Huge improvements lately with staffing. I can actually find people working to help me! They also are very professional and courteous! Glad this business found some good workers. I'm actually happy to shop here now. Before it was a ghost town where you DIY everything just taking tools off the shelves to cut pipes, etc.

Best place in town to get all the power tools you can possibly need plus everything else for working on your house or to take to the job site

Superb recommendations from Debra on patio door options. She has to be the most knowledgeable Home Depot member I've ran into in my years of DIY on three homes. Hire more Debras. Also gr8 to know she is veteran. Thank you for your service and thank you Home Depot for supporting a veteran.

It's a home depot come on has a great selection of hardware not so much a great selection of lumber

The store overall is great. But the store management needs overhaul. I had a concern about a product that was packed and delivered to my home that was damaged.

They stacked 13 of 80 pounds of concrete on top of a box that wad crushed like a pancake. Instead of replacing the item. Management gave me 3 days of excuse not to deliver the item.

Having exhausted every avenue to the local home depot store. I contacted Home Depot customer care. Explaining the frustration I've been dealing with. The result was outstanding. The same day, they they picked up the damaged product and replaced it.

It took an act of higher power to put local management in place. The system works.

Ross and Austin killed it in helping me load 3 pallets of flooring and 3 pallets of cabinets. Both were very polite and did not hesitate to help

I inquired about a fixture I was looking for, and two of the three sent me right to it.

I returned to self check out, and they kept visiting.

The staff sure try hard but seldomly know more than whatever their little phone can tell them. The pro desk knows their stuff.

Ah, yes. My second home: Home Depot. I've never had an issue here. My tips? 1) Use the website to figure out what's in stock before you go; 2) if you need help, flag someone -- anyone -- down and they'll be able to at least phone in the proper associate; and 3) if you're in a time crunch, stop at the paint section first so you can shop while your paint is mixing.

I have spent a LOT of time here over the last 10 years. There is so much potential for this store and it’s frustrating to see it not be the best it can be for employees and shoppers alike. There are a few staff that are just downright deceptive, hate their jobs and avoid eye contact if it means they’ll need to speak with you, and then there are some absolute gems that will go out of their way to make sure you find what you’re looking to purchase and actually follow through with calling you back as promised. You never know what to expect…but it’s still my first stop before I bother with any of the other hardware stores if that tells you anything.

Beware don’t ever buy an extended warranty you will regret having to deal with Asurion it makes it not worth it although I continue to pursue since it was almost $500. Have to keep following up with them by talking to people I believe in the Phillipines. They haven’t paid after spending weeks to say they couldn’t find anyone to repair the failed air compressor. Then they wanted me to try to find someone to repair it and submit another claim. I told them you couldn’t find anyone I can’t either. Now after being told it was all approved for reimbursement they’re requesting the same documents I’ve already provided them.

Found everything that we were looking for without too much trouble. Helpful staff pointed us in the direction of what seemed elusive.

I would have given the store five stars except for the staff do not know what's in their store any better than I do. And that's not saying a whole lot I just moved here 2 months ago. Every time I look for something in the store they tell me to get on my phone and look on the home Depot app. All in all staff are very friendly and somewhat knowledgeable. Again we have a labor crisis in Juneau so you cannot expect the moon. Prices are inflated compared to the States but that is to be expected.

This Hope Depot is run-of-the-mill and typical for any store but what makes it shine in my mind, is the customer service. I've bought carpet from them and a few appliances among other various items including plants. I appreciate the guys who have helped me and they made my experiences memorable. I will definitely recommend people shop there because I know they will be in good hands as every employee I've interacted with were attentive, focused, and helpful wherein I did not feel rushed or dismissed.

Great to have a Home Depot here in Juneau. Staff helpful they even got the things I needed off the top shelf for me. Took a bit out of their day, and are friendly and kind!

They have an enormous selection and can easily be a one stop shop for virtually any project. They've helpful employees that are eager to help. In MOST instances said employees are knowledgeable, but not always and to varying extents.

Nicest staff, didn't get the name of the guy who helped me. But I was looking for spikes and he gave me his! Keep on hiring these kinda people!

Just like any other home depot. the staff is always super helpful and will always help you get what you need. Alot of time things are not available to ship to AK according to the Home depot app, but the store can and does order it for you if you talk to them.

The in-person, go-to store in Juneau for the latest tools and supplies. Very friendly and helpful staff. They keep a large stock of wood pellets for heating fuel at a low price per bag.

I was quoted 33,000.00 on plywood cabinets. Recent vacation I took an asked for a quote from cabinets to go in one of there showrooms saved 20,000 by using cabinets to go

If the neighborhood stores don't have what you need, Home Depot usually does have what you need for home, work and garden products.
