I have always had great service at Lee. I try to stay away though, because I have gone for a oil change on 2 different occasions, and came home with a new Ram.

I recently purchased a used 2022 Jeep Wrangler from the Auburn location, and once again had a great experience with Cam Edgecomb, who has helped me with my last four Jeep purchases. Cam is consistently professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He truly takes the time to make sure I get exactly what I’m looking for, without any pressure. I continue to return to him because I trust him and know I’ll be treated with respect and honesty every time.

About a week after the purchase, an unexpected error message appeared on the dash, and I was unable to drive the vehicle. I met with Aaron LaBelle, the service manager, on July 3rd, and he immediately stepped up to handle the situation. He arranged for the Jeep to be towed back to the dealership and quickly secured a rental car for me so I wouldn’t be left without transportation.

While issues like this are never ideal, the way Aaron responded showed true professionalism and care. He made sure the situation was resolved as smoothly and efficiently as possible, and kept me informed throughout the process. That level of customer service makes a huge difference, and I really appreciated how he handled everything.

Cam Edgecomb and Aaron LaBelle at the Auburn location continue to be the reason I keep coming back. I’ll definitely be recommending both of them—and the dealership—to anyone looking for a great vehicle and a team that stands behind their customers.

Very nice experience at the Lee Jeep Dealership in Auburn. The salesperson, Matthew Votto was very knowledgeable about our new Jeep Compass and assisted us after the sale with setting up our phones in the Compass. There was no pressure at all, loved it! Go see Matt if you want a pleasant vehicle buying experience. The finance department was very helpful and explained all the different items we could purchase. The entire staff we were exposed was very friendly. We replaced our 12 year old Jeep Compass (Red one on left) with this new one. Our 2014 Compass is going to be given to a family member to use. This vehicle run as good as it did back in 2013.

Why is it the when I has service done on my 2020 Murano at Lee Auto Nissan in Auburn and everything is fine, I get multiple contacts asking for a review but when something goes wrong, I don’t get anything from them.

Last Friday I brought my car in for a scheduled appointment to replace a defective sensor. I was told that I had to bring the car in very early and had to leave it because the car had to be cold for the, to work on it. I brought it in at 7:30am and was told it would be worked on around 10ish and it might a couple of hours. I was given a ride home by the shuttle.

I had not heard from them at 2:00pm so I called. I held for a good 10 minutes while the receptionist tried repeatedly to get someone in service pick up to speak to me. She then said she would send them an email with my inquiry. Forty five minutes later I called again and asked them to send the shuttle to pick me up so that I could speak to them, IN PERSON.

When I arrived, I spoke to the service advisor and he gave me the run around that he had told the service tech several times during the day to repair my car but had been put off. Lo and behold, I had not been there more than 20 minutes or so when he popped in to tell me my car was ready.

I was NOT a happy customer!!!

I had a wonderful experience purchasing from Lee. I was greeted by Ryan Ross outside and he was eager to help me. He was not pushy and was a great listener. His boss was just as wonderful and researched information for me. My total experience was awesome as they kept my price within what I was looking for. I would recommend them first.

Glad we went to Lee. First time ever leasing a vehicle. Went to other dealerships and no one ever discussed with us the option of leasing. They made it a priority to hear what we were looking for and gave us the time to make decisions without pressure. Really great experience, absolutely recommend.

Did not have a great experience told the salesman that I had money to put down he said what I had would be sufficient when I got there he said oh now we need this much down. I’m like OK. I can come up with that but I need more time. He’s like OK great when you can come back I said I can come back tomorrow between 1030 and 11 when I got there the vehicle that I was going to buy they had sold on me

Lee was great. I called with a unique problem and Katie was awesome. She understood my problem, was empathetic and provided a few options that could help as well as a few cost estimates. When I was scheduled for service, it was easy and Matt made sure to call when done. Often times places say they will call, but they don't.

Talk about a wonderful dealer experience. As someone who works in the automotive industry, I have a unique understanding of the important role a quality sales team plays in the reputation of a brand. The folks at Lee Nissan (talking to you Paul in sales, Julia in financing) exude the down-to-earth, humanistic air of regular folk helping regular folk; all in an intimidation-free environment. Can't say how how much more this should be the standard in vehicle sales; people genuinely helping people through as huge a financial situation like buying a vehicle. All smiles here and I look forward to many miles ahead. Thanks.

