We had several breaks in an under ground line, Brent was able to locate and fix each one getting us electric back into our shed. Mike in the office and then Brent at our house were fantastic. They kept us well informed of the repairs. Brent was meticulous in his work and it was great having this company do our repairs.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Brent from Kramer Electrical Service, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the quality of his work and level of professionalism. Brent handled several critical tasks at my property, including the replacement of a burned-out electrical outlet, correcting a reversed polarity issue, and installing a new external disconnect.

Our home generator stopped working, and we had no idea why. Kramer Electric quickly diagnosed the issue—turns out a serious mouse nest had caused major damage in the wiring compartment. They:
- Identified and repaired the wiring that was damaged by the mice.
- Thoroughly tested the battery and only replaced it once it was determined to be ruined.
- They even cleaned out the nasty mouse nest.
- Ran a full load test to ensure everything worked perfectly

We had Kramer do the electrical for a whole-house renovation we had done (including a whole-house generator) which included upgrading our electric service throughout the house. Dan Kramer did most of the work and was very efficient, easy to work with and very patient as we made several changes throughout the renovation.
We just had our yearly generator service call and Brent Hostetler came out. Brent was extremely nice and professional and answered several questions about the generator. He also adjusted some of our outlets and switches (even to the point of using a level to make sure they were just right!!).

We called Kramer to do some electrical work in our home around renovation projects we were doing. We had Brent and Quentin over for multiple days doing all sorts of things. Brent was here the most but they both were wonderful to have and were very professional. They were diligent and very personable. I felt comfortable having them in our home. They took on additional asks without any issues. We worked on scheduling and I am extremely pleased with their work. They are true professionals and honest good men. Loose wire connection. Fixing the wiring and troubleshooting is a funny, funky thing indeed. Brent checked many areas of trouble spots and while it took some time (as it often does), found what caused the problem. I shared some homeowner info and he was professional while getting the power back on to the niche areas that were missing. Thanks!

Brent did ab excellent job for us. We had a 20-year old Whirlpool tub that stopped working. Brent Hostetler installed a new motor and ran it through 2 separate cycles to insure it was operating properly. He was quick, did his work without issue, was clean and very polite, and wasted no time in giving us operating instructions. Thank you Karmer Electrical for sending Brent to us. We will call again in an instant if we have any future electrical problems.

Brent Hostetler changed a breaker in the electric panel needed for a bathroom heater & a baseboard heater. He checked on both of them to make sure they were working properly after installing the breaker. I highly recommend Kramer Electric for good service.

This is the third project I had Brent do for me and as usual I am extremely satisfied with the work performed. He replace two light switches, one was causing the lights to strobe and replaced light fixture in the basement. Brent was very respectful and knowledgeable in explaining things to me. They left the room they worked in as they found it, which was such a pleasant surprise. Addendum: We requested Brent return to correct the work done by a subcontractor for RiverMark LLC.

I have used Kramer Electrical service several times over the years. My latest tech was Brent. All of the technicians have been knowledgeable, respectful, and do a great job. I trust their recommendations when I ask about the work I want done.
I have had can lights put in, added extra outlets, replaced a ceiling fan and repaired two ceiling fans. Also had an outdoor light fixture replaced.

Quentin and Trent were so friendly and helpful! Needed new outlets installed in difficult places throughout the house, and it was completed quickly, cleanly, and without any hassle. Prompt and clear communication and service from start to finish (and reasonably priced too). Highly recommend.

They do excellent work. I have needed then to do several things. They always show up on time, they are kind and courteous.

Brent worked outside in the cold and rain to restore wiring under a lamp post. He kept me updated about the time of his arrival and was extremely polite and pleasant while here. Will definitely use Kramer next time and hope they send Brent.

We obtained Kramer Electric from a trusted contractor whose work and opinion we highly valued. Quentin from Kramer Electric came to evaluate our requirements, make suggestions, and provide a quote for our electrical needs to the 96-year-old house we had recently bought.. We were looking to upgrade the wiring for a Craftsman style house built in 1927. He gave my wife suggestions and recommendations to update the electrical. Many of the suggestions Quentin provided were used by my wife to develop the drawings. After several trips to the Building Division, she received approval from the Building Division.

Dan and Mason provided the labor. In that effort, they made every attempt to reduce holes in the walls and ceilings. They installed over a dozen can lights in various rooms, three ceiling fans with lights, and updated numerous outlets in addition to adding new outlets to accommodate the new fixtures. They replaced the existing 200 amp panel with a 54-space Square D panel which gave us quite a few new slots. They also added smoke detectors in all of the rooms in the house. Dan and Mason are a pleasure and they have always been professional and willing to make changes within the scope of the approved work.

Incredible!! They rewired the 120-year old house we bought. So careful! Minimized holes in walls. We were able to fix all the holes ourselves. We had them back to install additional outlets. Love this company!
