We called Richwood heating and cooling for our ac unit going out. They came out same day and timely as well. Fixed the issue and gave us some great recommendations on which filters to use with our furnace as well. This is second time doing business with them and will keep going through them for our furnace and ac needs ! Highly recommend!

This was the worst service we ever had. They service my hvac and after that my air stopped working after they serviced it. As it was working before. I called them back and they said that it was my thermostat. And didn't come back to check it. I hired another credible company and told us it had way to much refrigerant in it. They fixed it and now it runs wonderful! I will never use Richwood Heating and Air again.

Richwood Heating and Air are the best. They are honest and give very fair prices, saved me thousands from a big AC company trying to upsell me. They were professional and upfront with everything. It's hard to find that in a business these days. I will recommend them to anyone who needs their heating or cooling fixed. You can't go with anyone else but Richwood Heating and Air.

Guy stopped and asked if I needed help when my truck was broken down a few years ago then offered me water. I haven't needed services (thankfully) but I will definitely patron a great business like this when I need them.

Today was the third time Irwin has saved the day here. The kids furnace stopped working Irwin found problem went out of his way to drive and locate the part. Furnace running great now. Heck of a nice guy and very fair price. Lucky to have that locally

We will only use Richwood Heating and Air for any of our HVAC needs. Irwin was able to identify our issue right away, get our part, and get us back up and running within 2 days. I can't say enough great things about our experience! The price was very reasonable and fair, and I will absolutely reach out to Irwin again whenever we are in need!

Erwin and his crew did a great job installing our new furnace and A/C. They did what they said they would do, at the time they said they would do it, for the price they quoted. They went over and above what was expected.

Called on a Sunday morning because our furnace wasn't working. Erwin came right out and replaced a part and got it up and running at a reasonable price. We will use him for all our needs in the future.

We moved into a house that the gas wasn’t turned on and the furnace wasn’t on or working. He came out the very next day and was quick and efficient! He quickly solved the problem and even checked to make sure the AC was in good working order also! 10 out of 10, would and will use again for sure!

So thankful I called them!! They was a lifesaver.After not having heat from Wednesday when the Roofers ripped my exhaust pipe out of my furnace(till Friday when they finally sent an inspector from there company out to see what was messed up)!! Then hammered it back down in but not even in the correct area, getting the pipe stuck and bending the access door..I also needed a new part replaced.and the pipe unstuck from roof.so co2 wouldn't leak into my house..at this point stress was an understatement..bc I had so much damage done by the roofing company..but Richwood heating and air left me no worries they got everything taken care of and had my furnace up and running.So thankful bc my son was home from school sick with upper respiratory. From now on I will ONLY use Richwood Heating and Air!!

Richwood Heating & Air went above and beyond fixing my AC unit today when another (Big Name Company) told me it wasn’t fixable and I needed to spend $9,000 on a new one! Highly recommend Richwood Heating and Air. Great prices, quality work, very friendly!

Definitely a company to do business with!!! I called, they came out quickly diagnosed my furnace within minutes. Gave me a very fair price for a great product (Ruud). Installed the furnace in a day and a half (which works great)

When our a/c went out we called to schedule an appointment thinking this is the busy season for a/c, and that our old a/c system might be through. After 10 minutes of diagnosis the issue was identified, the part replaced, and the system back up and running. Couldn't ask for a better service call!

This man came to my house within an hour after I rang him and made an honest fix to my outside air conditioning unit.
I am almost full term with twins and my husband is out of town- so I was clearly desperate for some cool air in this heat. He could’ve easily taken advantage of the situation but instead made the quick and honest fix! Highly recommend!
