Great customer service - came early on a Saturday. Had an associate help me find a very specific screw that just made it feel like a neighborhood mom and pop hardware store.

If you are doing ANY renovations, talk to Ron Fullenlove in the back by the countertop area. He is the BEST!! Excellent communication, customer service, and very professional while being the nicest guy!! Couldn't believe that our countertop and shower door processes were so easy, thanks to him. In the future and always, he is our guy. He never fails to respond in a timely manner - even on his "off" days! 5 stars to Ron Fullenlove!!

Dan the HVAC man is excellent. The whole staff is incredible. I was up here at 1130am-12 on 6/26, and every person I met on staff was incredibly professional and polite. It’s gotta be top down, because it’s a virtue of the hires here to be kind. Love this HD, and I drive and extra 10 minutes for THIS ONE. Gonna miss it!

This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had. I ordered blinds for our new house, and the installer came and installed them in early May. However, they found three defective blinds during the installation.
I rescheduled another appointment (canceling my plans to wait for them). On 5/27, they came, but one of the replacements was defective again. He scheduled the installation for the replacement 6/9 but cancelled it and re-scheduled on 6/10. But, he never showed up within their arrival window.
This has been incredibly frustrating, and I would never recommend this office.

While most of the staff were kind, one staff member, Laura, I communicated today was very unprofessional. She told me that I needed to clear my entire day—even beyond their scheduled arrival window of 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. I told her that it would take only 10 minutes or less because only one blind needs to be installed. I told her that if they came at 2 pm, I would have been fine because I have a schedule starting at 2:30 pm. She didn't listen to me. That is so frustrating, and all of problems were caused by their mistakes (Homedepot at Marysville) in the first place.

Additionally, I noticed that the vertical they initially hung on my wall was loosely attached. See pictures. That was because the installer didn’t ask me what height I wanted the vertical blind to be hung at—he installed it without checking. I later noticed it was hung too high, so I asked him to lower it. As a result, there are now unnecessary holes in the wall, and the vertical blind is very loosely attached.

I wish our hometown (Ashland) Home Depot had the staff from there (Marysville) store!!! Absolutely hands down two of the best in the business!!! Very friendly and knowledgeable people for sure.

I was in your paint department yesterday trying to match a stain and get a few other items.
During my stain quest Kiley helped me very patiently.
During my search for tac cloth. I only found a large package ... too many but I got it anyway.
As I wandered the aisles through the store toward checkout, all of a sudden there was a tap on my shoulder. It was Kiley who searched the aisles for me with a smaller package of clothes which she found and tracked me down to swap items.
Wow, it's things like this that will stick with you!
Could it be The Christmas spirit .... or just a good person who made the effort?! I think it was both!!

The store was very neatly organized. The isles and floors were clean. The isles did not have any debris or dirt in them. Nothing in the isles blocking your walking path. The associates were either busy or waiting idle to help customers. They were very vigilant and all had their uniforms on. Uniforms were neat and clean.
I went there to get a storm door handle. They only had about 10 to choose from. The exact door handle I was looking for was not available. I had to improvise or look online. I’m not currently in the position to be able to wait a few days for a door handle. So I will try to make this one work. Also the prices of the door handles for a decent one with metal hardware are very high. This would be why everyone is buying things online. They also didn’t have very many brands to chose from. Not a very big variety of brands. Hoping to make this one that I bought work out.

There is an older gentleman at this location that grabs the scanner from you at the self checkout and stands over you, way too close, looking to see if you're stealing anything, It is unnerving. I had to stop going there and I also told him about my military discount and when he was done I said did you need my phone number for my military discount? He said too late, it would only have saved you $5.38.

Purchased outdoor table and chairs. Sale tag on table but when it rang up said sale was gone. Spoke to a very nice manager who on the spot gave us the sale price since it was still posted out for plain site.

Self Check-Out is by definition here, NOT self checkout. None of the kiosks have their scanners on the hook, and instead a cashier holds all four scanners and will saunter over after a few seconds of your standing confused in front of a kiosk to scan your purchases for you. Self checkout here is now just as slow as the regular checkout, and less convenient.

Storm door installation was scheduled for today 8am-10am. Never received any type of a confirmation phone call. Spoke to the assistant specialty manager, Tisha. She said they were not on schedule until Friday the 19th. The Home Depot staff is less than courteous, and I would not recommend the store for any specialty project. I sent the person home waiting at the property for the installer. Amazingly enough apparently the installer did show up today to install the storm door and is doing so without someone present on the property. I suggest the special projects department do a better job scheduling and following through on installations. The store manager that I spoke to, Brandon was not courteous either. Home Depot should be about customer service and have received a failing grade from the shopper.

Needed a match to a screw I brought in. Not sure who to ask for help. Ask a random worker. They tried their best to help but didn't have an idea. Found the screw he was suggesting and both me and the worker were stunned by the price. Decide i'll bite the bullet and buy. Walk up to the self checkout and realize I don't have my wallet. Use my phone to checkout. The card on my phone was the wrong card. The person I came with offered to help with apple pay. A worker then tells us the machines only accept cash or cards. But my phone worked initially. So the worker was giving wrong information on top of everything else. Went to Lowes and got my screws much cheaper and easier.

We got a quote for a custom stone bathroom vanity top and proceeded with the measurements for the top. The measurements came back the same/less than what was used in the original quote. We were then sent a variance where they wanted us to pay for an additional 2sq ft of material. This was because Home Depot’s policy is to break down every piece (vanity top, backsplash and two side splashes….4 pieces total) and round up when they calculate how much to charge you. So that .5sq ft side splash is now being charged as 1 sq ft of material. This policy was not used for the original quote. Home Depot then refused to refund all of our money because measurements were taken.

Don’t make our mistake and please just go straight to a granite/stone company and do not use Home Depot for stone countertops!!

Paid $3200 total for an Anderson sliding door with $900 installation fees and they ordered the wrong color j channel and after installing they want to charge us $800 again to take the door out and re install with correct color j channel even though it was their fault. Go to Lowe’s!! We made a horrible mistake trusting Home Depot.

I enjoy this Home Depot, I’ve been to a ton of them but this store has clear isles and isn’t jam packed full of stuff where you can’t move around.
