Do not shop here unless you plan on paying for their mistakes. Like a key fob that their salesman forgot at home and they will send it to you COD. Or you can deal with Aston who is a liar and run your credit to more than the 2 places that you agreed on and lie about they can get you a better rate then the one you have by half a percent BUT to get that now you need a co signer OHHHH and please belive him (Ashton) when he says he will get you a deal!! He gave my daughter a whole fin .01 cent to get her under 15,000 so she paid 14999.99. This place is a joke. You call to talk to the manager and one person says they are there and the next says he's not. They are liars and will be turned into FTC, CFPB, AG and BBB and whatever other places I can.
I also caught a salesman lie to another customer when she pointed out a brake issue... but of course they are gonna lie and say they ran the car through the 27 or whatever point inspection.
Also on a better note lol the check engine light came on two days after purchase. So be warned!
I am writing this review for my sister in law. She was in need of a nice dependable vehicle. By chance I went to there website and found the perfect vehicle for her. The purchase price was over what she had to spend so I called Kyle Ralston at home while he was eating his breakfast and explained what would need to happen for her to get that SUV. He just said what he always does, I will make it happen. And he and Jake did it. She is now the owner of a 2018 4 wheel drive Ford Eco Sport and the happiest girl in the world. People take my word for it, these people who make up the dealership are unlike any others. They are of the highest caliber and integrity. They treat you as part of their family and you just have to love each and every one of them. I fortunately met Kyle over the phone many vehicles later and I considered him my brother. Just can't say thank you enough but rest assured I will not buy a vehicle from anyone else. Stop in and you will instantly see what I'm talking about.
