Great place to do business. I dealt with Mark Bossie who is top notch. My purchase was as smooth as any automobile purchase I've ever completed. It was easy and stress free. I was happy with the purchase price of the car and the trade in price they gave me for mine. Mark did a great job explaining all the aspects of the new car. Five Stars all around.

My daughter took her car to Lee Auburn (where it was purchased MAYBE a year ago) when Lee Westbrook looked at it TWICE and couldn’t resolve her issue! It was recommended that she have a mechanic who specializes in Honda’s look at it! Lee Auburn can’t seem to find anything wrong with it yet it makes grinding noises when turning, is stalling almost daily and is hesitating/sluggish when they give it gas! Sounds like incompetence to me and shameful that they’d send a young girl, with health issues on her way to what? To just keep driving it and wait for it to break down? Keep driving it and void her warranty? And then tell her they FINALLY found the issue but sorry, your warranty was voided and won’t cover it? Would NOT recommend service OR sales here, they don’t stand behind the used cars they sell, she hasn’t even had the car a full year, and is left with a car she’s afraid to drive and a criminal payment because they also left her with a too high payment ($500+/month for a USED 9yr old car? That didn’t last a year) during a desperate situation!

I went in to the Westbrook location where they were very accommodating, they stayed late a bit extra to direct me to the auburn location. Paul set me up with a neat car when I needed one most! He’s also been helpful with additional questions, answering promptly. He even helped me find new insurance! I’m super happy and grateful! Highly recommended.

My son purchased his first new vehicle at Lee Nissan Auburn on March 15, 2025. We had visited other places, but what a different environment when we arrived at Lee Nissan! WOW! Jes was our sales rep, and she was extremely attentive and genuine. The sales manager, Shaun, was also very helpful and worked with my son on what he needed. Julia, the finance rep, wrapped up the experience with top-notch service. I would highly recommend Lee Nissan Auburn. My son was treated as a young professional seeking his first new car versus “just a number” or the means to make a buck. Bravo, Lee Nissan!

This is the worse dealer you can get a car, because they charge insane interest fee even good excellent credit score, the Alley bank that they have charged 13% and above for interest. And when signed the contract they said that you will have free oil change for up to 25000 miles in any lee dealer and when you go to make the “free oil change in any dealer they not honor that and they send you where you bought the car and in that dealer tell the free oil is not included in the contract and they don’t going to do it either for free, that you have to pay. I totally disagree with this dealership. I don’t recommend it a all is the worse place you can get a car. I fully recommend Toyota the offer 2.4-4.5 % in interest rate. Also they don’t have the option for gap insurance either. Who ever if you have good or excellent credit score don’t put your feet in this dealership. The dealer is maybe good for people with bad credit score because they don’t have any other option. They post that the manager clarify the misunderstanding but the true is that no body talk to me, I don't speak with any manager just the person in the front desk at the service let me know that free oil is no cover for the contract. but in Toyota dealer and Darling's dealer when I bought a car they said that I will have a free oil change up 25,000 miles and they honor they word. But with this dealer they said but they don't honor they word. and they when you have a bad review for them them make the replay as they clarify the misunderstanding when any manager spoke to you. That is hypocrisy just to pretend to resolved the problem when they don't care at all.

We unfortunately totaled our car on Thanks Giving. Once we knew the bad news i decided to start car hunting. I went to Lee in Auburn for a test drive of the Kicks 2025 I’d seen online. Mark Bossie let me have a test drive, answered some questions, but was not pushy on the sale. I left and came back once my insurance got their stuff together a week or so later and the process was easy peasy. I upgraded my pick from a base model S to an SV, thanks to Mark and the information book he gave me on my first visit. He also insisted I test drive the different model. Thank you, it was great but I would have been a little shell shocked because there were changes between the vehicle I originally tested and this one. Thank you Lee of Auburn and Mark for making the experience quick, easy, and enjoyable.

The collision center absolutely sucks here if I could give zero stars I would. I brought my truck here after I was in a wreck and had to wait two and a half months just to get them to even look at my vehicle while being strung along the entire time like it would be started on soon...three months after it had just been sitting there and paying for a rental car the entire time they tell me my truck is totalled out...when i went to clean my stuff out of it they threw a bunch of my personal stuff in the bed of the truck that got rained on and ruined...don't bring your vehicle here

We purchased our vehicle (2021 Nissan Rogue) back in March (Used - 16k miles). Last week wife was having issues with it starting. So thinking it might be a battery I went to Advanced Auto and was told no the battery is fine. So thinking it must be my wife's FOB key, I gave her the one I had but a day later the car wouldn't start with either FOBs. So we had the vehicle towed to the dealership, nervous all weekend thinking of how expensive this is going to be, Monday I went to the dealership repair and spoke with Shane. After explaining the situation he said "Well you just got the vehicle back in March, let me see what we can do to cover the cost for you". Later that day we found out it was a battery and they replaced it at no cost. This is what great service is and to have folks like Shane working there is why we've purchased 5 vehicles from Lee.

