Darrell was going on lunch or a break not sure and I asked him about sheet rock and he helped me none of the other workers knew anything and the girl at the check out was rude and told me to press no that I didn't want my receipt printed I wanted it emailed to me and it printed it instead her name was Karina rude rude rude

Arrived for curbside pick up, checked in on the app. Nobody brought my order, so we called and were told to leave curbside pick up and park by the exit. To receive my items took an hour. When you pull up you get the paper and cart left by your car and then you load it yourself.

Checkout system is horrible, and has been for years. Despite having 3 stations in lumber, 8 have only ever seen a maximum of 2 open and that is after the lone cashier finally calls for assistance. There is always a line, and there is no rhyme, reason, or direction, so the line backs up into the lumber aisle which is already full of carts and shoppers so people can't navigate. Checking out is always the longest part of my trip here.

My initial white rock order was lost. One trip to customer service and problem solved. My pallet of rock arrived with in a week.Thats why I always shop Home Depot, problems happen, they fixed it fast!

Location Twin Falls Idaho team member associate Travis the customer relations manager, is a fantastic listener and very helpful in the area of pellet grills. Unfortunately we discovered that the girl won't fit in my car and my residence is far beyond this locations delivery capacity. Nonetheless I will be buying the grill at a closer location and I'm still very pleased and grateful for his assistance.

Too much to choose from. Kinda like the pharmacy. But staff salesmen were great help and friendly. A few upper boss people were lil snooty and noticed they seem to help only well to do classy people or their regulars. I'm not classy but had 1,000.000 to spend on stuff. Instead I just price checked so I could compare prices else where. Also priced appliances for project doing. In stock was low on the smaller apartment size appliances. .

They don't really care about the customers' needs nor stand behind the products they sell.
The staff spends more time off the floor or on their phones, and when you're done, you have to check yourself out and hope you don't have a problem.
Home Depot has lost me as a customer and probably many more.

Lately, it's always been a bittersweet experience. There are great staff, deals to be had, and they usually always have what contractors need at a fair price. Much of the inventory is stored way up high on the shelves in the store, so if you need a pallet or two of product, you could be there, like we were, for 90 to 120 minutes waiting for assistance to get said product from the top of shelves, to the job trailer in the pick-up zone. I haven't seen yet, where management was part of the solution, only enhancing the problem.

My husband and I purchased several things on Saturday from the garden center and a few things from inside the store. Stacy in the garden center was our cashier. I can’t say enough kind words about Stacy, she was so friendly and personable

. My husband and I just moved to Twin Falls and Stacy welcomed us to the area and made us feel as though she were genuinely happy that we had moved here. Home Depot is certainly blessed to have such a cheerful and friendly employee.

Almost everything that store sells is locked up which is ridiculous! The only way you can get any of those items is if an associate happens to be nearby which is a complete hassle! Getting to the point to where your better off shopping online and waiting a few days to get the products in the mail

Online it said it was not going to be assembled. I get there it is assembled and told there is no way to load it. I even offer to drive a hyster or whatever they have to solve the problem they said no. I had to haul it out of the store myself even when I asked if they could unlock one of the garden center gates I was told no. So I dragged the log splitter out by myself and figured out how to get it home. I am not going to shop at homedepot again. This nonsense is bs. They should have called me before hand and told me the situation so I could have brought my trailer or whatever I needed to haul the log splitter home safely. This is beyond nonsense. If they keep operating this way this store is going to go out of business.

The store is always a mess, the app is very confusing when trying to find things, which is my perferred method. When I eventually needed to ask where something was, I was pointed in the general direction, which was hardly any help, as it was a sidestack at the front of the store. When I went to purchase a smart camera, I walked to the back of the store where it said the product was located, saw that there were pick tickets and that the product was in cages at the front of the store. I alerted the employee working at the self check out, and he sent my back to where I gt the pick ticket from. The gentleman in that department then walked me back up front and retrieved the item from the cage and helped me out. Making a customer walk back and fort across the store is not a good look. I only go here when I absolutely need to, and each time has been a disappointment.

Update a year later: Home Depot can just tell customers to go to hell when they come through the door...maybe that would save them time. We wouldn't want the employees to have to be courteous or friendly. I just spent $3.78 for convenience of not going another 1/4 mile to Lowe's. Never again! No wonder it is never busy in this place.

Its ok...way more impersonal than Lowe's and the self check out is annoying. Its impossible to feel welcome at Home Depot anymore...I try to just stick to Lowe's or Franklin.
