Hawks RV Service and Storage

Hawks RV service was truly a godsend to us. We are currently living in our RV while we house-hunt here in Missouri. After pulling into our camp spot late during a cold fall night we noticed our heater not working and broken leaf spring. I called Hawks RV and spoke to Randy he said to bring it down and if the parts he had fit, he’s have us done by the end of the day, but of course with my luck he had to order leaf springs due to our RV not being standard size and since he knew we were living in our RV - he offered to let us set up camp in his parking lot for the next couple of days. He ended up getting our heater to work, put our slide out and power while we were gone for the day. Then by a miracle the parts arrived on Saturday and Randy’s team got to work and we were on the road again that evening. Randy is very friendly, knowledgeable and just a great guy. Definitely recommend him if you need an RV repair. He was honest with us and very welcoming! They truly want to get you back in the road! Definitely recommend this family owned business! 10/10.

These folks are friendly, knowledgeable, and very fair in pricing out the work that they do. The genny on my motorhome was woefully in need of filter and oil changes, but have been traveling cross-country. These folks just dropped what they were doing, and jumped on my job, in order to get my family and I back out on the road. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place!!

Randy took great care of us. We got to camp and our pop up would not go up. Called hawks and they said bring it in and they will try to help out. He got it fixed and we were out of there in no time.
It was Saturday morning and he stopped what he was doing to help us.

These folks bring back my faith in true Americana business Id a si mple problem that other places wouldn't even look at they wanted to charge even more.. Took my car to Hawks and 15 minutes later and my problem solved.. FREE of charge.

We were stuck on our first trip out as our slide would not extend. They had us in immediately and had us out in a very short time. They also took care of our warranty with ease. They were super friendly and caring to my family. They even plugged in our RV to keep the food from spoiling! They saved our trip! Thank You!

Brought my travel trailer in before the holiday weekend for a leak in the plumbing. They were able to diagnose and fix the issue quickly to get me back on the road to enjoy the holiday worry free. Pricing was fair and I will definitely be calling them again if I need any work in the future.

Driving across country with travel trailer and lost trailer brakes. Call Hawks and they said stop in on your way by and we'll see what we can do. Pulled in at 9:20 am, and was back on the road again at 10:30! THANK YOU to Randy and crew for your help.

Very nice guy!! We had a cord that needed repairs asap and he took us in right away. Then, we showed him another problem with our backup light staying on and he helped us with that. Highly recommend

Randy definitely knows what he's doing. It was fixed the way we wanted and I thought the price was appropriate as well.

Transporting dogs into MO and my water pump and inside electrical stopped working.
Parked at a campground, I called a mobile RV service who replaced my water pump ($350.00 bill) but still no power and vague idea what was going to solve my problems. I called Hawk's RV who took a LOT of time with me on the phone asking questions to aid me in problem solving. The Tech seemed VERY knowledgeable, sharing what they believe the issue was (nothing to do with what the mobile Tech said) and would squeeze me in (thank you), but they had no parts, so they recommend I go to Byerly RV for parts, who when I called, agreed with Hawk's diagnosis.
Byerly was able to look at my RV and fix a recall and loose wire, so I never ended up going to Hawks, for the repair, but Byerly gave them great review and based on the time they spent with me on the phone and the fact they came up with the same solution as Byerly did, I would highly recommend and use them in the future should I be in the area :)

I did not end up using Hawk's for my pop-up repair. My plans changed. They are the only place I found in the St Louis area that will work on pop-ups. The company we bought it from won't even do it anymore. Hawk's was very accommodating.

They put in a new 12 volt refrigerator to replace my nevercold. Perfect fit clean installation. Solved my flat tow problems and more Next time I stop in St Louis I will have a list of things that need to be fixed or modified. Thanks for a great job

My Girard tankless hot water heater had a pipe that froze and busted. Hawks was the only place willing to work on it outside of a plumber that wanted $750. I needed the copper box replaced. I called hawks, they let me drop it off the next morning and I picked it up later that afternoon. Timely service, friendly staff, and lower price. They also worked with Girard to receive payment.

I would give them 6 stars if I could. I got so much help and advice from Randy. They went way above and beyond my expectations and the cost was very reasonable, less than I expected actually! Would recommend them to anyone needing service on a camper!

We had the hitch break on our way to Tennessee. Gave them a call and they got us right in. Looked everywhere for a hitch but no one had the right one. They ended up repairing ours and got us back on our way in less than 3 hours and did it for a great price.

We had a tire blow, one of their customers called and told them and they came to check on us and offer assistance. Earned my business right there. Had several things fixed, they answered a bunch of our questions and were very reasonably priced, plus super friendly. I will continue to use and recommend them. They are fantastic and i can't say enough good things about them!!

I store my RV at the neighboring lot and loved that Hawks could go and get my RV to do the repairs, and put it back when they are finished. So convenient. Very friendly, very fast, and great service. I highly recommend Hawks RV Service.

They do a great job with RV interiors. Replaced the toilet, took out bizarre storage cabinet & installed tv wall mount, new fridge, and more! Excellent job! Oh, and you can store your RV.

They winterized my camper in less than a day without any reservation time. Mechanic is very knowledgeable and all the staff were really helpful. This is my first camper and I had lots of questions, they answered all of them.

Hawks was fabulous! The lights on my older popup camper were intermittently working. Randy was able to figure out it was a ground wire and even replaced a couple of bad bulbs! The customer service and communication was exceptional and friendly, with Randy and Julie! I will definitely be taking my camper there again. Awesome place! I highly recommend.
