My son purchased a used truck from Emerson. It needed some unexpected service and they were quick to make it right and even gave us a loaner. Service was completed quickly and they apologized for the inconvenience. Our salesman Jason W. was very reassuring and made sure everything was done and we were happy. Josh was great, we talked on the phone about two trucks they had and I was able to basically buy it over the phone with the help of Hope and Sue in finance. When I showed up to do the trade in and get the truck I was there all of 20 minutes. In and out super fast. There was no BS about what I wanted or how we were gonna do it. Just a fair trade offer and a good price for the new truck. Definitely recommend Emerson Chevy and ask for Josh.

Absolutely loved my experience buying my car at Emerson Chevrolet, the staff that I encountered were amazing, Brian, you are a wonderful salesman, the finance office is the best, especially sue. I needed a new transmission for my truck. It was under an extended warranty. They had my truck for a month! Terrible and awful job of keeping the customer ‘in the know’.Virtually the only communication involved was when I had to contact the dealership for updates, as there were only 2 occasions where anyone called me (and that was when I requested a callback when no one was available to speak to). I was the one who had to take the initiative to contact the warranty company, and essentially had to be the go between, in order to confirm that my transmission and associated costs were covered.
Also, when I got my truck back, there were still engine codes that they never bothered to address or clear out.
Horrible, unprofessional service. I would expect much better service from a dealership!

An edit in response to the 'owner'. You spelled my name wrong; very surprising for a company that cares so much about their reputation and customer service. Also, you said that you called me to reach out after my review, which is a lie. You say a transmission replacement takes time; I was told by the warranty company that it usually takes 1 day and your rep told me that you had 4 of my transmissions in stock (so no waiting on parts).Your staff was clearly incompetent when it came to dealing with the warranty company (and everything else). I had to contact the warranty company and specifically tell your service rep what information they needed. This is WHAT YOU DO; do better!

I worked with Sasha and John recently and they were excellent. I needed to get my vehicle fixed, and I was worried since I have two young children and couldn’t be too long without it. They were able to get me in within a reasonable time and fixed it quickly. It turned out great and they both had amazing customer service and kept me updated often. Will absolutely be back for future needs.

Will, Josh and Sue were a tremendous help when I needed to trade in due to lingering electrical issues in my new car. They made the process quick and painless, and I would recommend them to anyone in the market that also values excellent customer service!

Wallace confirmed my truck did not have a diesel related emission service bulletin (SB), 19-NA-124, and kept my up to date on status of my truck during my service visit. Jordan, the service tech, applied the SB in a timely manner, making for a predictable visit. For future service I cannot do myself, I'll bring my LWN Canyon to Emerson Chevrolet Buick.

We went for an oil change and it was done on time. The employees are very friendly. We bought our car there and we are very happy with our experience there. I would definitely recommend them.

There’sa reason Emerson has been in business as long as they have. The sales folk are not pushy, rude or inferior. Theyre truly there to make life easier and find the right fit. Josh, Corey, Brian are all wonderful and so knowledgeable. Hope understands the intricate lending necessities. Overall incredibly smooth and will continue referring folks

Absolutely outstanding experience from the beginning to the end. Josh, the sales person who I dealt with was the complete opposite of what everybody thinks a typical car salesman is like. He was respectful, honest and simply down to earth. Hope, in finance was also a huge help and didn't beat around the bush with getting me a great rate. I was comparing between this dealership and another and they immediately won my business with their professionalism and honesty.

My parent's and I went to Emerson this past weekend and worked with Josh Wyman. The dealership has lots of inventory & had exactly the car we were looking for. I recently helped my in laws purchase a Chevy on the Cape two weeks ago and Emerson was like the Cape dealer - Emerson was equally as friendly, honest & completely transparent. As a result we felt taken care of and relaxed during the entire process. I would highly recommend Josh, Sue in Finance & the dealership. Very impressed and thankful that we did business here!

Would highly recommend dropping your vehicle off unless you want to wait 2 hours for an oil change, inspection and tire rotation. That was WITH an appointment

Beware!! My husband and I bought a 2024 Chevy Silverado from this place on December 31st. The AC has never worked. The first time we brought in our new truck with the problem they charged it with coolant and sent us on our way. Told my husband that the "factory robots forgot to put in coolant". A month later, we are driving and all of a sudden, hot air out of the vents again! We call the service center, bring it in and now are being told that they need a part to fix it that will take 3 weeks to get!! On top of that they will not put coolant in it because of its cost to them, and the fact that they know it will leak out. So they want us to run our new truck, still under warranty, with the compressor dry. Additionally, they will not provide a loaner vehicle because, as they put it, "the truck is technically operable". We are reviewing lemon laws and consulting a lawyer! This majorly affects the resale value of the vehicle. SO that's the standard of quality at Emerson Chevrolet for a $50,000 truck, "It's still drivable".

Ever since I had to have the back up camera replaced, I have had nothing but scratch after scratch in the paint repaired. This last time, I was told they had repaired all the scratches and they lied. There are still scratches on the truch the service manager wrote down that were never repaired. This dealership sucks. Once this lease is done, I will never deal with them again!

Without a doubt, some of the best people to deal with!!! Emerson has an "old business" feel where customers matter and are not just a number or a sale.

It was super easy! Never felt uneasy about any part of the process! Very straight forward! The inventory is fantastic. Their sales/service/financial flows very smoothly!

My service advisor was excellent and everybody was spot on.... and even though I was late for my appointment they squose me in! I've bought several vehicles from this dealership and will continue to do so!

