I just want to say how much I appreciate the customer service from this Trek Bike Shop. They really pulled out all the stops for me on my Bontrager Elite Bottle Cages in Purple Flip. This is the most difficult color to find in the country and they had it and promptly shipped it to me the same day I ordered. Now that's service!

I went in to buy a bike to surprise my husband for his birthday. Kyle was super helpful and knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect bike! I had a wonderful experience buying through this shop!

If you’re looking for a bike shop with the best customer service, Trek Bicycle Twin Falls is the place. I was on a mountain biking road trip from San Diego to Idaho and damage the front rim of my mountain bike. I searched several cities along the way for replacement rim calling at least 25 different bike shops and nobody had this rim in stock. I had about given up, but tried the Trek bicycle shop in Twin Falls and spoke with Walter, the manager. He was extremely helpful on the phone and after a search through his inventory of rims, I was told he had one in stock. However, there was a dilemma. I was several hours away from Twin Falls and would not arrive in time before the store closed at 5 o’clock. However, Walter reassured me that he would figure out a way to get the rim in my hands and offered to come back and open up the store for me even though I wasn’t arriving until 9 PM. This was beyond anything I could’ve expected and thanks to the shop and Walter, I am happily back on the trails with my bike. I highly recommend the bike shop.

The staff was great! We are from out of town, I was able to call ahead and they had our bike put together and ready for pick up for us. It was a super smooth and easy experience.

Ordered a bike to this Trek store and we picked it up Friday 04/26. Decided to take it for a ride that night and rode it around a track for about an hour. Next day, front tire is completely flat. On a brand new, expensive bike? Seems either super unlucky or really bad quality tires.
Called them 04/30 to ask if they would fix the flat for us, given that this bike was only ridden one time and already has a flat, and the guy asked if we purchased tire protection (which we didn’t even know about)
Well dang, I thought that was included with the “warranty” but I guess not. They want to charge $32 for a simple tube replacement, when other bike shops charge half that.
All around a bad first experience with Trek and would not buy from them again nor recommend.

Was only passing through Twin Falls for the day and needed the repair that day, the team there was able to fit it in and get my bike out by that afternoon, thank you!!

My husband and I went into Trek to buy our 4 year old a bike. The gentleman helping us was very nice and welcoming and extremely helpful. He made the process quick and painless. My husband and I also got both our road bikes and mountain bikes from them. Always a positive experience!

Very nice guys at this location. They are very helpful with anything you need. Besides their knowledge of all the equipment, they are very attentive, making sure your questions get answered. Glad my first purchase of a REAL mountain bike was made at this location.

These guys are the best. I'm from Pennsylvania and needed help while in Idaho with my e-bike's hydraulic brakes. Josiah Miller (bicycle tech) stopped everything to help me. After he diagnosed the problem, he ordered a special adaptor (to ensure proper brake fluid pressure) and contacted me when the adaptor came in. Overall, an outstanding service experience.

Excellent service! Took our bike in to get a derailer cable fixed. Si fixed it super fast, right then and there at an excellent price. Would highly, highly recommend this place!

I have now bought two bikes from Trek in Twin Falls. These guys are absolutely amazing to work with. Their customer service is hands down the best. Their customer service is prompt and personable.

They answered all my questions and gave additional information. Customer service was great and will likely revisit for accessories and more bikes.

Im currently homelees but work at Olive Garden, and havent received my paycheck yet; however I came in to Trek where Josiah repaired my bike tire out of kindness to help me get to work. I get paid tomorrow and look foreword to buying some gear.

I had a flat tire when I rode to work. I called them and they took my bike in and 10 min later I was on the road again. Very friendly as well. I was impressed as well because my bike isn’t even a trek but they still gave me exceptional service.

