We found that they have a multitude of services and talents available, they were honest and kept us updated on cost. We were able to stick with them to do an entire makeover on our cute little cottage including flooring, wall paneling, doors, and cosmetic construction. We are are so Pleased!
We had a wonderful experience with Next Generation Painting, LLC. Gideon provided the estimate and managed the project. He was fantastic to work with. We had the whole interior of our home painted and they were able to do it in such a way that we were still able to live/work in our home while the painting was happening. Next Generation hires fantastic people. Chris and Max were the 2 leads and we also had Coda and D'Shawn. The whole team was professional, personable, and performed high-quality work. We raised kids in our home so there was some minor damage to the walls, and we also had some mold/water damage in our bathroom. They addressed everything and now the interior of our 30-year home honestly looks brand new. I could not be more impressed, and I highly recommend them.
Initially we thought all was good. Next Generation Painting LLC was expensive (six figures) but we felt OK with the service. A few months after the painting job was completed we had some of the painted exterior doors show peeling. I expected a quick resolution, however what I've experienced in complete stonewalling. No on e from the company will return my phone calls or texts or emails.
At this time I can only suggest that you run away and find someone else for your painting project. I cannot believe there are businesses that can remain open with this level of customer service.