Cory Camire went over and above to get my father into the right lease for him. He spent weeks dealing with me, going back and forth, never getting annoyed or frustrated at all. He stuck with us through the whole process making us feel completely comfortable, and never rushed. He is just the kindest man, and a true asset to Emerson Chevy.

A few issues occurred on this visit. Oil was left on top of engine after oil change. I had to clean it. I have photos of how it was left, sloppy. They wanted to charge $130.00 to charge the engine air filter. I ended up doing this myself in 10 minutes (after cleaning up the oil mess) with air filter from a local auto parts store for $40.00. The vehicle didn’t pass inspection, which I was charged for, due to worn tires. The wear on the tires was on the inside edge of all four tires. The tires were purchased at Emerson in July 22. They were properly inflated and rotated by Emerson at each visit. When the tires were purchased a suspension component was replaced and the vehicle was aligned by Emerson. The tires have around 30,000 miles on them. When we asked about warranty on the tires, we were told there isn’t one. We were handed a quote for replacement tires, the same make and model on the vehicle. The product description on the new tires advertise a 62,000 mile warranty. I contacted th service department Emerson 12/14 this morning regarding this issue. I described the situation to a service representative. He said the inspection is non refundable and that I would have to speak to the service manager, who wasn’t in the building. I called later asking for the service manager, was told he wasn’t in. I left a voicemail describing the issues I have and didn’t receive a call back by close of business 12/14. I am at this point very hesitant of doing further business with the service department. This may impact future dealings with Emerson for replacement vehicles. I own three Chevrolet vehicles and drive a fourth company vehicle that is a Chevrolet.

After being brushed off by the service department for over a week, we paid to tow the truck from Emerson to a private shop and repairs were made within 24 hours. They originally charged us $330 but refunded $100 after I complained. We definitely will not be returning to purchase or service any more trucks.

Cory was amazing to work with. My wife and I visited Emerson Chevrolet in October and he helped us test drive both a Traverse and then a Blazer. Cory went through our options with both of our cars and was super helpful. He was not pushy with us AT ALL. Once we decided on a Blazer, we texted Cory about our options. Both of the Blazers we were looking at were "in transit" and not yet at Emerson. Our first choice was already picked by someone else, so we put our name on our second choice and was told it would be in in a few weeks. Cory was very communicative with us the entire process. On the date our Blazer was supposed to come in, Cory texted us to let us know that our first choice Blazer was actually available and had arrived at Emerson. We drove up that day and he helped us with the entire process of trading in my car, finances, insurance, etc. We left that same day with our first choice Blazer!! Cory and Emerson Chevrolet made our process of buying a car extremely easy.

Emerson's gets my highest vote I have sent several of my friends to them and this is now the only place that I will buy a car from not only do they have my best interest at heart their sales guy Mark Barrett is phenomenal he even sent me a birthday card not a touch I would have expected from a car dealership it's the little things that matter not only to me but to them as well very grateful to have found them and look forward to many years of business with them

Getting ready to go to Florida. SO went to your establishment to get oil change and inspection. Your service manager said I needed tires. Gave me a price so I said go ahead and put them on. He said he would have to schedule another appointment I said ok he said he couldn't get me in till the end of October that is about 5 weeks from my scheduled appointment. I told him that I was leaving for Florida Oct 8th. And he said that he couldn't do it. So I left and went to another chevy dealership and they said that they could get me in in 3 days and the tires were almost 200.00 dollars cheaper. So I probably won't ever go back to your business. Thank you for your great service. It saved me money......

I went to the service department 2 times now. They first did an oil change and tire rotation, the second they put on a new side mirror for me. Every time I have been getting excellent service. From purchasing my car to getting it fixed and maintenance on it no complaints.

I had a 2pm appointment arrived 15 minutes early they said drive it in and nobody else in the waiting room sat their till 4.15pm also charge me $ 123.00 for the oil change and rotation of the tires but I asked them to change my gas filter and they charged me $162.00 between the wait and over charging me for the gas filter is outrageous,it's sad when I bought the vehicle there and the girl at the service desk was very rude.

Cory made the vehicle selection process simple, and I felt like he knew me and what I wanted almost better than I knew myself. Initially went looking for a used vehicle but he made it clear to me that a new vehicle with incentives, rebates and my trade in actually made more sense, and found me a beautiful 2023 Silverado that I took home just a few hours later. Very good experience, and never felt pressured at all. Cory is a pleasure to work with.

When we started looking for a new car, we felt quite overwhelmed. It had been a number of years since purchasing a vehicle. The sales person, Jeff, went the extra mile finding us the right car. And, the dealership gave us a good price. The lady in business office helped us secure the financing, she was friendly, reassuring, making sure to get us the best loan rate possible. Everyone was awesome & we love our new car.

For the most part your service dept has treated me real good. The guys in parts are great and all deserve a raise.

Dealership did what was asked of them. Attention to detail was noticed because cars oil life was reset to 100%. Service advisor was knowledgeable and respectful.

Sales seemed great. The service department is a joke, they have wasted large amounts of my time with lack of communication and are consistently unavailable for weeks when I am experiencing issues with my 2018 CFPO Silverado which I purchased there. Most recently, I went in today with an engine knock that is very concerning and in my opinion sounds like it should not be operated. I was told that they cannot do anything at all for 3 weeks, bottom line. They then advised me to continue to drive the vehicle rather than suggest I bring it to a different Chevrolet service department which is more available. I wonder how Chevrolet would feel knowing I may blow up my warranteed engine based on their advice when they could have just sent me to another dealership. Don't waste your time, just go give your money to someone who will give you the time of day.

My questions were answered, everyone in the process was layed back, but very knowledgeable.
