We went to Lowe’s in need. Lynne came in the clutch! We were in the mower isle confused and dazed when Lynne came in with helpful facts and tips. She didn’t pressure us but was there to help in our darkest hour. God bless hard workers like Lynne. She needs a raise!

Receiving is a joke. The old man just need to stay home (lives angry/ annoyed)and the women has no idea what she is doing. The forklift dude unloading was not horrible. Would I choose to deliver here? Definitely not. Does the competitor treat you better yes! By a long shot.

Jud the retired plumber/veteran helped me with choosing a vanity sink. He was so knowledgeable with current code I wasn't aware of, genuinely friendly and helpful I had to leave a good review. Definitely will come back to do business here again.

I always enjoy going to Lowes, they had a great sale going on in the garden department. I bought 40 bags of Mulch, there was a young man working in the parking lot loading area and I wish I could remember his name because he did an awesome job! Without him I'd probably still be there loading up my truck! This is why I continue shopping at Lowe's, great service, everyone is so happy to help!

I had a fridge delivered a few days ago. The delivery people didn't leave the coil waterline or install my shelves. Lowes if giving me a hard time giving me a new waterline.
It would be nice if Lowes would contact their customers to see if we are satisfied with delivery.
I was told by a few people not to use their delivery.

The experience of purchasing appliances new washer and dryer started at well until two days later on said delivery day. Was told the delivery would be between 8:30 am - 12:30 pm. Never showed, however when tracking on the website it showed they were out for delivery. Finally at 3:30 and still no washer and dryer, I called the store. I was told my delivery date was for 3/26, a whole week later. I informed them that is not correct and that it was scheduled for today 3/19. I was transferred to the shipping manager. She confirmed the delivery date was changed to 3/26 and that at 6 am an email was sent to let us know. What has happened to good customer service and real communication? No phone call and no explanation as to why. Meanwhile, no washer and dryer and of course the ones being replaced are no good. This is why I purchased the ones I did, because I would have them within 2 days not a whole freaking week. Then I was told that the reason for delay is because one was not in stock. I found that out when I offered to just come pick them up and install them myself. Are you f-ing kidding me???? I was told by the sales person and they even showed me they were in stock when I paid for them. What happened and where is the disconnect? Sounds like y’all have no idea what your doing. Yep, I canceled my order and went elsewhere and getting my washer and dryer tomorrow. I could have had them today had I not waited all damn day for Lowe’s to just epic fail! Do not ever use their delivery service, it’s absolutely terrible!!!!

Today, I went to the store to buy four exterior doors and some drywall. Todd assisted me in finding everything I needed and helped load the items into my truck. I was very pleased with his excellent customer service, which made my shopping experience quick and easy.

We purchased carpet from Lowes and it was a good deal and great Carpet. Lowes people were very helpful and good to work with through the whold process and really tried to help us out, but unless you want a complete headache hire your own installer. We used the contracted installer and after several delays we finally got the job done in October, then we had to have them come back due to some errors they made and tear out all the carpet and put in new carpet ( which Lowes coverd the cost) as I said they were very helpful. The whole process took around 5 months. We purchased the carpet on August 10th and the contractors finally got it all done (the second time) January 20th. Altough we will stil have to have some of it fixed. So would I buy carpet from Lowes again, yes most definitly.
Would I use the contracted installers again, nope never.

I like shopping at this home improvement store with the layout and friendly staff, the prices could be a little more competitive because we are on a DIY budget, we will drive 5 minutes down the street to save $10 on a 3.5 gallon of tile adhesive.

DON'T HAVE LOWE'S CONTRACTORS INSTALL YOUR CARPET...IT ISN'T WORTH THE HEADACHE!
Installation update: Carpet ordered on Aug. 10, 2024 installed on Jan. 20, 2025...lots of headaches and issues. To that add they sent the same carpet installers they sent the first time! Then having told Lowe's, the installation company and the installers multiple times that: "The reason we are getting new carpet is that we had a new kitchen floor installed in April and there was a transition issue". When the installer finished installing the carpet he told my husband that was the best he could so, it would need to have a transition in order to make it look better. WHY DIDN'T HE BRING A TRANSITION AND INSTALL IT? He knew it needed one and yet, now we're going to have to hire a competent carpet installer to come in and install a transition to make it so that dirt and food doesn't accumulate between the kitchen flooring and the dining room carpeting.
NIGHTMARE UPDATE: They were supposed to install our carpeting on Jan. 6, 2025 and postponed it again! Now Jan. 20, 2025 they finally show up with the wrong work order. They were going to just pull up the new carpet take out the carpet they put it over and re-install the same newer carpet...problem, due to the way it was installed around the flooring it can't be re-installed and make it look good. They then had to go to Twin Falls Lowe's and pick up the new carpet to install once they take out the carpet they installed incorrectly and the carpet they installed over! SURPRISE we were told they were supposed to have a supervisor overseeing the installation and guess what...no supervisor came with them. My husband has been on the phone once again with Lowe's trying to get this taken care of correctly and it's 5 months after ordering with Lowe's.

Word to the wise. Don't use Lowe's carpet contractor to install your carpet. We did. It took forever to get it in once it was ordered. The closest installers are in Boise so setting up the installation was difficult. Then they canceled because another job took longer than they had planned. They kept putting us off. When the installers finally did get here they didn't install it correctly. Come to find out, they left the previous carpet in and installed the new over it! Now a month plus later we're still waiting to have the installers show up to fix the first ones mess. They say they'll reuse the carpet, but we're not sure it will look right when it is done. This has been ongoing since August 10, 2024 when we purchased the carpeting. They can't seem to get anyone to come from Boise to install the carpeting and they don't have anyone local. We have never had so many issues when we used local installers. I guess this is a lesson learned. Don't have Lowe's contractors install your carpet, it isn't worth the headache.

Lowes tends to have things Home Depot doesn't. We love that. Clean store. Usually, walk out with more than we came for. And it's always a stop when in Twin Falls. It is a tad bit more expensive than Home Depot, in my opinion.

Can be a little tough getting help sometimes, but remodeling a duplex and they seem to have what I need for that. And I like the military discount that I get there.

I think I like Lowe's better than Home Depot. There are usually things you need in stock and ready to take home. There is way more selection, and the lighting in the store is nicer. We were looking for a new kitchen sink, and there were only 5 in Home Depot, so we left there and went to Lowe's. Picked out the perfect sink, took home our new faucet, and in just a couple of days will have both. So easy at Lowe's , such a pain in the eye at HD.

Extremely Frustrating Experience – Poor Delivery Management

I ordered a washer and dryer from Lowe’s, but due to an error on their end, my washer was marked for pickup while my dryer was scheduled for delivery. After visiting the store and calling customer care to correct this mistake, I was assured by both that the washer would be added to my delivery.

However, on the scheduled delivery day, the washer never arrived. I had to reschedule for the 3rd, and I even took a screenshot confirming that I was the next stop. I left work an hour early to be home for the delivery, yet the washer never showed up—no call from the driver (unlike with the dryer), no knock at my door, nothing. Then, out of nowhere, the delivery was canceled again and rescheduled for a second time.

This is a major inconvenience, and now I have to miss more work for the next scheduled delivery. I don’t want apologies—I want my washer. This entire experience has been unacceptable, and at this point, I’m seriously considering canceling the order altogether.

Lowe’s should have prioritized this delivery after the first mistake, yet here I am still waiting. If the washer was my “next stop,” did they ever even load it on the truck? What possible delay could have caused this? This should not be happening.
