I had to reschedule my appointment because the wait time was three hours plus. I will have to say Elizabeth was a little cranky & was rude to an employee. BUT when I came back for my rescheduled appointment , I was greeted by Antonio Rodriguez & he was so great. His service was quick and he got my car back right away.I only had to wait an hour to get my car. Antonio needs to give lessons on great customer service.

Brought it in for a open recall. They tried telling me a part was broken, thank god I refused because they wanted about $1,400 and when I got it home it was completely fine and the error code they claimed wouldn't go away, went away and I have full function from the "broken" part. Also received the car back with some scratches on my side skirts and one of my rims that I didn't have from before the visit.....

This was the best new car buying experience I’ve had, hands down. My first Honda. No haggling, no pressure, and I negotiated the price over email. Sal and Michael held the car until I picked it up. Michael was very professional, communicating with me over a few days to make sure everything was ready and took the time to go through the car completely. Jake in management/finance bested my bank’s rate. I brought a friend to pick up the car; being so impressed with my experience, she decided to purchase a car as well! When her new car had a nail in the tire, Jake quickly problem-solved to send two salesmen with the car and an identical one to a local tire shop. They quickly swapped out the wheels, as the service department was closed for the evening. This attention to detail, along with the whole buying experience, was a win. I want to start by saying the first part of my experience with Honda was excellent! After multiple concerns regarding the delay in paperwork/ pay off (4 + weeks) from old vehicle and the many calls and voicemails I left. Finally a rep suggested I talk to Kate who handles the checks and she was very helpful, she was able to give me the check details and copy of when it was mailed, and the old bank refunded me the payment they processed for the old vehicle. She apologized that I had been making calls with no call backs and the times I had to go in to find answers. To this point I still hadn’t received a single call back from the manager Eryn to ask if I had been helped yet or if my concerns were resolved. I then ask Kate if she can find out for me when my portable charger would arrive since that is the one we chose at the time of signing and it’s now been 6 weeks (I have back and fourth conversation from our sales rep letting me know it would be taken care of, ordered and it should arrive to my home). She mentioned she did not see this included in the deal and that my vehicle doesn’t come with that but she would relay the message to Eryn the manager and he can reach out to me. Days went by and I didn’t hear back so I go back in to the dealership aggaaaiinn. A friendly rep asked if I needed help and mentioned he noticed I was charging my vehicle still at Honda some days and that he was going to ask me about my charger, I told him I’m here exactly because of the charger and I’m also needing the report of sale for the tax credit if he can please let the manager know- as the managers door is wide open and he clearly sees me. He goes over and after a couple of minutes returns to tell me that the tax credit is Honda’s or was used by Honda - and the manager said the charger is not included with this vehicle only the charging credits. I kindly asked what his thoughts were on Bud clary promoting this tax credit and portable charger included with Hondas first all electric suv but once the sale goes through no one wants to honor it- and his face said it all, I can tell he felt uncomfortable- he apologized to me and he asked if I had a report stating the charger was included. I told him I had the conversations between the sales rep and I, where I was constantly following up on the status of the charger. I mentioned I didn’t think I’d have to ask them to sign on a sticky note every little thing mentioned- lesson learned for me. Throughout this ordeal I have yet to hear from Eryn, via email, text or a phone call. He couldn’t give me 5 minutes of his time when I went in there with my concerns after he never reached back out to me. All of this would of been fine if they told me up front- the tax credit went towards the amount you owed on the previous vehicle and the charger is not included.
Again I’m grateful for my sales rep, unfortunately she is out of the office for a bit and the store manager is not willing to honor his own verbal and her written commitments with their client. I want to add, I always went in with a smile on my face and was never rude or disrespectful to anyone there.
If you purchase an electric vehicle with a tax credit ensure you walk out of there with a report of sale or ask for a written statement signed by the manager himself for your charger .

I don’t typically write reviews, but this experience truly deserves recognition. In late September, I purchased a used 2017 Dodge Journey from Bud Clary Honda in Moses Lake, with Michael G. as my salesman. From the moment I brought “Ruby” home, she became a cherished member of the family. I took great care to deep clean her every couple of weeks, added personalized decor, and enjoyed several trips to Chelan and Benton counties to visit family.

Unfortunately, about six weeks later, I encountered unexpected ignition troubles. Without the extended warranty, I feared the worst and felt completely defeated, believing I was out of luck. My vehicle stayed overnight at Bud Clary, and I spent that time worrying, as this was my first major purchase achieved on my own.

The next day, I returned to the dealership with support, and after a discussion with Manager Eryn about how to resolve the issue, I was handed the keys to a loaner vehicle. I was able to use the loaner for 2-3 days while my car was being repaired. To my surprise and relief, Bud Clary Honda went above and beyond by replacing the ignition coil, spark plugs, and gasket—completely free of charge!

Their commitment to customer satisfaction left a lasting impression. I highly recommend Bud Clary Honda in Moses Lake for anyone considering a vehicle purchase, even if it’s used. If something goes wrong, they will stand by their promise to make it right!

We actually live in northern Montana. While on a driving vacation, we used Consumer Reports' Car Buying and Pricing feature. I heard from 3 dealerships, including a text from Michael Guerra at Bud Clary Honda. Turns out they had the exact Honda CR-V that we wanted. Worst decision coming here. Trouble with my AC and was confident a Honda shop would be the way to get it done correctly and be done with it. First of all $180 for just a diagnostic is insane. They concluded it was a leak in the AC line and then would need to be refilled. Those 3 things was just under $800. Absolutely ridiculous. But it’ll be fixed right?? Also no. AC stopped working the next day. Took it in again and they claimed it’s now a problem with the compressor which “wasn’t there when we looked at it before”. So then they wanted to charge me another $180 for them to just look at the compressor… ended up walking out. So unless you wanna throw your money away I would find somewhere else…

I had an excellent experience with their team, and would especially like to say what a pleasure it was to work with Martin. Martin was great in helping me find a car that worked with my needs, and he made a point to make sure my family was comfortable while they waited. I also really appreciated Martin making a point the next day to check in to make sure we had a smooth drive home, and to see if there were any questions I had about my Honda (this being my first Honda). I am only giving 1 star becuase it won't allow me to give 0 stars. Update on my review. We were originally happy with purchasing a "certified pre-owned" honda for our daughter, but two months in and we are very dissatisfied with this dealership. For starters, we were told the windshield in the car would be replaced and it still has not been replaced. When the car was finally scheduled to have this replaced, our daughter took the car in and they didn't replace the window becasuse it was going to take 3 hours. You can't tell me that they did not know this before she drove 45 minutes to have this fixed. While there she asked about a noise her car was making it. The service department charged her $170 for this to tell her that there is a transmission issue. The transmission fluid is dirty and needs a software update. For starters, if this is suppose to be a "certified pre-owned" car why did this car get sold with dirty transmission fluid because there is no way that transmission can become dirty in two months. When we bought the car we were told there is a three month powertrain warranty. I called the dealership and spoke with the Ehyrn to ask what they were going to do about this. I was told that they were not going to do anything about it. So now we are going to take it to a transmission shop to have the issues addressed. This is unacceptable and lack of good customer service. Very disaapointed that they would take advantage of a young mother who is just wanted to buy a car that would be reliable and is turning out to cost her money. We will never buy from or recommend this dealership.

Update: they sold me a truck that needed new leaf springs and didn't tell me at all. Of course, I found out when I had it looked at. On the plus side, they made it right by paying to have new leaf springs installed. Overall they are okay but moral of the story be careful!!
