I needed parts for my motor home and they bent over backwards to help me.

3R RV has serviced our camper a couple of times, each circumstance was for repair or damage. The team at 3R always provided options, clarity and transparency on cost, and great follow up. One of our appointments was an insurance claim and 3R supported myself and our insurance company with the highest integrity. I highly recommend the team at 3R!

3R RV is a Class A service center. The staff were professional and helpful during our recent o. Demand water heater replacement; their texting system kept us up to date throughout our service. Appreciate the time that Lucas spent explaining what was done and how our new on demand water system worked. They were quick at scheduling us in before a planned trip. We were in on Wed and out on Fri morning. Definitely recommend

Hydraulic hose was leaking. Dropped off my rv on Tuesday. The service was great and they had the leaking hose replaced and had me back on the road in two days. They are very helpful with all issues.

I've had dealing with 3R RV service over the past 10 years, they have never disappointed. Knowledgeable, and efficient are a couple adjectives that come to mind.

3R RV has been my “go to” for RV service for many years. They made extensive repairs perfectly to our first Holiday Rambler motorhome after it sustained lighting surge damage. Then, in 2014, we had tornado damage to our Newmar Dutch Star Diesel Pusher, and they made extensive repairs perfectly to it as well. And… This does not even include the excellent general requests for service items along the way.

They are a family owned service. Jimmie Reynolds, his wife Chris, son Lucas, and the other great people on there team have always been friendly and treated me fairly. They are in my very select “Trusted Vendor” list.

Having the folks at 3R RV as my backstop, allows us to enjoy our RV and know that we will have more carefree traveling.

We’ve had them work on our motorhome several times and they’ve always been very fair the prices were good and they would always explain to us what was happening, what cost what, it was just a very pleasant experience. We’ve been to other RV service places and we were not pleased, high prices, constantly have to take it back,so it was very nice to find someone who is so honest with us.

3R RV Service Center is as impressive in maintenance as the Newmar factory maintenance. They were able to do my yearly maintenance and several upgrades that the manufacture cannot do, such as basement bilge heaters x 3 and and air purification system. They also repaired a malfunction of the large slide and the hydraulic pump saving me a trip to Iowa. They were able to deal with the 3rd party insurance with no issues. Customer service was impeccable and when there was a tornado they brought my rig inside I got regular status updates as well. The shop was clean and the techs knew their stuff. If you are serious about keeping your RV road-ready, this is the team you want in your corner. Trustworthy, transparent, and talented. 3R RV sets the bar for RV repair, my out of the box upgrades and maintenance..

3R RV provides great service and will take care of any needs or concerns you have with your RV. We have a Coachmen Class C and they have taken care of our RV on several concerns and modifications.

These guys performed a detailed inspection on a travel trailer. They inspected every item needing repairs and did an itemized estimate for me. Very efficient.

3R RV always takes good care of our motorhome. They are very good about letting us know how things are going while it is in for repair. They will demonstrate how to use new equipment if necessary.

Needed suspension work done on my travel trailer. 3R RV was recommended to me by my RV dealer. I was very pleased with their work and promptness. They allowed me to drop it off on Sunday so they could start on it first thing Monday morning. Picked it up on Tuesday afternoon. I would recommend them for your RV and trailer repairs.

We have used 3R RV for several years for both routine maintenance and repairs, some of which were complicated (like completely replacing the roof after a tear). They did a great job with all of this and Lucas, the service dept manager, was always honest and accurate about what needed to be done and what the cost would be. We never felt they misrepresented any repair that they suggested as needing to be done, as can be seen with some repair places. They also got the job done in the time frame they gave us. Sylvia, the lady manning the phones, was always very pleasant and helpful. I always received a return call with an answer for whatever question I had asked. I highly recommend 3R RV!!

They had the gas hoses i needed and I saw many things to get in the future. A very good rv parts store.

3R has been GREAT!!! They fixed a major electrical issue for us that most every other place would have turned away! Now they are remodeling some of our RV and we are SOOO excited! I recommend to anyone looking for great service and great prices!

Where to start. We broke down near Union, MO. I saw smoke coming from a tire on my trailer so we pulled over and called Good Sam Road Service. This was NOT a good response from GS (another story) but we managed to limp to 3R RV service just a couple of miles away. In a strange town we had no idea what to expect. Senior Tech Lucas explained that we had blown a wheel bearing and would need extensive work or a new axle (a multi week problem). After taking is us immediately he went to work on our issues, coming out regularly to update us on what he found. Understanding that we were on the road, he spent hours working and was able to successfully repair and rebuild our axle so that it wouldn’t need replacing. We spent the night in a hotel and 3R finished the project the 2nd day and get us on our way. They also reduced our parts and labor cost as the repair cost was quite expensive. We simply cannot say enough about our outstanding customer experience that we received. I would recommend them to anyone traveling through the area. They are trustworthy and treat people with respect. Our nationwide trip continues thanks to the staff at 3R!

