I walked in, I was immediately greeted by a friendly salesperson who asked what I was looking for. They patiently showed me different cars, explaining the features and benefits of each. They weren't pushy at all, which I really appreciated.When it came time to talk numbers, they worked with me to find a deal that fit my budget. They explained everything clearly and made sure I understood all the terms. I felt like they really had my best interests at heart. The whole experience was smooth, and I drove off feeling confident and happy with my purchase.

oh my goodness this place. I speak limited car so when i walked into this place for the first time a half hour early for my appointment to have a recall done. A nice salesman ushered me back to the service desk where this amazing employee names Erica had her ducks ALL in a row the area was neat organized and they system she had going on workes well for her in my first 15 she had to let me know it might take longer than they thought. I arrived to a long line of cars and my car was still taken in and 45 minutes later i was done and the cars that were before me also done. ABOVE all i feel like for not even hitting her first 90 days on the job Erica at wes Haney Chevrolet is the most efficient organized amazing service rep i've seen in a long time
Kudos to the guys in the shop too great work so happy.

Today I purchased a new 2025 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 from Wes Haney Chevy. My salesperson, Daniel was very professional and responsive to any questions my wife or I had.
He did not hesitate to send a proposal being fully transparent on pricing and incentives I might qualify for. On my trade they were fair and upfront offering close to others. At no time ,including during our time with Dustin in finance were we pressured or intimidated in anyway. Both employees hold the integrity of the dealership at heart. They say , No Dealer Fees upfront pricing and total transparency
I arrived at 12:00 noon , deal was signed , sealed and delivered by 2:00 pm
I strongly encourage you to give them an opportunity if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle.

DO NOT BUY ! ! ! I made the mistake of buying a new chevy from Wes Haney. At first it was awesome, I thought I had found the dealer to go to. Picking out the new truck was good, putting a deal together was fast and even tho the price was hi, it didn't have a bunch of crap piled on top. I left thinking i got a fare deal. Little did i know, the truck won't even make it back to Valdosta without the check engine light coming on. After 2 years of owner ship it has been one thing after another. This truck has been at one chevy dealer or another for 11 out of the 24 months I've had it. It literally sat at Wes Haney service department for over 8 months and they wouldn't fix it. Tried over and over to get Wes Haney or gm to do something or anything and was told to kick rocks in the nicest way they could. I wish someone had stopped me before i went down this road. DONT BUY A CHEVY AND DONT BUY FROM WES HANEY ! ! ! If you have a problem with your truck nether of them will be able to help you with it

Just a few days ago, I embarked on a 6-hour drive to Orlando, Florida, with my sights set on a specific CT5-V. Using Carfax, I had saved a few cars that caught my eye and was determined to seal the deal. However, along the way, I received a call from Wes Haney Chevrolet. At first, I hesitated to return it, being so focused on my Orlando destination. But something nudged me to follow up, and I’m so glad I did.

It turned out the dealership was less than 15 minutes from my location on the interstate, with the exit just 5 minutes away. I decided to make a quick stop, and that decision changed everything. Wes in sales was nothing short of phenomenal. He’s incredibly personable, honest, and a true straight shooter. Wes worked quickly and efficiently, turning what could have been a 13-hour round trip into me arriving home in a brand-new CT5-V with a huge smile on my face—all in under 6 hours.

The experience at this dealership was as seamless as it gets. There were no hidden agendas, just straightforward, exceptional service. I will absolutely keep them in mind for future purchases and will be recommending them to friends. From start to finish, they were A1. Barney at the live oak dealer in service and the diesel mechanic (didn’t catch his name) were amazing to me today on the way through to the NBHA WORLD SHOW saved me and got me back on the road! Super service in a panic situation!!!

Test drove the vehicle at 6:45pm on Monday, called Tuesday from work saying we wanted it. Shay was able to get all the information from us and we were able to sign for vehicle by 4pm on Tuesday! Couldn't ask for a better experience! Wasn't held at the dealership for hours waiting on different managers. Sticker price is exactly what we paid. No mark ups, no specialty fees for air in the tires! This is the 2nd car our family has purchased this year from Wes Haney, definitely won't be our last!

