Employees were standing in the aisle talking when I entered the store so I went past them to try and find the bulbs I needed. After checking a couple places, I ended up back where employees were congregating and immediately the lady stopped midsentence to assist me. She took me to what I needed.
They are very friendly and knowledgeable. They treat me with respect and helped guide me as I take on new projects. They are like family at this point. If someone can't help me then they find someone who can.
The return policy is easy and amazing. As a home improvement guy, I always have left over merchandise.
Home Depot is Amazing!! Purchased an LG front loader washer and love it! Hillary Gordono went above and beyond to help, when an issue did arise, and she made everything right! I can't say enough good things about Hillary!!
