Very disappointed and disrespected. I found the truck I had been looking for in a long time. Reached out, filled the application. Received a payment proposal, I then told them which payment plans I wanted. The following day as I awaited to hear back from them, I had to reach out to them, for them to say they had already sold the truck. Why would the sell the truck if I had already agreed on the payment plan, I was just waiting for the paperwork. I also had to keep calling because they would disappear. Very upset with the dealership.

Sales Consultant Jane Souza was outstanding to work with beginning to end putting our sales deal together for our new truck. Finance department and management were easy to work with and made sure we left with the deal we wanted.

WASTE OF TIME
UNPROFESSIONAL SALESPERSON
on 16th enquired about vehicle which didn't have price. So MARK called n was told price of truck is 89k. So I said carfax saying its overpriced he replied my manager will call u asap.
4 days went by its 21st n no one called Untill I drop a review about my experience. Got call next morning from MARK n said he sorry he forgot with workload.i forgive him n delete my review thinking he might telling truth, gave him my trade info n said I will getback, 2 days later he still getting back last text I had was my manager working on it. What a shady Dealership.
Can't trust salesguy or Dealership.

If I could I'd have this place shut down. I went in to buy a vehicle. Amanda (who was fired) was amazing knowledgeable, polite and was the only pleasant part of this experience introduced me to a camry nightshade. She passed my information to the gm and he seen I had a repo. Her told me if I forced the sale at auction instead of me paying my past due bill he'd get me into the camry 0 down. It took me 3 weeks to agrivatingly force this sale just to say he can't do anything for me. They royally screwed me. They lowered my credit score 80 points that includes the repo being reported and all the hard inquiries I've had to do in the last 3 months because no one will finance me without a substantial amount down . They ruined my life. I lost my job, I'm broke and I had to leave my home because I couldn't pay rent. His actions were unnecessary and it felt intentional even though I've never met this person. I called 2 weeks after and the sales manager chris only contacted me once and never got back to me. I even called the sister companies and they told me there is nothing to do. This is the God's honest truth and I've decided now to go to the bbb, the federal trade commission, my attorney general and, the news about this seeing I tried to do the right thing and not skip over someone's head and I was treated like a meaningless pos. Every call I made was professional on my end and I didn't act like a Karen and now I'm without a home job or money. It's time to make sure they never to this to anyone ever again. 0 stars. Update.....I have called 3x today after seeing the owners response to have this situation taken care of AND NO CALL BACK. I have left 2 messages and nothing. It's time to go to the BBB, federal trade commission and my Attorney General and make some noise. This is unreal. No one at this place cares.

Price too high. They wanted $199.00 to check my Airbag Light that was on. I had scheduled an Oil Change and Tire Balance/Rotation on my 2021 GMC Arcadia, 2 days before. I drove 60 miles but after talking to Mike who seemed to be uninterested in servicing us. He lacked Cutomer Service Skills and was not considerate at all of us so we, my husband and I canceled the appointment and went to Lake City Walmart Auto Center. We are glad we did!
We are Done with Lake City GMC!
Not happy at all the way Mike treated us.

I have bought 2 vehicles from this company. 1st was my 2014 GMC sierra which has been a great truck and a 2020 Yukon Denali which I can’t say the same. 1st off we talked about getting a alignment for my truck and set up a date. I asked while it’s in shop let’s go ahead and do an oil change and tire rotation. My wife took the day off to get that done for me. They took 3 hrs to change oil and tire rotation and never gave me an alignment and charged me $188. 2nd The Yukon we bought the rear trunk wouldn’t open and the finance guy said it needed to be programmed? The driver side strut needed replaced and the air suspension in the rear immediately went out not even a week after bought. Apparently it was one of the finance guys daughter that traded her vehicle in and he was mad we said something about it. And still have to put a couple thousand to get that fixed now. Now a tire sensor light came on and they want $200 just to diagnose the issue and another $200 for the sensor not including labor to install it. I understand things happen and not everything is going to be perfect. But as a business owner I make things right with my clients regardless the issue. That’s business and keeps them coming back. They just want to get every dollar they can out of you and send you on your way. Do not recommended!

