This Lowes was very clean and fairly easy to find associates when we had questions. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Their Customer service skills are lacking and the least bit friendly. Like I don't know what's going on there, but know what you need and where to find it because asking for help is not worth being treated like garbage just because you chose Lowes for supplies. Might as well pay the higher prices and to go to Menards where they at least treat like you're human.

I was looking for stand alone cabinet I went back to kitchen area found 2 employees sitting there talking I waited a few finally one asked can I help you I said yes I told what I was looking for she told me they had one an showed it to me it was expensive an was not displayed I explained again that I wanted a stand alone pantry type cabinet and told her I had seen them on the website an said that they were in the store she was very rude my husband wondered off an found them 2 isles up from where we were then someone had put a lift in front of the item I was trying to look at fine I saw 4 employees walk right by an ignored me when I asked for help on Saturday around 11am I would not recommend this store

Went to return some items today still in the package and had a receipt would not refund my money or give me store credit because it had been more than 90 days was going to the store to buy something there anyways, but after that I left went to Home Depot purchased my items from thereand will be doing all my shopping now at Home Depot

Will never order from here again! I have had people at my house 3 times to install my washer and every time they have a different excuse of why they can't hook it up. First it was a handrail going to my basement that was in the way. I removed that. Then 2nd time they came back said the pipes were corroded. Had a plumber come out and everything is fine. 3rd time they finally took the washer out of my dining room to the basement and cant finish installing it because they said the hot water pipe had a leak. I just had the plumber there and know it doesnt. Then they cant take the old washer i paid them to take because the pedestal is attached. Why didnt the forst 2 sets of delivery people tell me that??? Oh because they didn't even want to deal with trying to take it. If they would have done at least part of their job they would have noticed that on the first delivery and i could have had it removed. They want someone to come for a 4th time! Absolutely not! Id rather pay someone else that will actually do the work. I call and no one wants to help and the last lady I spoke with was just absolutely rude! If I could give 0 stars I would.

I've had very good experiences at this store in the past.
I purchased a live Christmas tree, put it up the next day, doing all the normal things you do with live trees.
The needles started falling off in handfuls. Started putting on lights, and I could hear the needles falling off.
I paid about 54 dollars for this tree.
What a waste of money. If I didn't need it for a family gathering, I would have returned it.
And, it was a crappy tree with a curved trunk.
Never again will I buy a tree from Lowes.

Went into my local Lowe's today for an item that said was only available in stores. Could not find the item so I went to the service desk. Their computer show they have 80 of these items in store however the system does not give any kind of location. So this item cannot be found and none of the associates know where to find it either. This is kind of a huge problem if you want to sell the items you're putting in your store!!!

The isle and bin numbers can be confusing, however, there were plenty of associates around and willing to direct me to the right location and explain the set- up. Much appreciated!

This store was huge. Isles were well marked for content. There were plenty of handicap parking spaces and self-opening doors worked well. I use a Rollator for my balance and had no trouble.

I was not fond of the checkout. They were using a self checkout and given my circumstances I was not fond of that. Thankfully, using my rollator, I was given assistance.

The other difference was that I had checked online for the number of items I wanted. They reportedly had the 3 I needed, but actually they had 5 in stock. This made me wonder about their online inventory. Did I actually need to drive the 26 minutes to this store rather than a closer 10 minutes.

Made me wait an hour, and I had to call the front desk to get a board of plywood cut. I had to keep on reminding the boys. I’ve worked at a Lowe’s like this before and we were always supposed to respond right away. This location has a few problems and I even tried applying for this location and that management is messed up.

I’ve bought thousands of dollars worth of building supplies from this location. I ordered the wrong size shutters and when when to return them for the right size they refused to take them because it was past 90 days but the issues was the very rude staff. It toll 20 min to bet help at the desk with several people standing around not doing anything. They did not care, she snapped at me and acted like I was an annoyance. This store must have poor management. I will be taking my business to Menards for future needs.

Still the go-to-store for anything home improvement. The associates are more than willing to help you find what you need and will even help you save money. This store does need some more check out lines though as only one was open for a particularly busy night. Other than that this is a great place

Update, downgraded for BlakeBatcher treatment. And they've messed me over too many times.

Out front it's got the morrow county look. Broken lawnmowers, damaged merchandise, trash cardboard etc. lying around. It seems there is no store manager. Inside it's very dimly lit some product is ok much of it is low quality and poor selection. Prices are too high on much of it. Still about 4 times a year I go for this or that. But most of the time I go somewhere else.

Better places in town for automotive hardware \tools. Plumbing parts run out so often makes me wonder if they're understaffed as a business model... But they are convenient.

They have pretty much everything. Except what I was looking for was for a kitchen faucet. What broke was something that you had to buy the whole faucet for. That's how the manufacturers get you. I couldn't find the piece that I needed. The gentleman there helped me out and showed me everything. We didn't find the part. But a very nice place to go to definitely go there when you need parts. They have a lot. What was most helpful was the employee helping me.
