Our home was in need of a good repainting job. I knew there were areas of dry rot on the house. The metal doors were in need of painting. The wooden home was about 20 years old at this time. We had 3 different contractors come and inspect the home and give estimates. The only contractor that took the time to really inspect and find the rot issues up front was, Next Generation Painting LLC. I knew most of the rot places but didn't tell any of the contractors about them. Next Generation brought back an estimate that covered it all up front with no surprises. The others would have come back later and wanted an add on amount for the structural repairs. Next Gen did a great job even with the restrictions of the Covid shut down. They did the work for the agreed price. The crews took good care of our gardens and were personable in all ways. A great job by a great company.

Next Generation did a fabulous job of repairing the aftermath of our fire sprinkler retrofit. Before the retrofit it was a stunning house. After the retrofit it was a disaster. After Next Gen it was even better than when we started! They took the time to work with us and get the job done right. Thanks Next Gen and crew!

Next Generation Painting helped us enormously in these pandemic days when help is particularly hard to find. They completed a couple of "minor" carpentry projects (really not at all minor for us) when we didn't know where else to turn. Their work is impeccable, and David, Nate, and Rhys who did most of the work showed up on time, worked hard and efficiently, and were a pleasure to have around.

I will begin at the end first; meticulous and professional.
My wife and I could not be more pleased and impressed by the quality of work performed and care taken of our home by the NGP team. From the initial estimate process, the power washing, removal of old/faulty caulk and application of new, trim board replacement, wood fill, trim/body painting, downspouts and gutters... I could go on and on; they're work and attention to detail was nothing short of exemplary. They took a level of care and pride that one would only expect to see of their own home. The job that was ultimately completed far surpassed what any quote/estimate could outline on a piece of paper. The crew arrived early each day ready to work. Additionally, none of them left until every piece of equipment was put away for the follow day and a detailed sweep of our entire property was performed leaving our home clean as a whistle without trash, tape, etc. When either my wife or I had any questions or requested their input on an opinion, they were always willing to offer a professional and objective insight. Outside of the crew, the supervisor and company owners frequented our property to have continual eyes on the job's progress and work quality. To the crew of Chris (painting lead), Steven, Billy and Justin, Steve the supervisor, Samantha the office manager and David/Gideon (NGP brother ownership), our most genuine level of thanks to each one of you for making our house the HOME we had always envisioned.

Very unprofessional. I have a very simple 1800sf home on a flat lot. Took them 2 weeks to return a bid and it wasn’t itemized, just a number thrown into an unsigned email. They quoted $25,500 to paint my house. That’s 5 times the average in this town. No explanation. Felt like a filthy scam and an insult to my intelligence. I’m a painting contractor myself and I know this isn’t right, but I’m concerned for the people out there that could be scammed by this company. Clearly unscrupulous.

My home was built in 1890 and had been profoundly neglected for easily the last 20 years. The paint had completely failed and then the previous owners had painted on top of failing paint without even scraping. David and Josh with Next Generation Painting are very skilled painters. They really have reached mastery level in their craft. They are kind and fair businessmen, they are talented, and they have an incredible work ethic. I'm so grateful that they painted my house. I was concerned that the paint might fail because the quality of the wood underneath the paint was also compromised, but after 4 years it still looks great!!

Next Generation painting is AMAZING!! They do the job efficiently, clean, and super neat! They certainly are hard workers! And most importantly they value their customers, they do more than enough! Couldn’t be more proud to see their finished work! So so very pleased with them!

An excellent job of painting the exterior of our home which is located on a very steep hillside and required a boom lift for at least one third of the job. David and Gideon sequenced the work perfectly. They and their workers were skilled, often had good suggestions about some details, and most importantly were a pleasure to have around. The end result was even better than we'd anticipated, and we admire it every day.

They did an amazing job restoring the exterior of our main house and cottage. Very professional, and answered all our questions, and really care about their customers. Also they insisted on only using the highest quality of paint products for the longevity of the paint job. Thanks again NGP
