The salesman was great – friendly, helpful, and personable throughout the purchase process. However, the immense disappointment stems from the fact that a trade-in vehicle was purchased at West Motors. It was advertised as being in excellent condition and having no issues. It quickly became apparent that this was not true; the vehicle has numerous hidden problems that were not disclosed prior to purchase.
Furthermore, the extended warranty purchased, which was supposed to offer peace of mind, has proven to be a waste of money, as the warranty company is refusing to cover most of these issues. It is extremely upsetting that a lemon was sold, and another vehicle will not be purchased from West Motors, nor will they be recommended to anyone. This dealership's actions have been incredibly disappointing and financially damaging

We were looking for a new F350 and decide to go with West Motor Ford. I called and Talked to Austin. He talked to me about the 2025 and 2026 stock they had. He was also able to send an email with what was there. We stopped by for a test drive and was introduced to a used F350 HO 6.7. We took the truck for a test drive pulling our 10K trailer up Strawberry. After That We had to have it. We asked Austin to get some upgrades done to the truck, and he was all over it. The in and out time to buy the truck was better than the last vehicle we purchased. We asked Austin to get some things fixed and he did that as well. Great Experience for us.
