The employees were helpful but the new appliance policy is awful. No appliances are kept in stock. Drove there to get a washing machine that the website said was in stock only to find out the no longer keep anything in stock. I could get it delivered in a day or two for a fee and would have to take a day off work to make sure I was home when it was delivered or wait up to a week to have it delivered to the store so I could pick it up. This is rediculous. If an appliance breaks you need another one now without jumping thru hoops. I've bought all of my appliances at lowes for the last 15 years but will not buy another one there. The website shows multiple washing machines in stock but they have none which is false advertising. The employee I talked to said they've lost allot of business since the stopped keeping appliances in stock and they lost more tonight. Worst appliance policy I've ever heard of. Might as well just stop selling them because the result is the same.

Asked an employee twice for help on fasteners. Got a finger point and a somewhere down there. Cashier was clueless and ran me back to get a picture of the sku rather than look it up. Took me 30 minutes to buy 6 bolts. All the employees were either on their phones or stocking. Customers come dead last here.

Bought a refrigerator and was told for 29 dollars they could deliver it but it was coming from Hazelwood their warehouse. The guys came and the refrigerator had dents and scratches on it and half of the fridge was left when i paid 50 dollars for the fridge to be removed. I called the number and had to speak to several people until a lady did a claim for me and sent my another refrigerator. This one was worse it was wobbly dented, scratched and dirty, and in the process, the delivery team scratched and dented my front door, trying to shove the refrigerators through the door. They also caused damage to my kitchen floor. I called again to get a refund and file a property damage claim. When the refrigerator was picked up the second time, they asked what was wrong with it, and my husband told them, and they weren't listening. They tried again to shove it through our door. I'm now currently waiting for my refund and to hear back regarding the property damage. I'll never purchase anything else from here again. I'm incredibly frustrated regarding the lack of professionalism and empathy and respect for others property.

Bought a refrigerator, Ben was very helpful, knowledgeable & honest. Great delivery very professional Edgar was informative, polite, careful getting refrigerator in the house & took old one out in very timely manner. Great experience

The Sullivan location Lowes refused to take my returns tonight. I had this lumber loaded up on a trailer right before a snow storm is supposed to hit. Danielle the manager is going against Lowe’s policies. She said that they have too many boards in stock to take my returns. She wants me to drive an hour away to the location I bought them from. I paid the delivery fee and had 4 bundles of lumber delivered to our business. The closest Lowe’s to me is in Sullivan which is 10 minutes away. The quality of lumber they delivered to us is horrible. It looks like they bundled up returns and sent them to us. There are stapes in the sides of boards that are located in the middle of these bundles. That shows right there that they have been in a different bundles previously and have been returned and bundled again. I had ordered fresh unopened bundles of lumber and that’s not what we received. It’s not my job to figure out what they do with their cull lumber. They have Lowe’s delivery trucks passing by their store all the time. If they want these returns in Washington then they can load them up onto their own truck and bring it to a different location. I’m a small business owner and have bought over $60,000 worth of lumber from them over the years. They are doing bad business and are going against the policies Lowes has in place. I will be talking to corporate about them making up their own policies.

Was checking out prices on their website and seen it said free delivery. I was really impressed with that considering I live 12 miles away. I gave it a try, put my order in and they had my products on my porch within 45 minutes. Outstanding service you provide!! Never expected it that fast, Great Work!

I went to the lowes in sullivan on a Sunday. The 2 guys at the service desk kept staring at me , like I was some sort of killer or something. I went to the paint deptseminole and spoke to the nice girl who was so helpful. The 2 guys that were harassing me at the service desk have no business in customer service, they need to be outside sweeping the dirty lot. They should not stereotype a person I've been going to lowes for the last 12 years and have spent alot of money there.not anymore

Went to Rolla Lowes and it was terrible. No one would help, they were too busy looking at their phones. Found what we wanted and the box was all torn up. We decided to go to Washington
On the way we found out there was a store in Sullivan. Walked in the same time and employee by the name of Jack was walking by, asked my husband if he needed help. My husband told him what he was looking for, we were 2 aisles away from them. They turned down the aisle, my husband said I see what I want and Jack said already. He pulled it out said he'd go get a flat cart and help my husband load it on the truck. We were in and out in about 15 minutes. Thanks Jack for your help! Will definitely be going back there.

Ordered 100 pieces of step flashing on-line to pick up at low clearance price. There were more than 100 listed as available. Order went through, but a few hours later I got a call from manager named Tammy, saying ALL the flashing was damaged, so it had to be sent back and I needed to cancel my order. I told her THEY failed to complete the purchase so THEY could cancel it, cause everything about it sounds fishy. That much product was 'damaged' AND I was supposed to cancel the order ?!? Called them about the situation but Customer Service person couldn't tell me what actually happened (said items were 'out of stock') and "her supervisor" "Tammy" was "at lunch"... She transferred me to Tammy's office anyway but no-one picked up and the line went dead after being automatically redirected. I just went back on-line and this store STILL shows 124 available, so I put another 100 in my cart and checkout says they will be ready for pick-up tomorrow... BUT, now Paypal is not working on their website. WTH Lowes?! (the first pic attached also shows the earlier purchase that was cancelled)

I come here three times a week and I don’t even know why you guys have employees because I can show up. Try to look for a lumber and ask for help and nobody has any damn clue what’s going on or where anything‘s at and then you ask them for help act like it’s an inconvenience like I’m bothering them. This is their job. They should do it and do it good because it’s not like they working that hard walking around and on their phones all day because that’s all I See, if you wanna buy anywhere if you want construction company, don’t come here

This could have been an odd day for them but half of the items I was looking at were missing their price tags. They had two of the same item on display claiming they were different. I've been to Washington Lowe's many times and haven't experienced this. My time is valuable and the stores lack of organization caused me to spend more of my time there than necessary.

It's always a good experience at most any Lowe's. This visit was no different. The associates went out of their way to see if we needed help, they had what we needed, and the prices were as good as could be expected.

The last two times we have visited, the employees have been very helpful and knowledgeable. It is a nice change from previous visits when we had to figure out things by ourselves.

Our refrigerator has been down since November 7th. After 7 service calls, we decided to buy a new one. I came into the store last week and talked to Scott Jordan, in appliances. He took his time going over different choices. Then I called a day or so later and talked to Scott again. He was currently busy with another customer and said he would call me back. Surprise, he did call back and answered all my questions. Then he called me back again with additional information. Wow, what great customer service by Scott. Very inprezs