I don't usually do reviews, but I felt I should share this. I bought an Audi at Lee Dodge in Auburn, yes an Audi, which was a smooth purchase for the most part. I have the Lee oil change plan they sell you when you buy your vehicle. So naturally I called to have my oil changed when it was time. I called on a Monday to schedule on the Friday of the same week. They schedule me at Lee Honda for my service, which is fine I thought. Friday comes and my oil change is scheduled for 3pm, so I arrive at 2:50, at 3:45 the technician comes to the waiting room to inform me that they don't have the oil filter or oil for my car, so they have to run to the parts store to get it(apparently the parts store was not answering there phone for them to deliver). It took them 2 hours and 20 minutes for an oil change, they couldn't reset the any of the maintenance codes. They didn't seem very confident on having the right amount of oil in it either. It was apparently too late to run it through the car wash, which I'm assuming they must do as a courtesy. I hate that it was that horrible of an experience! I walked out of there at 5:20 and very confused on what had just happened. I have remaining oil changes left but will not be going back, which judging from the way we were treated they will be glad not to have my car back. I do understand that an Audi is very different then a Honda but it was just an oil change.

I had such a positive experience purchasing my Honda HR-V at Lee Honda! I worked with salesman Phil McGall, who was knowledgeable, friendly, and down-to-earth. He was patient, showed me multiple options, and did not pressure me at all. He really goes above and beyond and my mom (who also got a new vehicle) and I were both very impressed with him. And my experience with Finance Manager Sarah Pike was also very positive. Highly recommend!

Yesterday I bought a 2018 Honda CRV at Lee Honda. My salesman was Phil McGall, and I could not have asked for a more helpful person to help me arrive at my final decision. Phil was patient, friendly, answered all my questions thoroughly, showed me a large variety of options and gave me lots of test driving opportunities. I never once felt pressured into buying. Best of all, I love my car!

Not at all what we expected from a professional body shop I have two different color blacks now I have a new black and my old black which is 2018. My expectations were much greater than that not to mention the inside. Was filthy not at all what you see for an ad on TV you come in for service and you get your car cleaned Didn’t happen to purchase a brand new jeep Rubicon after I got my jeep back, but I think I’ll change from jeep now and buy a truck where they have an excellent service department not only waited months for this very disappointed with the way it was returned to me and it took two weeks to both on four doors in the hood I don’t know that’s all they were doing. They certainly wouldn’t so I’m not happy with my first and last experience with them.

My experience with Lee was great, start to finish. From the minute I showed interest in my Ram there was no lack of commitment from everyone involved. Nathan Bishop was my salesman and had answers for all questions asked. Very helpful and made the whole process enjoyable. Dylan finished with a pile of papers to sign, but kept it very entertaining. Great experience and would recommend to anyone.

I had an amazing truck buying experience at Lee GMC! I had been looking for truck for some time when I found a Sierra that caught my eye at Lee GMC. I went to look at the vehicle and Jake Simard greeted me, showed me the vehicle, and thoroughly went through the features. I also spoke with the sales manager Joe Parker who was professional and really made me feel at ease. After the test drive, I made the decision to buy. I was planning on going thru my bank but ended up going to see David Searles in finance. David was able to get me into the vehicle for a better rate than if I had gone thru my local bank, and made the whole process super easy. I really can't say enough good things about this experience from start to driving off the lot, Lee GMC made me feel welcomed, not pressured, and appreciated as a customer. Thank you Lee GMC!

Horrible experience!! From beginning to end.
They were rude to begin with because I wanted to real quick test drive 2 vehicles that I looked up before and did research on and called them before to let them know I was coming 2 hours before closing.
Just tone of voice was rude and distasteful and I felt so rushed by everyone..
Manager kept bringing up the time to make me feel bad(I work sales/retail I KNOW what it’s like to stay later, if you want the money you do it with a smile!)
During paperwork they needed references I asked why cause it seemed ridiculous, the finance lady explained in the most annoying fake kindergarten teacher to a 5 year old voice that the bank needs it. I understood.
I wrote my 3 references. They come back saying I need to write who these people are to me “relationship” wise, I said and began to write just people I know, friend, acquaintance. Manager tells me I better not be lying, I said I’m putting $4000 down on a car and I put friend I’m not lying. And I’ve been kindly cooperating but yet any and every question I asked it was like an annoying hassle..He then says don’t raise your voice ( it was literally just my big girl voice is all)and my boyfriend says let her talk though, and he at the end says forget it all. And we walked out. They were just on me the whole time and made my car buying experience literally he11. Lee was not for me. Lee did not have the customers back or even try and make it a pleasant buying experience. I’m WILL GLADLY TAKE MY BUSINESS AND MONEY ELSEWHERE!