I've always found Trek products to be made with exceptional quality, and the staff at this particular bike shop not only have proven to be experts in their abilities to assess and provide repair solutions, and advise on the purchase of new items so as to best suit my personal needs, this crew has also displayed exemplary customer service qualities in their bright and friendly attitudes, their swift initiative and response to customer needs, and their ability to explain the complexities of their products and services in a manner which can be easily understood by their customers. This crew and the Trek products they carry aren't cheap, and you can be equally sure that you'll find their quality to meet—if not exceed the price tags attached!

Walter, Mike, and the whole crew were so very helpful in helping my wife and I choose our bikes. Everyone listened to what we had to say about what our preferred uses were as well as our price concerns. The Twin Falls shop will be our go to service center and they treated us like family. You don't find that very often these days.

Worst bike shop i have every experienced. I came in because a brake rotor was rubbing on a brand new bike. The technician made it worst and told me it was a twelve dollar rotor and i should expect it if i wanted to really fix it i should up grade. when i bought the bike the salesman bragged how great the bike was and addition to that my daughter bought one as well. He said they stood by there bikes but they treated me like i was an inconvenience. I tried to email the company but they are so overloaded with emails they are not excepting in new emails probably because of the bad service.

I ordered a new bike and when it arrived they were more than happy to help me get it set up and answered my questions about the accessories I’d need. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff! I’d highly recommend purchasing a bike from this store!

Prett’s bike rental owner, Andrew provides outstanding service. He brought the bikes to our hotel and picked them up exactly as scheduled. The bikes are in like new conditions. Very good comfortable mountain bikes as shown on the ad. We rented from 7 am to 11 am. Cool and nice weather. Rode along the rim trail all the way to the Shoshone Falls. Did not go down the step road to the parking area. We stayed on the rim from where you have a great view. On the way we stopped at the Visitor center and the Perrine bridge where BASE jumpers were free falling and parachuting down. On the way back rode to Starbucks and then back to the hotel. Plenty of time to do the full 12 miles rim trail stopping as we wished. Bring water and sun protection. These were the best bikes I have ever rented and at very reasonable price of less than $25 per bike for 4 hours. Including a lock and helmets if you need them. I will highly recommend Prett’s bike rental.

Helpful management and staff! They took good care of me and, being from our of town, helped me determine good local joints for lunch :)

I have never ridden a real mountain bike like this before. The staff took the them to measure me and to make sure I got the right size for my height. Also took the time to show me how to properly get on and how my legs show be extending. Great service and people!

Already posted a comment. Only thing I would change is buying a Trek Marlin in medium instead of medium large. Do to the shortage of bikes, they had no mediums in the bike I wanted. They did inform me they had a medium in a different bike but it was out of my price range. I was in desperate need for a bike and chose to buy a bike that was slightly to big for me.

The most helpful bike shop staff I have ever encountered. Both Emma and Anthony, were very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met. Top notch staff! Highly recommend them!!!

No complaints. Had a couple minor services done to my bike, very quick turnover and reasonable prices. Purchased bike from them and have no complaints. Excellent fun.

I called yesterday to talk to Mike at the service/maintenance desk. Mike asked what type of issue I was having and asked me to bring my bike in anytime to diagnose the issue and see if they could fix it on site. I came in this morning and met with Mike and another Mike that work together at the service/maintenance shop. The store was easy to find and easy to us their entrance. They figured out the issue I was having on my PowerFly5 e-mountain bike and found a solution I was comfortable with (essentially I had worn out my smaller gears and needed to replace them). I also had a flat they replaced. Bought a couple accessories, had some lube/cleaning done (they also updated my wife’s PowerFly5 ebike software and lubed/cleaned her chain. I bought a ringer bell (wanted one for a while). It was so nice to just come into a professional shop and get everything taken care of and be back on the bike. Thanks for everything.

I recently moved to twin falls, and let me tell yah- this is a 5 star shop! Their lead mechanic, Mike, is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and has given me great advice on my current mountain bike set up. I will continue to go to this shop for any of my cycling needs. Thanks guys!
