Lowe's Home Improvement - Auburn, ME

Not Happy with Delivery did an order on Monday for delivery on Friday they werent smart enough to know shingles dont get delivered on a Box Truck.. saying they called to rescheduled delivery and tried both phone #'s to do so but phone never rang but had the Lying evening Managers "Trish" and customer service associate "Linda" not a Good Way to Treat the Veterans who do business with you!!!! Won't trust ya again

We received excellent service!! Bethany in paint, Don C in hardware,helped us in many departments!! They were so pleasant and made our shopping experience enjoyable!!

I've never been to a better Lowes than this one in Auburn. There were people working who were super helpful AND kind!! Great trip today!

Spent over 30 minutes getting supplies with 2 children, went to bathroom and one of your employees took my cart and put everything back on shelves this is one of the most unprofessional things that has happened to me many years shopping here. Very seriously debating bringing my business to Home Depot.

Josh at the pro desk is an example of why I still shop at Lowe's. Sometimes my orders get messed up, and sometimes they do not carry the exact tool I need, but MOST of the people there are extremely helpful and kind. Josh is an example of why I keep coming back! Thanks Josh!

I like the Auburn Lowe's. There are a lot of good employees. On a recent visit, Erick was very helpful to me, helping me gather the supplies I needed for my latest homeowner project. You are lucky to have him on your team!

Laid out almost exactly like the home Depot across the street so it's super easy to find exactly what I'm looking for. You know the thing, which I tried to find at HD but they don't carry, or wasn't in stock, so I had to leave the store empty handed and cross the road to the place I should have went to first... That thing.

Employees were incredibly helpful, we walked in pretty late there was only a few minutes left, but they treat us like they had just gotten there to start their shift!
We were there for something specific and unable to find it on our own, so when somebody asked us for help we explained that we were looking for something but couldn't find it there, we were in the right spot but it looked like there was none left! When the first person couldn't help us he got someone else even though it said that they were two left, we couldn't find the exact one!

As a general contractor who spends $100,00.00 per year with this company, I was extremely disappointed with how the Pro Desk representative spoke with me (laughing etc) when I asked for help to measure a paid for product (shower) so I could bring the proper size of vehicle to transport!

Ordered a vanity and it arrived broken. Shouldn't be a big deal right? Quick call, reorder/replace and move on with life. Nope! Had to speak to 3 people to get anywhere. Pick up scheduled and returned to store. Replacement never ordered, refund never processed waited a week and had to call to find out what was going on. Every time I called it was either no one answered or I had to leave a message for a manager and wait over 24 hours for a call back or I had to follow up after 24 hours. After a week I finally spoke to a manager who said the item was in stock and she could have it at the store within 48 hours and to me within a week or so. That was over a week and a half ago and here I am, still no vanity, refund or call back. Writing this review after I just hung up after sitting on the phone for 10 minutes while it rang and rang.

The store is a joke it's 8:00 in the evening one of the hours is not the other one says 10 trying to call to find out which one it is and nobody can answer your phone but they're all working but nobody can answer your phone to get an associate to ask Joke. Just another Walmart.

Shout out to Alex J. tonight for taking care of us 10 minutes to close. He was extremely patient and helpful, gave us some options for railing installations. Very personable and professional in his approach. Keep up the great work Alex 10/10 service.

Lots of stuff but hard to find someone to help you. Lots of signage so that helps. They didn't carry what we were looking for. Should of just checked the local hardware store. Looked at wooden screen doors. For the price they looked cheaply made.

I need to say as a long time customer of Lowe’s I am very disappointed with my last purchase
I wanted a small riding lawnmower and saw online that Lowe’s in Auburn had one so I went in to see it when I didn’t see it on the sales floor I asked the employee in that department he said that it shows in stock and went out back to check on it, he came back and said we have two one has a broken seat and can’t be sold and the other one has a sold tag on it from back in March he said that must be a mistake and will look into it, I went back the next day and was told the lawnmower could be sold I asked to see it and was told I couldn’t go outback so he showed me a picture on his phone I bought it and asked for delivery, it was delivered on Tuesday after Memorial Day it was dropped off and they left what I got was the one with the broken seat I thought it wasn’t worth the effort to send it back so I had to drill out a broken screw go to the store and find another fixed the seat and started to check it out on the first turn the whole steering wheel came apart in my hand after another hour I got that fixed all the owners manuals wet soaked so bad they couldn’t be read
Needless to say this was the worst experience I have ever had with Lowe’s

Usually have what I need. Lowes tends to be my first stop of the big box hardware stores, and I am glad they cary the EGO line of battery-operated yard care products. Best investment in yard care products I have ever made

It's our go to of all the hardware stores within an hour. Seems to be organized, stocked, and larger than other local Lowes. The parking lot by the lumber side is always empty and super easy as well.
