The sales specialist Jim Fingerhut was so wonderful in helping us get everything we needed for our bathroom shower remodel! He was very knowledgeable helping us make sure we got the correct products, checked us out and helped us load it into our trailer! Very thankful for his help and making our experience so great!

I have been dealing with lowes for as long as I can remember they are a awesome store i love all the workers have made great friends with most of the workers and been very helpful for me and my family whenever we are in the store they spotbus and we share hugs and conversation what a great place.

2 of the 4 employees I dealt with today need retrain on customer services or replaced. I picked up a screen door and the guy seem to have an attitude the whole time. Then when you mention amazon he rolls his eyes. My daughter even said man he is pushy and grumpy. I was prepare to go to home depot but stop and talked to the manager. He was level headed and help get squared away with the door. But when I went to checkout the lady doing the self checkout told me she couldn't help me and this is the second time I have dealt with her holier then thou attitude. So went to customer service which apologized for the inconvenience of everything. I get home amd looks like the door has been installed before. Definitely not a pleasant experience for spending my money at.

John in the flooring was amazing help! Not only did he help me with flooring, but other questions I had related to ladder options needed for a loft. When it came time to roll, my carpet remnant, another coworker, Jim, didn't hesitate to pitch in and assist John! Excellent teamwork and customer service! Above and beyond customer service from both employees.

Shoutout to Bill, Trish, and Ben for the help at customer service today! Highly knowledgeable and efficient which is a rarity you can always find at Washington Lowes

I love going to Lowes in Washington. My only complaint would be if they could just move the store a bit closer to my home but then I would be one of those guys who you see at Walmart just walking around the store and rarely buying anything. Even when I go to Lowes for a certain item, I do look around for something I think I might need just didn't realize it! No complaints.

Placed an order! They got it ready in no time, very kind and hard working people! They worked as a team!

If I could give zero stars I would!! We've been in a 4 month nightmare because we went with this pathetic company for a new door., never again. Not only did we get charged almost 5k dollars but now have been in a trapped loop that we cannot get out of. 3 months since we ordered the door from a US based company. Our delivery date changed 5 times. Finally received the door almost 25 days after it was promised, now they are going to wreck the only holiday my family and I have together, scheduled install on Thanksgiving!!!! Couldn't get a refund without paying 1k dollars "restocking" fee on a door that wasn't even built yet according to lowes. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!

He could be more polite and courteous. Maybe he was having a rough day.

This is the best Lowes location and I frequent stl area lowes and surround areas. The Manager of the store is a great Manager and I'd say all the employees are very helpful. There always some kind of issues with Any store but they always are overly reasonable and helpful. This stores I think one of the super well kept and clean stores.

This Lowe's location is hit or miss. Having a major renovation on our large laundry room, so many visits to local Lowe's.
Pros: military discount and a FEW helpful staff.
Cons: out of stock on more than a few products. Some that their website says are in stock; staff will tell you what isle, to find what you are looking for, but most of the time, that is it. I have the Lowe's app, so I already know that info. In looking for a needed trim, I spent 15 minutes searching where it was supposed to be, only to go ask for assistance and being given the isle and section. Told them I already knew that info, but it wasn't in that section. They finally called for assistance, and that person was super helpful. Lesson learned, their app not always correct;
Only had self checkout lanes (but one lady was super nice and helped me on the 3 visits I made the same day LOL

Needed stove knobs. Went to Washington Lowe's. Worker got exactly what I wanted. Was in & out of store in 10 min. Great to have someone who knows their job. Not always the case at Sullivan store.

I found the store to have more than I thought it was full of things and even some I didn't expect. I went for one thing and found more than I thought.

They have just about anything you could want but the aisle are mismarked in some cases and I got zero help from the gentleman sitting at his computer when I came to buy a garage door opener.

Bought a $1500 fridge and got the 5 year protection plan 2 weeks ago. 2 days ago it stopped working and we lost basically all the food in it. Went back to lowes about only to get told they can't do anything about it to call the warranty people so we did only to get told by them that the reference number on our receipt is invalid and the can't do anything either.
