The Home Depot - Alexander City, AL

Avoid at all cost one person is available to do 2 people's jobs sat and waited 20+ minutes for a pick up item because one person had to order over the phone with a credit card first....customer service 101 help those standing in front of you first. Lady was rude when this issue was brought up

I went in for a replacement lawnmower battery. The website told me what isle to find out on, however, it was on an end-cap. I asked a representative and she was able to guide me to it.

The only downfall is that there it’s a core charge for the old battery, which I had with me; however, they had to charge me the core fee first and then refund it.

I recently had a fantastic experience at Home Depot. The staff was incredibly helpful, guiding me through product options and offering expert advice. The store was well-organized, making it easy to find what I needed. Overall, a great shopping experience with a wide selection and excellent customer service.

Was disappointed in one of the lumber staff members. We needed wood side crown molding for a house, and the lady was saying yall cut it yourself." My father was with me recovering from a stroke. The woman was complaining about her leg, not knowing my father just started walking from being paralyzed. The lady left me cutting the molding and walked off. My dad was trying to cut it. I ended up doing it... sometimes people dont know others' problems. Everyone else was so nice.

I have never been in a Home Depot where the employees are the most helpful and courteous. Waiting at the front door to help you. I am remodeling a home at Lake Martin and transitioning from Florida. Awesome people!

Me and my employer went in this morning what a breath of fresh air all employees were friendly and super helpful not like rude ones in Opelika and Lagrange this store should be used as good example or training store for every home Depot id give them ten stars if I could

The store is well maintained and the customer assistance was very helpful.
Especially Tyronda Judkins she was very professional and courteous.

Very knowledgeable Associates. Friendly and welcoming service. The drive through lumber service is very convenient especially for handicap or elderly.

Love this place n they have great employees and if u need help they go out of their way to help

Nice and cool , worker on duty in the nuts and bolts department was a great help. Knew exactly where to find what we were looking for. Great customer service give that guy a raise. Talked to one guy yesterday who made a key for us. Seventy four years old he said and he did an outstanding job.

Little Update , I went in there this past Saturday afternoon to look at the security cameras. My intention was to buy one to add on to my system. I guess it was three pm or later. Walk back to the display found something that I thought I would buy(on sale ) I had seen several employees when I came in the door and some scattered around the store. Didn't get the can I help you as usual,no big deal I thought I get them when I make up my mind. So I made up my mind and began to look around there was someone towards the back of the store but he darted in a asle before I could get his attention. Well I'm thinking I'll wait, I did for a while then I thought you know I really don't need to make this purchase and if I do I'm by another home Depot often. Oh and when I left that little group at the desk paid me about as much attention as I got from anyone else, none. So yes things seem to have changed at this Home Depot.