We took our RV in for an oil change. They were professional, helpful and serviced our RV within a few days over a holiday weekend. We would highly recommend.

From beginning to end of service I had an excellent experience. They accommodated my drop off and pick up time. Communication with Sylvia was excellent. Easy to deal with it and no pressure on any service recommendations.

Refrigerator apparatus broke from freeze up. Service center repair. Water faucet in kitchen sink was leaking and serviced but still leaking wait for service tech.

Appointment made, appointment kept.
Was kept informed of the upfront cost and any changes to that before extra work was completed or parts used.

Fantastic service!!! Had issues with my air conditioner. I took it to two other repair facilities before 3R and they could not find the problem. 3R found out what my issue was and resolved it at the manufacturer expense. Will only go to 3R on all my future issues

We took our motor home in to 3R RV after a tire blowout. We had a problem with the hydraulic jacks also. We were originally told that it would be a few weeks before they could look at it and were very pleasantly surprised when they called after a week and already had a diagnosis. Everyone with whom we spoke was very pleasant and accommodating. I would not hesitate to take our MH back to them for other issues.

3RRV Are great to work with. Any time I have a question they answer it very quickly and their work is always top quality. Service and insurance claims departments are excellent to work with.

We brought our camper in to get an awning redone and a couple vent lids fixed. While they were repairing that. They found a couple soft spots on the roof and that the sealant on the roof was pretty well gone. They provided three options. They were very open and honest with what each option would give us, in respect to how much more life and effectiveness of each option. We went to move forward with the middle grade option. On that same day of them starting the process to work on the roof they found that our trailer had been in an accident and the tongue and support beams under the camper were completely pushed back and bent. We had NO idea that it had that extensive damage… We bought it a lil over a year ago and was not told it was ever in an accident. So we had to put the brakes on the roof situation. Once again they went over options to fix the structural problem. They were able to fix the trailer structure and were able to do some of the work to the roof. We let them know when the next camping trip was scheduled and they were on top of letting us know if it would be done or not by the next trip. When we went to pick it up. Everything looked great! Lucas went outside with us and reviewed all the things. We hooked up the camper to leave and we had no lights… it was working when we dropped it off. Lucas came right out and hooked it up to pinpoint where the problem was. Turned out it was in our truck which we also just had to have huge repairs on. Lucas kept working with my husband to find where the problem lied. By no means did he have to help us troubleshoot the truck issues and the lights. But they found it and was something very simple that the dealership that worked on the truck missed. We WILL be going back for other repairs that are on the list. And we HIGHLY recommend working with 3R for any camper or RV needs. They have also been a great source for advice for us as well as we have done some repair on our own. An amazing local business to support and trust!

On the 4th of June, my family had problems with the dash sir conditioner and , of course, the generator wouldn't start. We arrived at 3 R RV facility and they fixed the generator while we waited. The staff were excellent. Fixed it in a short time, made us comfortable in their waiting room and shared their info on how to fix it. I recommend this service facility to anyone.

I was very pleased with the service our 1999 Winnebago Adventurer received at 3R RV. We ended up needing a roof top A/C unit replaced which was in stock and quickly installed. I also had a replacement rear top cap exterior body piece installed that I procured elsewhere due to it being only available as salvage. All work completed was exceptional.

My 2020 Coachmen Leprechaun Class C lost power to the batteries. I found this place via Google and they were able to get me in quickly and fixed the problem. Permanently fixed. Well that’s a Coachmen issue and I doubt this is my last problem. When I went to pick it up the guy at the desk, who I think his name was Bob went out and showed me some things I need to do. Midwest RV gives you a walk around when you buy it but there are a whole stream of things nobody tells you. Let alone the on line manual sucks. So at the end of the story these people solved the problem and there staff seems really helpful, friendly and courteous

I'm super impressed with this place. Very competent technical staff. Problem solvers. Well stocked parts department and RV store. From what I can see they can do it all. Great experience working with Sylvia and Lucas. They are my go to for RV maintenance and repair. Highly recommend!

Had a problem with my Hydro-hot on my 2005 Beaver RV. They got me right in and worked out the problem. Very quick and professional keeping me informed with anything that he found during his time on it. You couldn’t ask for a nicer place to have your RV worked on. I recommend them.

This is an excellent place for RV repair. They know what they are doing which can be hard to find in the RV industry. I would go here before any dealerships I have dealt with. Good honest people with a lot of experience.
