We just bought a house and moved to Sequim from Alabama. I am putting up a fence and have questions. Shout out to Allen at HD for answering them and even saying "Welcome" when I told him we just got here. His attitude and answers made my day.

Just bought a dishwasher here and had the best customer service from Jeff in appliances, he was so nice and was really helpful. Our dishwasher didn't arrive on time but Home Depot made it right and the awesome delivery guys, Leonel and Gregori, hooked it up and took away the old one. I was highly impressed by all involved.

Deeply disappointed after spending over $50k Home Depot

As a long-time Home Depot customer who's spent over $50,000 in the past few years on home improvement projects, I’m shocked and highly disappointed by the lack of accountability and follow-through regarding a recent countertop installation.

Home Depot contracted Precision Countertops to install a kitchen counter in my home — and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The installation was poorly executed, and the issue was immediately apparent upon completion: bubbling and separation at the joint line of the countertop. Rather than taking responsibility, Precision offered subpar customer service, deflected blame, and showed no urgency in resolving the problem. Less than a year after installation, the bullnose is now separating from the countertop.

But the real disappointment lies with Home Depot. After trusting your brand for years and investing tens of thousands of dollars, I expected you to stand by the vendors you hire and ensure a satisfactory resolution. Instead, I was met with indifference and red tape.

Home Depot, if you contract third-party installers, you are equally responsible for the quality of their work and their professionalism. Precision Countertops failed — and so did you.

At this point, I'm seriously reconsidering doing business with Home Depot again. If this is how loyal, high-spending customers are treated, I can't imagine how you handle everyday shoppers.

Prefer a dentist visit over this crappy hardware store and it's horrendous customer service. Called to verify before driving there for over an hour, then had to wait for several customer agents, even the one I spoke with that day, but of course, could not fulfill my order. Told me I should drive another 100 miles to next store, but refused to call other store for confirmation. Hope these incompetent jerks get voted into office soon!!

It's almost guaranteed whatever item I'm looking for is going to be out of stock. Or if I can't find something, the floor worker won't know where it is. 8 out of 10 visits will result in me saying "wtf" at least once. Sadly I'm almost forced to buy online rather than waste my time going in here.

I’m giving a rating of 3 because the service from four people today, Apr 26, 2025, negated the excellent service from one person. The woman watering plants in the garden center was very extremely helpful. We made two purchases based on our conversation with her.

Two ladies at the register in the garden center were operating one till. There were at least 8 people in line with hundred dollar orders. We were assisted by a very nice gentleman who said he could not ring up our freezer. He sent me to customer service. The woman, Laurel, did assist me and asked someone to bring the freezer to self checkout. She told me I could pay in self checkout. I asked her to please ring me up. Not good, Home Depot, not good. I guess if you are the only box store in town, you can do what you want.

As always, Home Depot delivered on price and selection for my job materials. This particular location in Sequim stands out for its well-organized layout and the efficient workflow of its staff. The 'Wells and work' system they have in place definitely speeds up the process of finding and grabbing the products I need. A solid experience overall, making my project prep quick and easy.

Unfortunately if your going g to Home Depot, don't expect to get any help. We waited for help 20 minutes and then 30 minutes another time. They lock everything up and then have no one to unlock them. So if your in the middle of a project budget a bunch of extra time for Help lol. We just went to other places to get what we needed.

I can’t express how disappointed I am with this store. I bought a stove, a washer and dryer set, and they were scheduled to be delivered on Thursday the 14th. Come Thursday only the washer and dryer showed up. They rescheduled the stove for the next day Friday the 15th. That also didn’t happen so they rescheduled it for Friday the 22nd @ 7:00 A.M. This time I took the morning off from work to wait for their delivery guys. I called them at 6:30 to confirm that it was coming and I was told, “YES it’s on the truck, you’re the first stop.” It was almost 9:00 when I called back and I was told that they forgot to load it on the truck. They told me that the best they could do was next Friday the 29th after Thanksgiving. Even though I told them that I needed it before that because I have family coming in from out of state, all I got was a sorry Friday was my only day. I had no other choice but to cancel the order and go somewhere else. Very disappointed!!!

Terrible! They rescheduled our delivery twice. My husband called to confirm delivery in the morning and they said they were 30 mins out, two hours later my husband called them and they said they didn’t have it on the truck and we had to wait till the following Friday.
Lost work time for nothing!

I am so grateful to Paul and Nancy at the Sequim Home Depot appliance center. They we’re both so knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating in helping me pick out the perfect stove. It meant so much to me that they went out of their way to make sure that I had everything I needed to make an informed decision that felt good to me. I never felt pressured or rushed into a decision, and I felt they genuinely wanted me to be happy. Five stars to both of them!

I've been looking online for a new stove to replace the one that died recently. The manager of the appliance department Paul and his coworker Kris were so helpful to me! I described the type of stove that was needed for my existing space, because I dont want to do any extensive remodeling right now. I was shown the perfect fit and I also bought a refrigerator that's going to a different address. He really tried to get me the best discounts and sales. He answered all my tech questions. But best of all, he patiently figured out ordering on their complicated website, providing me with 2 different delivery days and locations! I spend hours looking at specs and sizes. He figured it out in a few minutes. He made my day!

Overall, I have had nothing but great experiences with the store and the staff there. I’m leaving three stars because the telephone system is awful. They use AI to try to route your call and it does a terrible job. And then once your call gets routed frequently no one answers or it goes to the wrong department.

I had such a great experience here! One of the managers, Jordan Tess (I think was his name), was so helpful when I was grabbing materials to build a patio. I accidentally grabbed the wrong type of sand & he immediately got me a new cart, offered to load up the right type of sand, and then offered to put the wrong sand back all the way on the opposite side of the store. They definitely go above & beyond here. Great customer service & positive attitudes!!

Where is a floor person when u need them? Always searching for someone to help.
Love the variety. But don't buy plants here. They soak the roots in neoniconoids, not suitable for organic gardening.

Good location with plenty of parking. The greeter at the door pointed me directly to the aisle and location of plumbing fixtures I needed. Bonus! Also this store is quite a bit larger compared to others.

So there I was in the garden department, and this Nice Gal Rochelle(not sure how to spell her name) was unloading a cart, and offered to assist. I explained that I was trying to revamp my water fall in the back yard, and what I had in mind. She not only helped direct me personally but even made some really thought out suggestions that I found most helpful. When I get the project complete I'll try n remember to post some pics....
