My 'go-to' place for lots of necessities. Always appreciate how helpful the staff are. When I inquire about the whereabouts of.an item, I love that they physically walk me to the item. Staff friendiness is a big part of why I shop there friequently

Well-stocked, they do a good job of staffing the checkout lines so you don’t have to wait too long generally, and I’ve used self-checkout plenty of times.

Great service. The ladies at returns and the group at check out, efficient and attentive. Floor staff in all departments, again outstanding.

Home Depot here does a good job of providing many of the items needed to keep the home running well.

Fyi...always save your receipts for return. Was able to get a courtesy return of a small item for store credit along with two others I had the receipt for.
Happy about the helpfulness of the staff.

I'm fairly certain this is the only price controlled corporate store on the island.
Other than that it's a standard home depot, smaller selection than stateside locations but fantastic by island standards.

Customer service hit or miss. Yesterday placed order online they called to cxl saying they didn't have any, yet went to store and they had what I ordered. Did this another time to me too. And when we tried to get a dishwasher just kept giving us a run around and never ended up getting one.

Excellent customer service! Employees were willing to help. They are expensive to me, since COVID they went up 50.00. Now priced at 85.98. Lord have mercy on us.

Home Improvement Store, usually has what we need, but not always. Sometimes, they run out of just the thing you are looking for, or simply don't stock it Many items are available seasonally, only. Unfortunately, on this island, you cannot expect this home Improvement Store to be as fully stocked as it's counterpart in a big city on the mainland. However, if you are creative, you can usually figure out an alternative.

They seem to have good inventory. Customer service is usually hood with helpful staff. I don't like that you can't ship to store on the Home Depot website. That would be a huge help with any items that are not readily available for purchase.

Customer service was awesome. Although I knew what I wanted, they answered all questions, I had about their product. And the price was just right. I needed appliances to enhance and up grade my future investments.

Things are hard to find in the VI, but Home Depot makes home repairs much easier. Often, calls to specific departments don't get answered, so it is best to just stop in.

Employees are hit or miss, some will help you, others are just collecting a paycheck.
Stock levels can be hit or miss due to the fact everyone arrives by shipping container.
Some items are out of stock for weeks and as soon as they restock the locals clean the store out because it's been 2 or 3 months until the items are in back in stock.

This has got to be the worst store i have ever been in for customer service. Not one greeting when I go there, workers yell across the store and the self serve station has never worked. I shop here often but only out of desperation for material. I wish they could get training

Supply problem, they always seem to be out of stock of common things such as pedestal sinks, digital door locks with cameras. The sales person told me I could order my window but it would take 6 - 8 months to get here. The island needs a Loews store or ordering center.

One of my favorite places to shop for home, garden, and building supplies... Great deals on lots of inventory items. Most of the employees were friendly, dependable, and accommodating. I don't think there is a mask mandate anymore in the store. Some people had on masks, and some did not. But everyone seemed to be happy while they were shopping. It's pretty much business as usual.
