The salesman, Brian that helped me buy my Kia k4 EX was very positive from the start and helped me through the process within a timely manner. It was a long process but he sped it up by quite a bit and even helped me get my insurance before I left within minutes. Great place to buy a car.

We worked with Nick Angello. The whole experience was phenomenal from the moment he greeted us when we walked through the door until we drove out of the parking lot. He listened to our needs and provided us with some options that fit our criteria. He was not pushy, or aggressive, but patient and understanding. The whole process took about three hours, and all the staff were pleasant with my two kids and offered homemade cookies and waters. I have had some horrible experiences shopping for vehicles, but this was completely painless and definitely felt like it was more about the customer (me) than making a sale. We will be back again, and I recommend them to anyone who appreciates being listened to and valued.

I made a fast decision to buy a new vehicle when I chose to not keep throwing money at my ancient SUV. Agazy and Jake were so helpful during my buying process. Everything was explained thoroughly throughout the entire experience, I was comfortable while waiting, and everyone had a smile on their faces right when I walked in.

Agazy went above and beyond what I expected him to, offering me new velcro stickers for my EZ Pass (and then installing it for me), and sat with me in the car after the purchase explaining how each button worked because I was LOST haha.

I highly recommend Rowe Auburn for buying, lease, trade in, etc. But I recommend even more Agazy!

We check with several Ford and Kia dealerships in central Maine looking for a Ford Ranger and a KIA Telluride. We found that Rowe Ford Auburn offer the best overall deal (trade in, discount and rebate). I've had company cars in the past and found that there service department is second to none. Ask for Dani she is very knowledgeable and made the process easy and seamless. Highly recommend Rowe Ford in Auburn!

The people working here were very nice and walked us through buying our new car. There was a bit of a hard sell for add-on features, extended warranty, subscription services, etc., but that's to be expected when you're dealing with a car dealership lol so just be prepared for that.

Our experience purchasing our new KIA at Rowe Ford was excellent, mostly because of the product specialist Dylan Elie !
He was so kind, friendly and patient no matter how many questions we asked.He explained the entire car to us, took us on a test drive and help us to make the best decisions for our purchase. After the sale was completed Dylan went over the entire details of the car with us again to assure we understood. We are so thankful for his patience as we are an older couple with a bit of hearing loss, he made us so comfortable! Dylan is one of Rowes Best!
The Manager Chris Sharples was also excellent! As well as all of the staff that was working that day, everyone was friendly and courteous.

My friend has had two Kias for about 30 yrs. So I bought one. I liked it so much I upgraded to another. They're trouble-free, reliable, dependable and made in America. Rowe Kia in Auburn just made me a great deal, as well as, a great trade in allowance. My salesman Chris Rose was so nice. He and Agassi (when Chris was unavailable) explained all my options in my new Kia to me. I am also a fan of Rowe Kia service dept. If it's a half hour job or less they only charge for a half hour. I had a "two minute" job done at Toyota years ago and they charged me for "two hours" bc thats what the computer said to charge. My Toyota RAV4 broke down 10x in one year (I only drive an average of 10,000 miles a year). I had to get around town on my bicycle and climb Goff Hill heading home. I was in my late fifties. Well the bad ones make you appreciate the good ones.

Have purchased twice and both times super fast and efficient. Great expierence! Ask for Mike Clement! I forget the finance ladies name but she is also wonderful. Great pair!

Oh my goodness! I don't know where to start! We came and bought a 2025 Kia Soul today, and were so blessed to have Dylan Elie sell it to us! From the phone call to find out if we could come up this morning, to the last step of the sale, was so smooth, organized and done in a much shorter time, than we have ever experienced! He is amazing, friendly, humorous, intelligent, a gentleman, compassionate, understanding, kind, brilliant, and we could go on and on. Overall, it was a good experience. I was a bit frustrated with some pricing discussions while making my decisions. Mike was great! My experience with the “the finance guy” was great! So, again, overall a positive experience.

Our salesman, Agazy, was the absolute best! So helpful, knowledgeable and supportive through this process. If you’re looking to buy a new car and want a positive and enjoyable experience, I would highly recommend choosing Rowe!

I'm not sure who was working at the desk for Rowe Kia in Auburn Maine today at around 1230 pm bit her attitude was none to pleasing the head Bob and dirty look on her face and the fact she just didn't want to help us and said well then I don't know where it is was not helpful. She would not be a person I wanted to see first when dealing with a car issue. Won't be returning here ever!

I had the pleasure of buying not one but TWO vehicles from him in the last 3 months… back in August I came in with a car with a good amount of negative equity and somehow he got me out of a 2015 Chrysler 200 and into a 2024 Volkswagen Jetta. Then unfortunately my 2021 Kia was totaled in an accident 2 weeks ago , and had only a week to find a new car that I loved as much as I did that one and yesterday he sold me a 2025 Kia sportage SX prestige. Out of everything I’ve dealt with in the last 3 weeks this was the easiest part of it all! Thank you for not one but two amazing NEW cars!

Very easy experience to purchase a car. The sales representatives are respectful and knowledgeable, and offer a fair price for new cars and trade ins. They also check in multiple times to make sure everything is understandable and acceptable. I really appreciated the service here.

They do great work but they will NEVER answer calls or call back if you leave a message. I've called literally dozens of times and left numerous voice messages over the past few months and have gotten nothing back. So if you live super close then this is the place to go. If not, don't bother.

