My experience with Lee Auto Mall has been extremely disappointing. I brought my vehicle in for repairs starting in mid June, and the lack of customer service and communication throughout the entire process has been unacceptable.

From the beginning, there was no help or support with securing a rental vehicle, even though I asked for assistance I was left to navigate it on my own and ultimately wound up not working the entire month of June due to not having transportation. After my appointment on June 16, I heard nothing from anyone. When I dropped my vehicle off on June 26, there was still no communication until I finally called on July 1 to inquire when my vehicle would be fixed (mind you I dropped my key off with all my information in the drop box)

While I did appreciate that they were able to “squeeze me in” on July 9 without an appointment, that small positive was overshadowed by the ongoing lack of follow-up. On July 14, I called to report that my vehicle was still making noise, and as of today (July 30), I have still not received any call back or even a customer satisfaction survey about the service.

This entire experience has shown a lack of follow-through, accountability, and basic customer service. After multiple opportunities to communicate and address my concerns, I’m left feeling completely ignored and frustrated.

I had an excellent purchase experience at Lee Jeep in Auburn. All of the sales and finance team members who helped me were courteous, helpful and personable. The entire process (test drive, trade in and financing) was very efficient, and I was headed home in my new Jeep quickly.

Had previous good experience, however, was overcharged for a service above price I was quoted. Called and was told yes I should have been charged quoted price. She would email if I and someone would get back to me tog et it corrected. Entire day came & went and never heard back…..

My main purpose for visiting the service center was to have a Recall addressed. While checking in, I asked the service advisor if a change in setting might be possible so that the 12v accessories plug would turn off with the key. The advisor wrote down a note and said he would give it to the technician.
About one hour later, a different advisor came and found me in the waiting room, letting me know that the Recall service was completed. He also informed me that the setting change I inquired about simply called for a "repositioning of a fuse", which they did. I was then told that the charge for this additional service was $108.19.
I am dissatisfied for two reasons: (1) The fee seems exorbitant for the simplicity of the additional service that was provided. I cannot comprehend why the "repositioning of a fuse" would result in a 30-minute service charge.
(2) It seems to me that the technician (or advisor) should have first confirmed with me that I still wanted this additional service, considering the high cost.

The staff were professional and a please to deal with. The area I drove my truck into was very clean and inviting. They told me it would take 1 1/2 hrs and it only took 30min. I would definitely recommend Lee for work on your Ram truck and probably any vehicle for that matter.

I had my truck towed to their service center. They were the only dodge service center in the area that would even consider looking at it if appointments no showed so I was grateful for that first because it was a week out before the guarantee date they could see it. They ended up not getting to it until the actual day, but they were so friendly every time I followed up. The tech who worked on it kept me in the loop the whole time. He made sure that he got all the paperwork needed to get it covered by my warranty and was super responsive when I had questions through their chat function. I appreciated ever single person and how nice and professional they were every step of the process and I will definitely be taking my truck back here for future needs

Truck went in for a possible exhaust leak and a recall. Exhaust was good. Recall was repaired. I was a little bummed out my truck wasn’t washed. Overall happy with Lee. The Ram was our first new vehicle purchase and our van was our first purchase there. Mike K is the man.

Can’t say enough about Lee!! We traveled an hour and a half to look at a Grand Cherokee L only to realize that it didn’t have a couple of the features that we thought it did, our salesman and the sales manager went above and beyond to find exactly what we wanted! They even managed to have it ready a day earlier than originally promised!! They even stayed late to accommodate. Transactions were smooth and we were out the door in less than a hour! My jeep is 10 years old. I bought it new at LEE Auburn and have had it serviced there ever since purchase. LEE has consistently proven quality care in the maintenance of my vehicle as well as communication with staff. I will always be a repeat customer of LEE Auburn!

Was able to get our jeep into be looked at in a week. Though we had dropped it off three days earlier than the appointment via a tow truck. We called to ensure they knew it had arived and they had the key. They marked it as a no show for the appointment and did not start work on the jeep until we called 6 hours later on the appointment day to see how things were going. The truck was seen that day however they did not have time to find out what was wrong. The
repair was completed on day two meaning we had to pat for another day of vehicle rental. I still gave a 5 star review as we all make mistakes and this one cost me extra money but the truck seems to have been repaired and I'm glad to have it back on the road as it is used daily
for work.

The worst follow up service I've ever recieved. I called back six times for jeep service and couldn't get connected to anyone. I'll go elsewhere next time.

Lee itself is a fine dealership. Customer service is nice. Service department seems good too. The Jeep I bought has been less than reliable. With over 80 years of manufacturing, they still can’t get it right. I don’t blame Jeep, entirely, I blame the lack of qualified engineers who keep turning out shoddy vehicles. I’ve always wanted a Jeep… and honestly would like to own another but things have to change-especially for the price they charge!
This is where Lee gets involved. If they (and thousands of other dealers nationwide) pushed back on the shoddy craftsmanship instead of saying “it’s a Jeep,” we wouldn’t have been put through the irritation of constant maintenance issues. Over 12 months of sensor maintenance. Seriously! Either keep hundreds of them in stock or push for higher QAQC. Can’t say it’s a Jeep thing because they are made by the same corporation that makes other vehicles. In 4 years of owning a Ram without one issue, I went to a Jeep and it’s been in the shop monthly over the course of one year. I haven’t touched a thing either, nor do I run it hard.

First off , a huge thank you to Aaron in Service, he went above and beyond to get the issues covered by my warranty company. He could have taken the initial rejection, but he didn't and for that, I say thank you, thank you, thank you. Now, with that said, I do feel if parts are going to be delayed two weeks or more( mine almost 30 days) chrysler jerp corporate should offer some sort of help with rentals, as my rental cost was over $1300.00, with my warranty company covering $40.00 for 10 days, over and above and the additional days was on me. Again, I thank Aaron for all his help with this!!

The staff was wonderful. The appointment was a total waste of time and money. They did not do what was asked of them. Simply wanted an inspection of what I was requesting done for a transmission seal, not entire vehicle inspection. Going to transmission shop. Turned out costing $215.00. still no answers to my questions. Little to no communication between customer n dealer. Phone run around. Not allowed to let my requests known. Operator played middle man n intervened. Not impressed.Thank you but no thank you.
