The Home Depot - Auburn, ME

I order curbside pick up and because I am arriving at 6:15 pm so I need pick up inside the store, but unfortunately it is not by the front counter, so I need to go to get the product by myself.

Ben at the contractors desk 5/22/2025 was rude and out of line on junk roofing which a manager has marked down and would not honor a managers discount He
promised a call when he got an answer from upper management and never comtacted me with an answer . I hope you lose your job Ben

I use the Pro desk through my company, and the folks there are always friendly and more than willing to help. I look forward to my Home Depot trips each time!

We had the best help this evening from a kind man named Ed! Very knowledgeable and helpful. And answered all our questions about our tub issues. We really liked him!

I was going to write a review about how upset I am with the service, luckily Emily and Eric came to the rescue. They seem to be the only competent employees at this location. They definitely deserve a raise. Thanks guys!

Met woth a cabinet designer she had a great sense of humor and did amazing job helping us out and designing our kitchen

Alex and Aslan were extremely helpful and turned what could have been a nightmare for my aunt into a blessing. If you need help with anything ask for these two. They know what they are doing and they know how to treat customers.

The Auburn ME store: Mary in the paint department is always so helpful and knowledgeable. Ben in flooring was so great helping me find a product that was not even in his department. Way to go for both these employees. Great customer service! Love Home depot!

This is the second time I've had to wait for help at the front end. The first time was to have someone help me put an ac in my car but no one came after I waited fifteen minutes and reminded them 3 times. Now I've been standing here for ten waiting for help to get a product off the top shelf. I've reminded them and no one has come so I decided if no one's come by the time I get done typing this out I'm posting it. No one's here still so onto Google it goes.....

Let's begin with pricing.
Very expensive to shop here. Prices continue to rise.
As for the service, they'll not give change at the register. Not even two tens for a twenty.
If you want extra money from your debit card while paying for your groceries they chg for that service as well. Not happy with such a big outfit

Getting this order was an absolute nightmare. They do not have truck drivers hired through Home Depot. They are outside contractors. So the driver was from New York and outright refused delivery after driving out to our property because he would have had to turn around on a slightly busy route. So this pushed delivery out another week, which put our project out 2 weeks cause we had already waited a week. I made several phone calls, and I was getting very frustrated. Finally, i got to speak with Cass, and she was wonderful and was on top of it. She even called me the morning of delivery to make sure all was good. Dan, the delivery drive was awesome! He was very apologetic, even tho it wasn't his fault. He had no problem driving down into the property. A lot of the 2x6 in the pallet we ordered isn't great they are crowned/warped pretty bad so thats really not great but think thats not necessarily Home Depots fault.