Very unimpressed I’m pretty sure the only words our salesmen knew were “let me ask my manager” we had asked for floor mats in the deal they said we’ll talk when we get here (we had already made a 500 deposit) for them not to have them and have to order them. They start talking payment amount immediately when asked what the interest rate was our not bright enough for fast food salesmen had no idea, the manager was dismissive when we told him the 8.9 they wrote in was unacceptable (we got 5.5 which he said we wouldn’t another Mensa member) if the salesmen are not empowered to make any decisions why don’t we just start with the manager? Also they gave us a packet to register the car forgetting the window sticker won’t be back

I had a fantastic experience with Nick Angello as well as Eric Mendoza at Rowe Auburn. Nick is extremely thorough and helpful. After weeks of stressful car searching with other dealers and going through loops with them I gave Rowe Auburn a call and from the first phone call I knew Nick was my guy! He wasn't agressive and pushy like the other's I was experiencing... especially when it came to financing, he knew I was going with my credit union for financing and he didn't try to force me into going through them and their lendersll, like the other dealers did. He showed me a few vehicles that were in the price range I was looking for via video mail and talked and walked me through the vehicles which was very helpful. The process was so smooth and fast.. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Thank you again Rowe Auburn and especially Nick Angello. Truly appreciate you !

Zane Sanborn was my salesman and he was great. They gave me a better deal than the 4 other dealers I had gone too and litterally saved me thousands. Answered all my questions, also everyone I dealt with had a great personality and they all very easy to deal with.

Kia Auburn: Amazing, the Saleman Justine Erskine, did a Marvelous job! The best service from beginning to end ever! And I have had great service from another dealership in Auburn Vinny Goulet from Emerson Chevy ! Vinny is awesome too!
I have to say the job that Justin did was phenomenal! He went through every step of the entire process, smoothly with amazing attention to detail, he made sure we understood everything, he asked all the right questions and helped with making sure the financing of the car went smooth too!
Considering that the supply chain and the shortage of vehicles : Justin kept us in the loop as to exactly when the car would arrive, rolled out the eared carpet treatment !

I would highly reccomend if you are looking for a Ford, or a Kia : Rowe Ford Kia is the Crème of the Crème top of the dealership in Maine!!

Normally have had great service however simple ask from the quick service. Now time to get new tires and i called twice to ask about tires but sent to voice mail each time and no response to my voice mail. I ended up doing my tires elsewhere. They would schedule a tire change without having the tires.....seems odd. I have been happy with my purchase and my simple service but 3 years in and now I need more in my service and now i am struggling.

Service done to add mudguards and wheel locks to a vehicle I bought a week earlier. Service department rep was extremely nice, and set up the work order in a timely and efficient manner. Stated they would call me in waiting area when completed. Also offered a free car wash. All was completed in about an hour. Waiting room was clean and set up for socially distancing. Car ready in about an hour, and very clean. Completely satisfied with work completed.

8/25/2021:. First scheduled maintenance completed today at Rowe Ford Hyundai Kia in Auburn, ME. Scheduled time was 3:00 pm, and my Telluride was taken in right away. Did complete check and all needed services performed as dictated by Kia standards. Waiting room was clean and able to social distance. Beverage and snacks supplied. Completely satisfied with service done and personnel. Scheduling another appointment to have special sill plates I ordered installed. Technician was not available this trip, but that is OK. I would rather wait then have someone not familiar with procedure perform the installation. Car returned clean as I had left it.

11/17/2021:
Took car in for oil and filter change plus their checks, as well as having sill plates changed. Fast and efficient check in, and given initial estimate of services. Techs checked the car out and found that air cleaner was dirty, which I knew would be. They suggested that I get the 15k mile work done and save an appointment I had in January for that. Rather than wait, they offered complimentary shuttle home. I was given quote of all work to be done. When completed, they arranged to have me shuttled back to dealership. Car was clean and service completed with fair cost. Very happy with services performed.

4/6/2022- service needed to fix an issue with sound buffering insulation in front of driver door. Was told that it would take 1 to 1.5 hours to complete. Work was completed less than an hour. Dealership also noted that annual inspection was needed, and that was taken care of after they asked if I wanted it to be done. Very pleased with the way that they have treated me and taken care of my Telluride.

05/17/2022 - 25k service done in under an hour. No surprises and reasonable price.

update: my daughter spent $1700 getting her KIA Sorrento worked on and noticed that her check engine light was still on. Rightfully she wanted it fixed. So over 6 calls have been made and we get transferred to "service" who NEVER call back. The girl who is transferring us said "she is the one who just gives the messages" and sounded annoyed to say the least. I usually don't write reviews like this, but this is well deserved.

Great experience! Brought my 2020 Kia Soul for a recall and The works. As always greeted pleasantly. As I went to sit down I spilled my full coffee and Chris did not skip a beat grabbing a mop and bucket. No judgement. My car was ready within the two hour time frame promised. The car was washed and Chris went and pulled my car around to closet exit.

I appreciated the courtesy and how they genuinely wanted to help. They did not try and provide services and products I did not need. I simply can not say enough as to how pleased I am with the employees and service.

In 2021 I bought a brand new K5 gt-line, I had a wonderful experience. Now in 2024 I have put down a deposit to hold a brand new 2024 Forte gt-line. When I wanted to buy another new car I knew exactly where to go.
