This place is horrible. Bought a microwave and it didn’t fit and was defective. Went to return less then 2 hrs due to it not fitting and would not accept return. They said don’t allow returns on as is merchandise unless it was defective or damaged. Then said even if it was the system will not allow them to return it. No one said anything to us when we purchased the microwave and there is nothing on the receipt that states this. This place is extremely shady and I can understand why people shop at Home Depot instead.

The Customer Service at Marysville's Lowe's Home improvement could use some improvement itself. The "Returns" desk attendant refused to help me with a defective part on the grounds that my item was purchased at a different Lowe's store. The Lowe's website says..."If you’re not completely satisfied with your Lowe’s purchase, simply return the merchandise to ANY Lowe’s store in the US... Most new, unused merchandise can be refunded or exchanged with receipt within 90 days of the original purchase date..." I had a receipt that was within the specified number of days. My contractor was shocked because he routinely returns or exchanges items or parts at different stores without any issues. I don't know if this behavior reflects poor knowledge about policies and procedures or just a plain unwillingness to provide service to the customer but, whatever it is, it should be genuinely addressed by the store's management.

Vince helped my husband and I cut and buy carpet for our babies nursery. He was very knowledgeable and helped explain everything that we needed and didn’t try to over sell us.

As a pro member I've never had any issues before purchasing stuff at lowes untill today 05/08/25 @10am cashier #2

The cashier lady was very rude and arrogant since first interaction, she needs to learn how to have a better attitude and treat customer in a better way, at some point I had to tell her "just help me process my stuff and I'll be out of here" manager at this store needs to pay more attention to workers.

Why does Lowes refuse to let an employee pick up the phone?
Lowes has fallen to the level of simply hating its customers and not wishing to improve. i waited on hold for 10 minutes to try to get a gallon of paint, sent to 3 different dpts, called back and screamed at the automated system until it sent me to customer service, problem solved in 30 seconds. this is the latest in a long line of terrible service at this location.

Lowes is just a great place to find anything to fix or improve your home. Has been my go-to for decades. And the folks they have to help you actually Know where, what and how about the items they sell. Example today I went to find a mini-blind; the Lowes Guy comes up, asks what I'm looking for - walks me over to where it is and then explains about the window opening size vs. blind width and what to expect when I put it up. Makes everything easier. Thanks Lowes

Best place to buy Beyond Paint. The assistant in the paint department told me about Beyond Paint for my cabinets and I bought a couple of quarts. Turned out more than I needed because it goes a long way. And I got terrific results

I was in the area and needed to stop at Lowes. I was looking for something specific. A worker looked up the item and took me to the aisle. As I was in another aisle, another worker asked if I needed any help. The layout of the store is the same as many others. Checkout was easy; self serve checkouts.

When I come here to make purchases for my home, I do not like being solicited by associates wanting to sell me or interest me in the lowes credit card. When I tell them I'm not interested and they continue soliciting me, I no longer want to buy from lowe's at this location? Are you selling credit cards or you selling products for people to buy for their home?

I've always thought Lowe's was an excellent company, but I guess I will be taking my business to Home Depot. We ordered laminate flooring for our house recently. The delivery driver dropped the pallet on our front lawn this morning leaving my wife and daughter to lug it all in box by box due to me being at work (they didn't even knock). They left thousands of dollars of materials on my lawn. No signature request no nothing. If I wasn't honest I could say they never delivered it as they have no proof or signature. I tried to resolve this by calling the 800 number but got a very loud call center. The person was very nice (when I could hear him) but his only solution was to forward my complaint to "delivery management". That will go nowhere. This is completely unprofessional and irresponsible.

Never have anything you want, just the common stuff, all the stuff is at the Dublin location, it is a Marysville thing, we always have the small version of stuff that barely works. The outside lawn and garden lady there think she knows everything as well. She told me something about a plant that is so wrong, the funny thing is I have a degree from The Ohio State University in Landscape Architecture, so I happen to know.

I have visited the Lowe's in Marysville, Ohio over ten times, and each visit has been increasingly frustrating. The customer service at the Pro Desk is consistently poor. Despite waiting for assistance, I am often ignored and rarely asked if I need help. The so-called phone sales policy seems inconsistently applied, making it difficult to complete transactions. I expect more from Lowe's.

Pretty decent selection of vegetables and peppers. I like that they have them out front instead of having to walk all over to find them. As someone with a physical disability this is a real plus.

It’s OK. I’ve had a lot of problems with my synchrony card. Took forever to get things resolved. Heavy lady in KISS t-shirt at service counter provides the worst possible experience. I've spent over 15k at this location in the past qtr and she makes everything troublesome and is lazy to resolve any issues.

Went in to purchase a dishwasher. We had a terrible experience at the Marion store, that employee was not interested in selling anything. Joshua and Conner, at the Marysville store, went above and beyond to help us out. They even loaded our purchase for us. We will shop in Marysville more often. Thank you, Lowe's for treating us with appreciation.

This location always has people who are willing to help you out with anything that you need. They are always saying hi when you walk by and the checkout clerks are always positive and having a good day.
