3 times during my buying experiences I was assured I could add someone to the title. I tried to get it done at every stage. Quote, financing and Title issuance. When the deal was done, they weren't listed. $2,000 dollars in Taxes. My salesman Peter Davis assured me that I could add them at my local tag agency when doing the TT&L. This was another lie.

Once the sale was complete, Pete and the Sales Manager Kyle called me and were no help finding a solution. They don’t care after they got their sale and commissions.

They have since ghosted me since it’s not their problem anymore.

Best experience I have had buying a new vehicle, Ryan Glatz is the man to have when buying a new vehicle. He is very knowledgeable and understands what your looking for and your situation with in minutes of meeting you. Hands down because of Ryan I had the best experience buying a new car and look forward to working with him with future purchases.

After 8 times of it being in the shop for the same thing (not your shop). It has been fixed and doing fine so far.

Pete Davis was our salesman when we bought our 2025 chevy silverado. He was very helpful on helping us decide exactly what kind of truck we wanted/needed. Then he found exactly what we were looking for. He never once pressured us to Spend extra money or even to purchase the truck.

The Laura Auto Group is one of the highest selling in their region because of sales men Like Jesse Dodd, who did not know me from Adam, all the way from a town 25 miles north of downtown Memphis, ensured he could work the best deal , secured the deal over the phone and I traveled to Sullivan MO, and was treated very well, educated on my new vehicle, even though it was a holiday weekend and the techs didn’t complete my prep, I still purchased, drove gained and he has continued staying in contact with me, also I had difficult time getting my GM Military bonus, he ensured the dealer would not allow me to lose $500 award, this was do to his “TOP SHELF” customer service, very caring people skill and the overall kindness he showed me and my family.

Pete Davis was great as my sellsman, even though I was buying and making my trade over the phone and internet. Pete was always happy to help and answer my questions whenever I reached out to him . Pete and the rest of the team at Laura chevrolet mad ordering my truck and customizing it with a lift ,wheels and tires and easy experience. And with the money I saved buying from Laura that made the minimal delivery fee for the 6 hour trip nice. Marine Corps vet here, bought a new car for my wife…… we’ve had it 10 days and I’m on my second rental vehicle. Scratches all over the car and the transmission was leaking from day one and prior to purchasing it. Didn’t want to give me a new car. So here I am leaving a bad review after 4 previous vehicles with them with no issues. It’s all about the money not the customer. I will never go through them again and will advise anyone and any veteran to go else where.

Easy trade in and ease of purchase from salesperson Trent and even Guy the finance guy lol but the real difference was when a week later I was still owed a bed liner and tonneau cover after purchase. I started getting nervous when we had waited longer than expected (we were 2 hours from home)...but Sonya the service advisor went above and beyond for us and got the job knocked out! He is not the stereotypical pushy salesman who is going to push you into getting something if you aren’t ready or if they don’t have exactly what you want yet, but he will go out of his way to help you find exactly what you want, and be there for you when you become ready. Drove all the way from Wyoming to buy a Chevy 2500 HD. James Warden was my salesman. I’ve bought and sold 7 vehicles in the last 8 years. Ryan reached out shortly after that truck sold, to let me know that a similar truck was going to be ordered. Once that truck went into transit, I was able to get a deposit made so I could hold the truck once it arrived. Was nice to finally have a salesman make the efforts to help me find what I was looking for.

The service to repair my brand new vehicle itself is 5 stars, zero complaints. Wasn't a fan of having to drive to the dealership twice given the distance for something that was identified as an issue during the test drive and before purchasing the vehicle, and not addressed then (1 star on that). The service advisor was great, once I found where she was at, got my vehicle in and out pretty quickly. The service area itself is confusing at a minimum. You pull into the area marked Certified Service, there are 2 lanes...I was about 8 cars back I guess. Nobody was in these vehicles I found so I went inside, navigated to where I the service area is (not marked real well), and had to find someone to ask what I do. Where the service advisors are, they face the outside of the building towards that service lane I pulled into, you have to get their attention since they are facing the wrong way. If the service lane is more of a parking lot....why have it? If that lane isn't being used properly...turn the service desks around to face the customer side instead of their backs to you. It is what it is, but it isn't laid out well at all, and it isn't customer friendly as is (as compared to other Dealerships I've had service at). I obviously got helped, and my vehicle serviced quickly, but I can't say my overall experience was great. Vehicle should have been addressed after the test drive, it wasn't. Salesman was supposed to have the service department notified and everything setup to get my car fixed...I ended up making arrangements before they called me (I waited another business day before calling in). Part wasn't in stock, no problem as you can't possibly stock all parts for all vehicles, but had it been looked at after the test drive, the part could have been ordered then and saved a trip. I'm just an old bitter guy who really shouldn't complain as the problem was fixed....think I am just disappointed about a factory defect that wasn't caught (quality isn't what it used to be huh?) and spending my time and (gas) money to fix it.

