The Home Depot - Jasper, AL

The jasper store I had a great experience with one of the associates in garden her name was Yolanda Cherry she was great she help me find everything I needed not just in garden, but all over the store!! She is awesome so if your ever in jasper home depot look for her!! Great customer service unlike that customer service desk,never greet or recognize the customers that needs to be worked on!! Yolanda Cherry gets all 5 stars from me!!

Me and my husband bought a toilet today and we were approached before we even got to the car by a gentlemen with glasses and dreads (i didnt catch his name) that immediately help us load it up and took our cart back for us! Thank you sir, we always have a good experience at this store!

I was in today and bought a patio set. Lewis was helping me. he was the best. we were there quite a while trying to get it to fit in my highlander. he did not give up and we finally got it in. thanks so much lewis today were my angel.

Several things has occurred at this store that has been negative. One was addressed by the store manager but the rest had not. First was selling me a nasty air conditioner that was full of animal hair. The second was then dropping off my brand new washer and dryer in the front yard and they got rained on, pictures are attached and the other thing is they do not have stuff in stock that the website says they do. This has happened to several things I have tried to buy from this store. We will be traveling to Lowe’s from now on.
The washer and dryer incident, the delivery drivers said that my house was too far away for them to dolly to it. I waited for two and a half months to get these and this is where they put them. They didn’t install them like I paid for, they didn’t bring my water hoses like I paid for and they didn’t bring my dryer cord like I paid for.

Alwaya a pleasure visiting The Home Depot. They have everything from A to Z. We had to ask for assistance. The lady waa glad to help us with what we needed. It was a good shopping experience.

January 2nd at 5pm...
Hubby and I came in to get a replacement part for a shower in our front bathroom. We'd changed a couple pieces (found at Ace in Curry with help of a very professional employee)... So, here we are, after going downtown to eat, planning on a quick run in and get this simple replacement part. We both walked the 3 aisles having anything pertaining to bathrooms. Finally found some "parts" that are replacement parts for shower knows etc. Attempted to get help finding said needed part - of which we could find nothing remotely similar to what we needed. Looked up and down 10 aisles. No employee to be found! I decided to be "that person" and yelled out "Customer needs help in Aisle 'x'!" Where 2 other gentleman had also been trying to find help! NO EMPLOYEE TO BE FOUND!! The 4 of us all left about the same time. We saw 1 lady doing paperwork on a cart by the self check outs. Not a word out of her. No "Thanks for shopping with us".... No "Did you find everything you were looking for?" - which with 4 people walking out with nothing would be a good indication noone did! She didn't even look up! I can't imagine NO employee hearing me yell out! When looking for employees, several people were smiling at me and asking if noone had showed?! Seriously, I know people aren't wanting to work but if you are going to go to work and get a paycheck? The very least you could do is your job! Extremely disappointed with the staff on shift today!

Today we had a new washing machine delivered. Hubby had found it online. Our Speed Queen pump went out 3 months after the warranty was up. Grrrr and noone could find a replacement pump. So... I have to brag on the guys who delivered our new GE! 2 young men - both VERY professional and friendly. They did an excellent and quick job installing the washer. Highly recommend using their delivery if needed!

This was a year ago (2023) ~~ Hubby just had to run in and get the oil for garage doors. It was REALLY hard to find n some staff did not even know what it was.

I am Partial to this Home Depot because I am a merchandiser there. I do not work for Home Depot. If you visit me in the Garden Center I will be more than happy to help you with any & all of your Annual & Perennial Flower needs.

When I stopped at the H.D. the day was already hot and a person in the loading zone snapped at me not to block him in so I replied I would not which he repeated the same line showing him that the sign could be moved he apologized that got me edgy being an older guy that happens. Grabbing a loading cart I proceed to the lumber area asked one associate for help no reply my thoughts were gonna be a long day I saw one guy busy so I decided to ask for assistance he looked at me and said what you need I got you after that he loaded all my material in the store and outside in my dump trailor they are tough to load but with no complaints were heard I will be returning and maybe asking for Alex not just an employee but a hard working supervisor thank you for the help until I have my surgery it's greatly appreciated.