Mark Bossie was incredible throughout the entire process. He made getting out of my Honda lease seamless and far less stressful than I ever imagined. Went for 2 quarts of transmission fluid, and waited at the parts desk for a half hour before being taken care of. One guy was in the parts department, and he was on the phone ordering parts for another vehicle being serviced there. One guy walked by, asked me if I was being helped, I said no, and he just kept walking. It was like I was invisible! My advice to ANYONE, DO NOT buy a car here, have it serviced here, or buy anything from this uncaring place of business. I wouldn't even use their rest room if I were you.

We had a warranty issue. The service team could not have been better. They contacted Nissan, and quickly resolved the problem. My Titan is the third vehicle we purchased from Lee. Their awesome service team is a key reason we come back. The only reason I rated them as 5 stars, is because I couldn’t do 6.

I went there about a month ago to buy a frontier pick up truck. They did not want to hear what I said. I told him I wanted to think about it. They made me start signing some paperwork and I realize that they sold my information and now ever since I left that dealership, I have been getting Robo calls, you know what. Very high-pressure sales. I’m glad I didn’t buy anything there because sorry to let you know all you Nissan owners you’ve got a Renault powered automobile and you know what happened to Renault they were junk and I talked to a lot of people that own new Nissans and say they’re just rattle boxes anyway glad I didn’t buy one. Love my new Hyundai Santa Cruz sorry sorry Adam Lee Lee is not for me and I’m telling all my friends not to go there bad place.

I had a state inspection that turned up the need for new brakes and tires. Brakes were done that day and tires are being shipped. Nissan service was able to deliver my key to my work so I could pick up my car after hours! They went above and beyond and communicated with me every step of the way.

I was lucky enough to work with David Lovering to get my car. I went in thinking I'd be getting something used and he was able to get me into a brand new 2024 Nissan Versa. I couldn't be more grateful for David and his help. David went above and beyond to help me understand all the numbers and paperwork, he was very kind and genuine. David was helping myself and another person at the same time and did amazing with bouncing back and forth and communicating when he'd step away and checked in often. This was my first time buying a car and the treatment from Lee was great, very kind and welcoming. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Completely inaccurate assessment of my car. I had the brakes changed 7,500 before my appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and they said they were all bad and needed to be replaced as well as trying to scam me out of $515.75 for a new oil pan because they said it was leaking, which I inspected and it wasn't. My 2019 Murano only has 42,300 miles on it. They are professional liars and prey on the ignorant. Absolutely shameful crew, I'll never return.

Will not buy here again. Will not buy a Nissan again. We have had ongoing issues with water leaking in through the back hatch of our Rogue after Nissan Auburn “fixed it” after our backup camera stopped working. They have attempted to repair the issue while it’s in warranty. It’s still leaking and we are now out of warranty. Haven’t heard back from them. We will contacting Nissan directly and inform them of our experience. We purchased this car brand new from this dealership.

With our first visit everything was well above expectation. From setting appointment in a few days time, customer service, waiting was minimal,washing the vehicle when done with work. You are the mechanic now since others don't know anything about the vehicle.

This was the worst auto experience ever. I have leased or purchased over fifty vehicles and this was the worst experience ever. Process took almost five hours, no test ride,,no explanation of anything, no thankyou and on top of it all the vehicle itself sucks, loud, hot, uncomfortable, just not good, wish I could bring it back, last Nissan and last LEE for me.

I did my research, so I knew what i wanted. I walked in and met the sales managers who directed me to a sales agent. The process was explained each step along the way and I left the same day with my car. The day I went was a snow storm day and I called ahead and the team had some options cleaned off and ready for me to test drive.

We arrived on time. The service manager greeted me and I asked him to hold off the car wash because my husband had a doctors appointment in an hour.
They performed an oil change and tire rotation in only a half hour.
I was very impressed and appreciative for such great service.

Mark Bossie is amazing. He is patient and tolerated my many questions on how to buy out my current lease and give that car to my daughter, get a new lease for myself, and handle a trade in for a new car for my husband. We did all of this in one day and we did it successfully. Everyone worked together with us to make this happen. Signing paperwork with Ben went smoothly as we sat with him multiple times.
I can not say enough about how pleased I am.

I continually come back to Lee Nissan and continually deal with Mark. This will not change!

It was quick, I was able to schedule before my office day started so it was of little inconvenience. I was quoted a price and it was exactly what I was quoted, I received a suggested maintenance schedule so I can plan for future expenses incurred for the next time and the manager of the garage is always very pleasant.
