contacted the dealership about a particular vehicle I had seen on the internet a few weeks prior and spoke with the internet salesperson, Michael Guerra. He was polite, efficient and took all my information. We had a specific budget and asked him to monitor the vehicle price and let me know if it became available at that figure. Michael reached out to me to keep me updated and the called me in early December to let me know his manager had approved our price. We travelled from the Issaquah area to Moses Lake to see the vehicle and discuss our trade-in value. The staff at Bud Clary were amazing. We had a brief issue/misunderstanding about the certification of the vehicle; however, the sales manager (Sal Mendez) quickly and without any pressure offered an excellent solution. We finalized the deal with the finance manager, Louie Trent, who was extremely pleasant and efficient.
The Bud Clary dealership group advertises itself as a “family owned and operated business.” From our experience, it shows! Again, a special thanks to Michael, Sal and Louie - the best sales team I have ever had the pleasure to do business with:)

My daughter’s car broke down and she brought it to Bud Clark Ford to have it repaired(her car is under warranty). After 4 days they still had not even started to diagnose the problem with her car. Needing her car fixed in a timely manner she brought it to a different Ford dealership to have it fixed. When she left Bud Clary Ford service they told her there was no charge since they had not done any work and had not tried to diagnose the issue with her car. 5 days later someone from Bud Clark Ford calls my daughter and tells her she owes them the over $200 since she took her car somewhere else. Not knowing any better my daughter paid Bud Clark Ford service even though they never had worked on her car and there should have been no charges. Shame on you Bud Clary Ford for discriminating taking advantage of a young lady.

Terrible buying experience. Boss took over an hour to give me a price then screwed me out of the main thing I wanted which was the truck charger install at my house even though the sales reps said I was getting it, up to the point when I was leaving they where saying I was getting it. I did not find out till the next day I was not. This has completely soured me on purchasing a new vehicle. What I thought should be a joyous occasion is just something that pisses me off now. I feel that the dealer was not honest by omission. I asked a number of times about the install and every time was told it would happen in 4 to 5 weeks. Then to find out it wouldn't. Sigh
I will never purchase a vehicle here again or any Bud Clary property.

Service never answers their phone. Had a recall and tried to upsell me on things that needed "urgent attention." Only valid one was my tires, which I was already looking into buying. Called me the day after my recall replacement was completing saying the parts came in? Apparently they can't keep track that they already completed the service. The whole experience makes me want to sell my Ford.

I took my ford f150 in because its leaking oil from the front differential. I have the extended warrenty and it was suppose to be covord, but they charged me $650. I said fine, as long as its fixed.
I got it back and it still continued to leak oil from the same spot. I went back the same day to speak to the manager. but the manager didnt want to talk to me. I told the front desk what my issue was and she went and talkd to the manager. insted of the manager coming to talk to me. he sent a coworker to basically confront me and started getting puffy chested and yelld at me to get out of here.
I didnt want no problems so i left. im gona call to setup another appnmt and see if i can get this issue fixed. if not, I have all the reciepts and paper work and ill take them to small claims.
Terrible mechanics and absolutly terrible customer service.

I have been dealing with this service department over a few issues my 2024 F350 Limited had. First being the A/C blowing hot air. I told them it is all over the internet that Ford had a run of bad parts. On the first visit they tell me it works perfectly, lol. This is after they had my truck for over 8 hours cause Sarah doesn’t have the common decency to call you when your vehicle is done. I pick up my truck drive it 10 miles turn around to go prove to the service manager Mario that it blows hot air. Make another appointment, all the while it’s 100 degree days. In that appointment they find some valve bad. I said yeah and the compressor and condenser. Mario replied no they are totally fine. So I wait 8 weeks for this valve to come in. They install it and to everyone’s surprise but mine the compressor and condenser are bad. Wait on parts again, when they install them the service tech leaves his flash lite in my truck and it causes damage to my truck. So now waiting on those parts, that came in but had to wait a month to get to have them installed. During all these appointments I was never asked if the courtesy driver could take me somewhere. Never offered a loan vehicle. The customer service or I should say lack of is a poling. During my last visit I wasn’t made aware that some of the items might not be covered under warranty. I ended up with a bill and the service tech said he could hear the noise but couldn’t find it. Brandon the service advisor told me it is what it is just going to have to live with it. I told him it’s crazy that you are charging me to not fix the issue but you can hear the issue.
I would not send my worst enemy to this dealership. I feel as though Ford should pull their name from this dealership.

