Working with the owner Will Ziegler throughout the process was easy. Our home is over 165 years old and we wanted to retain the character and uniqueness of its history. Will listened to our ideas and offered advice and design solutions that we had not considered. He communicated changes and necessary additional costs when he encountered challenges caused by structural issues. Will and his skilled crew were respectful of our living space throughout the demolition and construction and left all work areas thoroughly cleaned up when completed. We are highly impressed and satisfied with their work ethic and professionalism and have since hired them for other home projects. Their prices are competitive and quality is superior. W.
