We had to replace a power steering pump and James took great care of us. Marysville did not have the part so James called up Dublin branch. They had what we needed, got it, and came back to take care of core charge, what a great store. Glad to meet James. You guys at that store are super heroes, thanks a million!

AutoZone has one of the most knowledgeable associates I have yet encountered at an auto parts store, and I have been to many auto stores many times! James A. helped me trouble shoot through a check engine light that I had been chasing for weeks. His recommendation helped me fix it essentially overnight! Restored my car’s horsepower and the check engine light is gone with a simple fix! I was fortunate to be at the right place at the right time to get James’ help. AUTOZONE, TAKE GOOD CARE OF HIM!

Outstanding customer service! It's all well and good (and appreciated) that just about anything I need is available here, but it's the employees that make Marysville AutoZone awesome. Hailey & James didn't hesitate to assist me with replacing my headlights in the bitter cold of a February afternoon.

Wouldn't waste your time with this location multiple bad experiences from calling in placing orders the orders not being filled correctly to not even completely filling orders. They tell you they will call you to confirm parts and don't call. If your trying to get a job complete you'd be better to make the drive to a different location

As I was returning a un needed item , the lady assisting me needed some help , so she asked the young man at the register beside her for help. He spoke to her like she was a second class citizen, mumbeling under his breath as he walked away. To me this is unacceptable. So i asked to speak to the manager and he asked the lady "was it Cody" she replied yes and the manager said uh yeah Ill talk to him again! Completely un acceptable! He needs fired . No tespect for the individual, very unprofessinal behavior....thats all

The older man that helped me with a new battery was awesome! Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable. I’ll be back!

Bought installed in parking lot of auto zone a alternator in circleville oh. First 1 was bad they gave me another it was good well for 2 weeks I was out bought another one from different parts store. Went to return to auto zone where they tested said yes it's bad . Was told could only replace could not even give store credit. So I'm out 75 bucks doesn't seem fair I'll be shopping at a different parts store as I will tell others too.

Went to get a much needed part and find doors locked 30 minutes early. They see a customer there and ignore. Called and no answer. Poor service and management apparently. I will make sure to share, plenty of other parts stores locally looking for business. I had a few good experiences in past but this ruined it !

they are actually pretty reasonable considering what parts go for. The employees are helpful in cases where you need help.

They have winter wiper blades for $7.00. On a front display. Not in the usual wiper blade aisle. Plenty of helpful employees on my visit . Witnessed an employee putting wiper blades on an elderly womans car. In and out in less than 5 minutes.

The guy that helped me was very nice and professional. He came out to my car to help me try and figure out what the light on my dash meant. I was just a little surprised that he wasn’t more mechanically inclined working at an auto parts store. Other than that it was a great experience and nice guys. I’d shop there again.

I took my car to the local AutoZone to test the alternator and the battery. Thank goodness! The battery (the much less expensive item!) needed to be replaced.

Cody not only tested both, but replaced the battery and even matched prices with a local battery retailer.

Welp if I would have known that 2 of my buddys worked there I would have been back shopping here a long time ago!! Use to buy free here all the time then they got a bunch of rude people working here but now there are allot of really helpful caring people who work here especially Gary the store mgn and James so glad I had to go in here today
