Whatever Store Location I deliver to across Our Great Nation,I receive the Best Attention and Household Brands that I Love..I can name many Store Numbers,and All r Respectable and Professional that I Know and Service for over 13 Years....no lie..I just came from the Great Appalachias Stores (Asheville,NC,Rockford,IL Adairsville,GA to Statesville,NC ✌️)all the way down here to Crowley, La...I came in to deliver Appliances the next morning and walked out with a Bunch of Craftman's Ratchet Sets and Open end Keys for Mechanic work that i always avoid after a Month Over-the -Road Truckingpoor be any Lug Nut,Vehicles,or Honey -to- Do list that crosses My Path...I got something Sweet for Em'..Thank u Lowe's for being an Exellent Store and Customer from one of Your Loyal and Trusted Partners...

Do NOT buy appliances from these people. They break and their warranty is WORTHLESS.

My LG washing machine broke a year ago. I opened a claim w Assurant Customer Care for Lowe's Protection Plans. They sent a repairman out. He submitted the order for parts. MONTHS went by.

I called them only to find out that Assurant wouldn't repair my unit. They wanted to buy it back. I have been fighting them for more than 7 months to get my money. In the meantime, I'm spending $120 a week at the laundromat.

I call Assurant (2 hour phone calls every single time I call) and get transferred from Assurant to LG and back 6 or 8 times. STILL, no one will give me my "buy back" money.

I called Lowes customer care to complain and was told they had no control over Assurant and that I needed to call them. Incredible. I spend my money at Lowes. I bought a warranty through Lowes. But they have "NO CONTROL" over if I get my money back or not for a broken washing machine that is covered under the warranty I bought from them.

I am STILL trying to get my 'buy back' money!

Customer service always top notch. . Today had one guy take me to all 4 itmes I needed. In and out for the snow day preparedness madness.

The staff were extremely unhelpful. I asked where something was and was sent to the opposite side of the store by pointing a finger in a general direction by 3 different employees. The last person referred to the area I needed as mill works, so that's what I was looking for. There is no signage for this, so I asked another employee where it was, and they had no idea what I was asking about. Long story short, it's called mill works in-house by employees. I finally found the aisle I needed myself, and the item I wanted was not stocked in the store. I got my exercise for the day, though.

Love this Lowe's. The people working in their departments know what their talking about which is always great when your trying to find a specific part for something.

I went in looking for appliance paint. The person working in the paint dept, Kelsey, was VERY helpful. She stopped what she was doing and took me directly to what I needed. She was extremely personable. I think everyone in this store could learn something from her.

has just about anything for the home. Great help and service. Staff is very knowledgeable. oh! Also has great prices

Great store.. Dani was especially helpful, professional, exceptionally friendly!!... Will DEFINITELY return to shop at this location and I strongly recommend Crowley Lowe's to EVERYONE who's needs can be met here!!

Great selection for the most part. The garden center is well stocked and plants are well maintained. Employees' helpfulness can be hit or miss by the department. Their customer service still has not improved, seems like everyone just wants a paycheck for nothing.

Lowe's still hasn't upped it's game. I found a sale on a wet/dry vac and a special on paint. When I went to check out everything rang up much higher and the "manager" wanted to fight with me about it. I told, the many managers that Lowes has, where to find the shop vac and paint. She implied I was lying so I went and showed her. She was snotty when she admitted she was wrong. I took pictures of it, then went and took pictures of the paint. I showed them the price, the paint on the shelf, etc. but they refused to honor the price. It took them 45 minutes to check me out. Other customers had the same problem with the prices and staff while I was there. Lowe's has gotten very bad on customer service, honoring the shelf price or advertised price, treating customers badly, leaving things in the aisles so it's hard to move around, and just not caring about their jobs. I think I will find another place to shop. I included pictures of the paint and vacuum and what the prices were supposed to be.

Overall this is a good home improvement place. But, they need to water their plants more, many are dried out and dying

This location has some of the more/most helpful employees among the Lowe's locations along I-10 in Louisiana.
Standard pricing and availability for products. Tool selection is a bit better than most. Parking is easy to access with a trailer.

I had fun walking around in this store because there is so much here I almost couldn't remember why I was there lol I love store's like this but you will find what your looking for here.

Although this isn't the biggest location of Lowe's this store is organized and clean. I always have trouble finding stuff here and I can never find an associate to help me yet that may be just a me problem. When I was here with my daughter we were shopping for a few things in the garden center and I was very impressed with the selection of plants that they have here. I was not impressed by the fact that pedestrians do not have the right of way in the store to the store equipment so when visiting this store you'll have to be careful about not being hit by the equipment the workers are driving around.

Friendly people here. Sure, it's a big corporate store and there will be some who arent as friendly and others who dont know what they are doing but overall a nice place to shop. I am a contractor so I am in this several times a day. Shout out to all the Pro Service people. Keep up the good work!

Bought 28 bags of 80#cement. Waited on someone to load it. I asked cashier after 30 minutes if she had told anyone we were waiting and she said yes someone was coming. After an hour,was RIDICULOUS.. I called the front desk, because I kept getting same answer from checkout. My husband had to help a 75 year old man load a sack of cement because NO one was helping, worker walked right by him 2 times and went on break. They had 2 forklifts start unloading a truck. We were already waiting and had to wait more. My husband whom is 62 and 2 female workers had to load our trailer. This sure spoils my thoughts on Lowe's. GET MORE WORKERS. THIS IS RIDICULOUS.