After trying in vain to get my wife’s car repaired under warranty at Prince Chevrolet in Valdosta, GA (Prince said it would take a literal month to complete and I would be responsible for the tow bill). I called Barney at Wes Haney. Barney not only had the part in stock but he also set me up with a tow truck at their expense AND had the car repaired before lunch the next day! They have a customer for life. I’ll never spend another dime at Prince Auto.

I took my vehicle here after not being able to get it taken care of by a different dealer. They gave me a time that it would take to make the repairs. I came back early to find out it was already finished. Very happy with the service and the people here. I would recommend them.

Worst experience one could have. We scheduled repairs to be done on our car. Planned accordingly to be without a vehicle. It took two days longer than originally told it would. Then we were told that the service manager forgot to order a part and now that part is on back order. They said it was okay to drive , just keep an eye on the oil level. After several weeks of calling and asking they finally had the part.

Trip number two. We had to figure out how to be without the car again. After a week we were told the car is ready. Go to pick car up, and the engine light is still on. I'm told by the manager that the Mechanic had a new helper and he probably forgot to reset it. No problem I said I'll reset it at the house as we needed the car and couldn't wait any longer. On the way home I smell oil. Told they spilled oil and it would smell until it burns off.
Trip number three. The oil smell never went away and the car was running sluggish. Then we are told that driving it so long half fixed caused more issues. They needed to order that part. They get the part and it's back again

Trip number four. They replace the part , the car is done. Finally. Nope.

Trip number five. The car still smells like oil and is not driving right. So they look at it again. Again the mechanic has forgotten to put a gasket on and its leaking oil .they need it again. We are without the vehicle again. This time we get the car back and it's making a new noise.

Trip number six, the part they put on is no guud they need the car again.this time they have a week to secure a loner vehicle.
Trip number seven. My wife drops the car off at the scheduled time. Then is made to sit for four plus hours waiting on the loner car. Which she never got. Drove the car home again without having the repairs done they said they were going to do. Because they couldn't secure a loner vehicle they knew they needed a week ahead of time. Complete incompetence on the service managers part. He doesn't like taking responsibility so I would point that out to him. He gets offendedand becomes short over the phone when you point out the lack of responsibility and competence.

Worst experience ever. Would not recommend. Left a review once before praising these guys but after this absolute lack of professionalism I would not recommend at all..

Edit::: the car is still leaking oil. I have yet to be contacted about any follow up on the service. Just a comment on here saying they are going to look into it. Well the car still isn't fixed.

I brought my Enclave to Wes Haney Chevrolet as my AC was not blowing cold air. I received a call with a diagnosis and estimate to repair it. I also requested an estimate for new tires. After several promises of a return phone call, I had to continually call back over several days myself to ask for the tire quote. I finally received the estimate for tires, and all work was performed to satisfaction. I’m happy with the work done on my car and I’m pleased to say my AC is blowing cold air. I do think they need to improve on customer service and communication, but otherwise I would return for future service.

**Update: I’m sad to say the fix to the car was short-lived. One week after getting the car home, it started blowing warm air again. We took it back and this time they said it was a leak. Supposedly they fixed it, and recharged the Freon with the second visit, no additional fees or charges. Now a month goes by and it started blowing warm again! We now take it back for a third time. The car sat for one week before they even looked at it. No phone call, nothing. Finally my husband called them and now they said the front condenser was bad (previously fixed the rear condenser?) and it was going to cost another $3000?!?!? We already paid them $1800 to fix the AC initially on the first visit. I’m thinking honestly they never corrected the problem, just charged it up with Freon both times and sent us packing. We refused the service and picked up the car. Unfortunately we will not be back to Wes Haney.

Absolutely the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Everyone at the dealership was super nice, no BS fees piled onto the price and they worked with us the whole time. Definitely worth the drive to Live Oak from Jacksonville.

Update: the Preowned Chevy Cruze we bought was junk. No doubt the previous owner had problems with it. The people at the dealership are nice but definitely research the model you’re considering buying before doing the deal; we did not.