I bought a car from what I thought was a reputable dealership, 9 days later the car completely died. It took 3 weeks of them toying around with my car, moving it from different mechanics for it to finally end up at Lee. I’m so thankful it did. Zoey at Lee was amazing. I was at the end of my lease and planned on just returning my CR-V and expecting to pay $350 for the turn-in fee, but Scott Lessard came to me and guided me through it and I ended up not having to pay the $350 and got a check made out to me for a lot of money. It was a total surprise and I was shocked. He hooked me up and I recommend him and Lee Honda 100%

Derek, the sales guy was amazing when the extra miles. Make sure I get in the truck. I wanted and the payments that I needed. The finance guy worked for a hard and found a bank. I would accept me then. Get me in with a minimum down payment and a very nice. Monthly payment the truck is amazing

Went car shopping with my parents and got teamed up with Scott at Lee Honda in Auburn, ME. He was nothing but helpful working with them to organize all of their documents and prepare them for a new vehicle. He came out to meet us as we were looking at vehicles outside and was very efficient, kind, and helpful through the whole buying process. I got my Subaru Legacy back in January. When I bought it the touchscreen radio was broken. I went back and I told the salesman and he told me to call David Poisson. I called David and told him what happened. He quickly made me an appointment to get it looked at. It was decided that I would need a whole new radio. Immediately the part was ordered. The shipping took quite some time, but David called me as soon as the part was in and we made an appointment. The day of the appointment I was in and out within an hour. Great service, no hassle, and genuine people! Thank you for everything!

No loyalty for repeated customers even after three straight new vehicles!! Do not expect to use the collision shop even as a multi -vehicle buyer from this place and think that they are going to ever help you with a loaner. The owner of the company told me specifically he will not take a car off the lot to help somebody out under any circumstance. The only option is to wait until the inflated rental price on one of their cars becomes available. This is horrible. Business do not buy..

AUBURN location! Where to start?! A year and a half of service and still had my car leave broken!!! After an accident Jul 2022 my car was sent to Lee's by the collision center. Each time I got it back more was wrong FOR A YEAR and a HALF! No rentals provided, no help with alternatives, and when I tried to go to the customer relations agent I was promised a call back by the manager Shane and never got one! Do NOT bring your car here! DO not trust their word and I would NEVER recommend actually purchasing from them. Luckily Burlington found that they never connected the part back to my alternator and fixed it. FINALLY have my car with a sticker (but my trunk is broken... I just have to laugh at this point)

Jeff (sales manager) was also wonderful and very fair with our trade. They went above and beyond for both our trade and our purchase. I came in for an oil change and just a general diagnostic because my car was making some weird noises. My technician and mechanic was Jason. He was so wonderful, he knew right away what the problem was, very upfront about the diagnosis. He went through all of the options i could do and guided me in the right direction. 15 minutes later I’m back on the road and everything’s running smoothly. This single experience opened my eyes to the world of mechanics and will forever have changed my perspective on going to shops.

Came here for a super unexpected oil change a few days ago, I was rushing and already stressed because I was going to be late. Jason assured me that I would make it on time, I did not believe him. Until he started the oil change, I think I was there for maybe 5 minutes. This was the QUICKEST and cleanest oil change Ive ever seen in my life. If you’re looking for a quick and easy but good quality place for your car to get fixed. GO HERE!!! they are the best around. And go to Jason if you’re in a super rush, he understands!

This is Hands down the Worst experience I’ve ever had buying a car. Lee sold me a broken car and won’t take it back. I can’t even believe people can get away with doing this to anyone. I’m so upset with Lee auto mall. if anyone knows how to help me with this please let me know. I’m putting this on here in hopes that they don’t rip you off like they did me. I’m a single mom and this was my only transportation for my child to school and doctors and me for work and now I have nothing

I recently bought a Chrysler Pacifica van at Lee’s Auto mall in Auburn. Although I live in Caribou, it was worth the 5 Hour drive down to Auburn! At first, I dealt with them over the phone, it was hard finding the vehicle that I wanted, and they advised me to put a refundable down payment on the van until I can get there in person. I’m glad I did as it took me weeks to find the van that I wanted, anywhere within three state area of Maine, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts! Believe it or not finding an all wheel drive van is difficult. Our sales person checked in with us every step of the way, and was ready for us when we walked in the door. The van was washed, prepped and ready for a test drive. I brought my adult daughter with me and her service dog and they made all three of us feel incredibly welcome. It was a warm day and they even brought a big water bowl out for Max! I feel like this dealership went above and beyond to help us get exactly what we wanted. They knew the point of the van was to make her and her service dog comfortable and they went out of their way to include her and all the decisions. I would definitely go back and buy another vehicle here as well as recommend them to anyone in the area. It’s a huge Auto mall and there’s so many different makes and models, but the one common thread is the decency that they show towards the people that walk through the door. It was not just about making a deal or selling the vehicle. It was about making sure that we were 100% happy. John Thibodeau was our sales person. If you get a chance to work with John, take it!

Lee’s quote 405$!!! Work done at Cameron’s for 90$ and get this, they got the part at Lee’s for 39.95!!!

I purchased my 2019 Insight at Lee’s and was shocked when they wanted 405$ to fix my windshield washer sprayer. I instead brought it to Cameron’s in auburn and they charged me 40$ for the pump (purchased at Lee’s) and split 75$ labor cost with an oil change. I guess this is how Mr. Lee treats people who buy their cars at Lee’s, but do not do their phony commercials