I just went in and picked up my F350 Ford truck when I came in to have the work done the first thing I did was show them my extended warranty do cornerstone extended warranty the person behind the desk told me they deal with this company all the time I said okay when I came to pick up my vehicle I was told that they would have to call cornerstone to have this approved they called me back approximately an hour later and let me know I did not have an extended warranty through that company so I called cornerstone extended warranty cornerstone said that I did have a warranty but there was a protocol they have the dealerships have to follow they've got to give an estimate and a pre-authorization to cornerstone then they need to contact me and let me know that is been approved do I still want to go through with the work to be done this is very bad customer service on the dealership on the dealerships part I will not do business with them ever again we will be taking our vehicles to Wenatchee where they give us very good service on our brand new Honda and my other trucks

Genuinely terrible service and communication. Took my car in to get a routine check and they reported the wrong odometer reading to carfax. When asked to fix it they said that they had, they had not. I then proceeded to call numerous times to get some one to fix it they “took a message from me for the manager” and I never heard anything. I even tried to get in contact with the manager directly but only ever got his voice mail, but left messages. No call back, no response, and they never fixed the report. I don’t generally leave reviews but this is ridiculous.

Need to heavily work on communication. They were friendly and courteous enough to pick up and drop off vehicle but my issue was not solved and still have no idea if it will be. Kept my truck 2 days to do an oil service that I didn’t ask for or schedule. The original issue still no resolv, not even any feed b b ack on it… not sure who dropped the ball but they apologized but that is where it ended. Was considering to schedule a more expense service job with them but glad I didn’t.

This probably one of the slowest places I have ever seen if you want to get your vehicle fixed. I dropped my ford transit van to get it fixed. Two months and a half later, they had not done anything about it so I had to take it somewhere else. If you ever call them to check for updates, they will tell you what they probably tell everyone ‘’your vehicle is the next in line now’’. Not to forget the bad attitude and racism with the people working in the customer service. I ended taken my van to a private shop where I got it fixed in 11 days. Every time I was there to check on updates about my van, there was an Incident of people complaining about the customer service and the people working there. I don’t recommend anyone to visit this place for any maintenance services.

My wife and I went to Moses Lake Ford and had Vince Muchacho Martinez as our sales rep. I wanted to do a trade in, and after a lot of negotiating he insisted they cant take My wife. Either way we did some looking around and my wife wanted to check out the Outback. When we got back from test drive she was mad we left her. Luckily Vince was quick with the whit and told her if she buys this car she could get a better man. He was really in tuned with what we both wanted. We bought the car.

Not happy with my experience at all. Dropped my truck off on a Monday morning to get my glow plugs replaced and correct rough running engine, check why instrument panel was having issues and was told that it would take about 2 1/2 hours for the glow plugs and wouldn’t do the diagnostic test until they were replaced to see if the check engine light went out so I could save some money.
I told Sarah, service department tech, that I was going to wait for the truck and was told they could have the shuttle take me home, even though I live in Soap Lake, and pick me back up when it’s done, so I was taken home and expected to get the truck back that afternoon.
Later that morning, Sarah sent me a text saying I needed an oil change and glow plug relays. I called and she was out to lunch so I told the man I spoke to that I didn’t want them to do the oil change but go ahead and get the relays, which they had to order and would be in Tuesday. I never heard a word from anybody about the truck until I finally called and spoke to Sarah about 1:10 Wednesday afternoon. I asked her if my truck was ready and she told me that they were trying to get it started and hadn’t even gotten the glow plugs changed yet, but had done the diagnostic test, contrary to what we discussed Monday. She also said that the dipstick wasn’t showing any oil on it so that’s why they wanted to do the oil change. I told her I didn’t have any oil leaks so if in fact it was low, add a quart but it didn’t need an oil change. I told her I needed my truck, I expected to get it back Monday and now you’re telling me that you haven’t even done anything yet? She said she would check with the mechanic and call me back shortly to let me know what was happening, and again, not a word from her and I finally called Thursday afternoon and spoke with Mike, asking him to send the shuttle to pick me up because I was coming to get the truck regardless of the situation. He said he would call when Leo, the shuttle driver, was on his way and after another hour and ten minutes went by with no call, I called back and was told the van was there so they looked for him and sent him to pick me up.
When I got there, Sarah didn’t apologize for the delay and keeping my truck for four days or anything, and then the price of over $1200.00 was insane for what was done. I was short a little bit since it was so much more than expected and I had just moved to Soap Lake 3 weeks earlier which had cost me a lot of money for the move so I was short $43.00 which I told them I could pay the next day, Friday, when I got paid. I was allowed to take the truck and then came back on Friday to pay the balance.
However, now, the passenger front tire rubs the inner fender well bad when turning which it didn’t do before.
The total lack of communication, loss of use of the truck for four days, no apology for not having the truck done in a timely manner, the exorbitant price and then having the tire rubbing so loudly now, is appalling. I have never seen such poor customer service in my life. I have been in businesses where I have had to provide customer service in the past, customers praised me constantly and sought out my manager to compliment my assistance so I know what customer service is all about.
Sarah told me Wednesday when I spoke with her that she had called me and left a message at some point, which was a lie, because there was no call from her on my phone call log, period.

Was hesitant at first to take my 2022 f250 6.7 for its 2nd oil service.
I couldn't make it for my 1st appointment so I called the same day and they were very helpful and changed my appointment for later the same day. Had the oil and filters changed in an hour and half from the 2nd scheduld appointment. Thank you very much to the service department. Good experience.
