R&R Ace

Very diverse store. Way more than a hardware store. Super friendly and very helpful staff. If they don't carry an item I. Store, they are more than willing to order it in, if possible! Locally owned and operated. Everyone should visit!

It's always a good experience at R & R. They have a great selection of gift cards for last minute gift giving. It's a very unique Ace hardware with two floors of merchandise--and you can drive from one to the other!!

Prices are much higher than big box stores. But they are half the distance so it helps for emergencies. My water softener ran out of salt after a hose got left on. I wanted to regenerate it asap and picked up some salt from ace at $12 a bag. Same bag is $5.49 each at lowes or home depot.

Every single time I go in this Ace Hardware Im greeted and treated respectfully and with kindness and everyone is always friendly and helpful

Why didn’t I know that St Clair had a cute gift shop! I think that place has everything. And the younger adults working upstairs were very helpful and friendly!

They had everything I needed. Place is huge. First Ace I've been to that had two floors . Prices are a little high, but in a pinch they have what you need.

Great store! It has an unusual layout and selection which exponentially adds to its local charm.

The associates are so helpful! Jim has helped me twice and is knowledgeable and friendly. Mindy in the flower department was beyond patient and welcoming with my questions! I spent way more than my budget for butterfly perennials but her passion was contagious!

Every one so friendly n asked if needed help I asked about extension cords and was told they were downstairs n when I walked down the lady downstairs asked if I was looking for extension cords n would show me to them do I didn't have to wonder around. I appreciated their cooperation.

So nice to have a place here In town where you can find everything you need, they have the best wrappers and the most knowledgeable employees in the great state of Missouri !!!

I needed help with shipping my Amazon package back, the staff helped me with everything and made me feel like my business mattered. Sometimes it is little things that make a big difference. Saint Clair R&R value their customers and for this I will drive to them for things I need to buy. Thank you to the 2 employees who helped me.

Pretty good, large store. It's got two stories. Little pricey. No surprise it's a small town store. Always plenty of employees if you have a question.

I love shopping here, it's close to home and generally have what I need an most of the workers are nice and helpful. The only thing I really have an issue with is regardless the of the fact that I literally come into the store 5-10 times a week, I have a hard time with the fact that every trip I have workers trailing behind me as though I'm trying to steal something, but other than that great place.

Good place for hardware needs. Also nice to have the R&R lots of cool stuff up there. Been around since I could remember. The staff is friendly.

This is always a great lil hardware store, hasn't changed in years still got that small town feel. And have always had what I needed.

Went to R&R Ace with my friend to get a wind chime and the staff was friendly and very helpful. They have a good variety of stuff upstairs and downstairs. I like going to this store to get all kinds of gifts and ideas.

UNBELIEVABLE PLACE..packed with any kind of gift you could want or need upstairs including a greeting card dept, toys, blue Jeans along the back wall, beautiful selections of material and sewing items, yard decorations, kitchen utensils, pet needs, lawn furniture PLUS, an extensive selection of hardware items downstairs: paints, tools, lawn care equipment, automotive oils, electrical and plumbing depts, "keys made," an attached green house, bags of soil and decorative stones in the lower parking lot. There's not enough room to list the many more items you will find at R&R ACE Hardware, St Clair, MO. It reminds us of our Woolworth Stores years ago but with a huge selection of 21st Century items.

This one is hit or miss. I either get really good quality Staff Care and help or no one pays attention to me. One girl who couldnt be bothered from their phone barely looked up and pointed across the store. Another guy who us there alot stopped what he was doing to walk me back and help with a ups order. Everytime I go it's one or the other

Associates are always very nice and knowledgeable. Also I am a senior citizen and they always offer to help get my things to the car.