My girlfriend and I were on a roadtrip on route 66 when we had mechanical issues with our truck. Mike and his team took charge of us and repair our truck very fast. They gave us the Best service that we had so far in the US.

I was interested in buying a Suburban from this dealer and was checking out other dealers. Laura Chevy called and texted me at my office repeatedly to buy from them and disparaging the other dealers I was considering. I agreed to a deal with Laura Chevy requiring me to drive 7 hours to the dealership and
they said oh you need to take delivery in 3 days when I told them I won’t be in town for a week ,long before the deal. I agreed to put a deposit down to hold for a few days while I get the loan docs done. They would not honor that, so instead of a sale ,the Suburban will sitting there on the day I would be giving the a check.

Great pricing and sales service! Prices were better than any in my area and Stuart Triantos made the purchase easy. Bought a truck on Saturday and it was delivered and in my driveway 950 miles away 5 days later! I would buy another vehicle from Stuart at Laura Chevrolet and have already recommended them to others.

Tried buying a car today. Found an ad for what we wanted on their website. Was within our budget. Got there and the car would not start, salesman knew it was not drivable, but did not mention the day before when stopped by. The ad for the car says it is drivable and ready to go. Also in the photos the check engine notice is not on, yet when turning the key today was on. Buyer beware! Salesman said that when they fix the car they'll probably sell it for another 5,000 more than what was being asked. So this man knowingly tried selling us a car he knew was not in running order!

I wanted to give a shout out to Kevin for helping me with the purchase of my GMC Terrain! I had test drove just a little bit around town and it was perfect so I went ahead with the purchase. Later that day while I was on a different, more up hill down hill ride, I noticed it was doing this weird shaking so I drove it back to the dealership the very next day and they got right on trying to figure out the problem. Turned out the transmission was bad and they did a whole remake of it to make sure I was in a safe and reliable vehicle! The very next week after they got my vehicle back and it was perfect, I recommend my ex husband there and Kevin made sure to get him in a nice vehicle aswell!! Was having some electrical issues with my 2018 Silverado. The service consultant checked in out and said it sounded like I had a bad ground cable. The dash lights would start flashing randomly and then just before you come to a stop the truck would die and have no power anywhere not even flashers. Turns out she was right. It was the ground cable. Also had the radio replaced and four tire sensors put in. Would like to give a big shout out to the service consultant she was dead on about the problem. Her name is Sonya Weeke. As far as the service. They ordered the parts. I made a appointment to get it fixed and everything went smoothly.

Wyatt Seaton was amazing! I drove an 1 hour because I knew the exact car I wanted and Wyatt made it happen. The process was quick and easy. The environment is also very welcoming. Could not recommend him enough or the establishment enough!

I found the truck I was looking for and then some. It was a great sales experience at a great price. I was a bit nervous about buying something this expensive online, but Tim N. walked me through the paperwork and the process. It was a piece of cake. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful.

I purchased on 3-13-25. They could not find 2nd key. I was told they would have one made and mailed to me. It’s now 3-25-25 and still haven’t gotten my key. I contacted my salesman and he said it was mailed with paperwork. I called dealership and was told that the paperwork don’t get mailed for 14 working days and they didn’t know anything about a 2nd key. Now I am stuck waiting. Tried to contact sales manager and no response. On 3-26-25 I call the dealership and spoke with Stuart. He took care of the key and paperwork. It was mailed next day and I received it on 3-27-25.

Bought a new 2024 ZR2 Colorado from Laura Chevrolet of Sullivan Missouri, wife loved it until it had major issues with transmission and heater hoses. Truck was in shop for repair, gets damaged by hail. Mean while there rental is in our garage (safe), we were told tuff luck, they’re not responsible, can’t pull your truck out of harms way. So we are now stuck owing $500 deductible with a truck that needs more repair for hail damage now. While there loaner is dent free. I called a talked to Chris service manager and he said we were beat, can’t help with nothing and can’t expect him to take care of everyone’s truck in for service on there lot. They could have atleast paid the deductible if I’m running it through my insurance and they had possession of my truck. I would have had it in my garage. Also I’m sure we would be responsible if anything was done to there rental. Please Shop somewhere else, once you buy, they are done with you and on to the next victim. If i could post lower stars i would! Thanks for reading
