After stopping at two other Bud Clary facilities and being totally misdirected, it turned out the computer had send me to Bud Clary Honda. I was treated kindly and the oil was changed as well as a computerized check. My previous service there was an attempt at numerous unnecessary services recommended. I appreciated the fact I didn’t have to defend myself or my car. They person at the desk listened and also apologized for the automated bill the came before she could remove it. There were no charges for the service.

My Honda Fit broke down near Quincy, and I received outstanding assistance from Brianna at Bud Clary Honda. She was incredibly helpful in getting my car checked in and seen promptly. The towing service dropped off the vehicle at 6:00 PM, and it was fully repaired by noon the following day. I truly appreciate the fast and professional service—thank you!

I recently contacted the Honda of Moses Lake Service Department with some questions about a used vehicle in Seattle that I’m looking to purchase, and I had the pleasure of speaking with Brie. She went above and beyond—taking a full 15 minutes to walk me through the vehicle’s entire service history. This was especially exemplary given that the used vehicle is listed for sale from another dealership entirely! Brie clearly explained which maintenance items had been well-kept by the previous owner and which ones hadn’t been done and would be recommended going forward. Her knowledge, patience, and willingness to help gave me a lot more confidence in making an informed decision. Excellent customer service—thank you, Brie!

I have used this location since moving to the area a few years ago, and they have never disappointed. I love how careful they are with my baby (Honda civic) and the regular communication when they are making sure she is running great. They don't try to push additional services, but they do let me know what services should be considered in an easy to understand format. They are also wonderful about working with my schedule and availability.

Do not go here. 2 bad experiences.
In 2015 bought a brand new civic from them. Was going to get my oil changes done regularly within a year my car had only 8k miles but during this oil change I was told it needed to have the transmission service done and other things. Being naive and not knowing I agreed to it. Ended up paying over 1k for things. I got to work and told my boss about and he said they just ripped you off. So I went to Scottys Auto Repair for second opinion and boss was correct none of the things that they did were needed. Like I said it was only a year old car. Said I wouldn't go back.
Well now I have a 2023 HRV, had a recall so I took it in to this dealership since it's the closest. While doing the recall I got a list of things my car supposedly needs again. It's 2024. I have one year and 5 months with my car bought brand new again. And again I need a whole transmission service. Axel fluid, something with a gas service. Filter change. Plus filter sensory cleaning. All totalling over 1k. Isaid no way. Not scamming me this time. Guess what went to my mechanic the next day. They said my cars new and oils all are good.

NEVER DOING ANYTHING THERE.
Bummed I threw their quote out, or else I would have posted it here.

Brianna met me at the front door at 6:30am took my name and keys. All done with a smile. When I picked the car up that afternoon she remembered who I was without asking. Agian friendly and with a smile. Best service I've probably had at clary honda.

Quick and efficient. Was not expecting a $216 bill for differential service. Advance notice of these additional services should be the norm to prevent or prepare for additional costs.