I really hate to write bad reviews but Lake City GMC consistently made my purchase terrible. Lets start with the initial purchase of my new 2025 GMC Sierra. I was happy with the price and everything seemed fine till I went home and looked at the contract. I told them I wanted GAP only and come to find out they packed my deal with window protection, service, and a couple other things. I called and they said I should have read the contract closer. I'm a retired military 100% disabled vet and I let them know that so I expected a little more respect then packing my deal. Next I took it in for my first service. I scheduled the appointment and after 2 hours I had to ask for me truck back so I could go to work. Might seem crazy but this upset me so much I wanted nothing to do with Lake City GMC ever again so I traded in on a new Chevy out of Macclenny Fl. You would think this is the end but of course it is not. I canceled GAP and the other items I didn't want in the first place so I could get a refund. Well it's been well over 2 months and I'm still being told the check hasn't come in yet. I was a finance manager at dealership at one time so I know how long these refunds take. It's just another reason why you should never buy anything from this dealership.

The order of what I need done to my vehicle and also made some suggestions of other possible maintenance points. The service was quick and thorough and i was out of there in under an hour. It’s a pleasure doing business with Lake City GMC.

While driving from Fort Lauderdale to Missouri our 2025 Acadia lost transmission fluid. We drove to closest dealership which was Lake City. Mike and Mitch helped us immediately. Their customer service went above and beyond. They got us a rental car so we could get home. They were in constant contact with us and GM until we received our car back. I can't say enough good things about this dealership and their staff.

I came in to get a Jeep.I was trading in my twenty seventeen to compass. They gave me a 2022 Cadillac.
S u v But I kept on telling them I wanted a jeep with a Warranty. that i'm trading in my 2017. The manager.
Over there wasn't listening to what I was trading and they kept on showing me a car. I didn't want a car. I didn't want a Cadillac when I got home. They didn't even give me any paperwork. They did everything over the phone.. I count telling them that I don't do deals over the phone. It seems like they just wasnt listening wanted the money and not give me What i wanted and I came in cuz I talk to tim &he said I can get u in the jeep.so I went there but Tim said he can't do it cuz he was busy so They gave me a guy named Blake. He's boss kept showing me other vehicles that I didn't want.
. I'm Handicap I had i aaccident 15 years am a Trauma
Patient. He wasn't listening to me ar all.. When I got home.
Because he would not tell me what my payments were.
Also, the interest rate was at 18%. And they wouldn't give me the banker that was given me loan. I just wanted to trade My 2017 Jeep Compass. I also told them a week ago.Some guy in a huge white truck hit the back of my jeep.I told them that i'm in the process of getting it fixed. I never had any problems at any dealerships.This is the first dealership that I had a very bad experience. Sincerely nancy

Really it was a little touch and go for a while. I actually left and was quite a ways home when the manager called me and asked me to come back. We got things settled and everything was fine until the signing and I was told the price was increased. After a little stand off we compromised and signed the deal. I love the truck and all in all they were very helpful.

Bought my first car here and it saved my tail! I went to other dealerships shopping around trying to find what I was looking for and you wouldn’t believe, or maybe you would but so many sales people tried to sell me cars with issues or overpriced. Possibly because I was a first time buyer or a girl I’m not sure why, but I knew better and kept searching until I found GMC and I knew right away they were the nicest dealership! They met me with a smile and showed me everything they had within the parameters of what I was searching for and allowed me to test drive and ultimately decide for myself they never once tried to force me into a sale they were so helpful and kind I literally felt like family. They have won my business and my recommendation to any and everyone looking for a car I got the car I Love with a more than fair payment and all the perks I could ask for honest reviewer here I just really appreciate the GMC people for their help and I hope they continue to bless others who are in search of a future car, truck, or suv. ✨

I was needing a truck! I had some difficulty in my life so was not fully focused, trying to figure out what to do. Looked on line found a used truck at Lake City GMC, but was not sure. They convinced me to come out there, one an a half hour drive. They helped me to get the best deal I could have ever wanted on a new truck fitting my budget, plans, an needs. I most highly recommend them!!!

Sales person was very good. The whole process of buying a car is exhausting. It is not dealer specific and there is no reason it should be done this way. The enjoyable part is when you are finally finished and drive away in your new vehicle.

Mason and Garrett were very kind. You do need a second finance officer. The vehicle I purchased was not clean when we got in it to drive home at 7:15 pm. That was very, very disappointing. I was told earlier in the day it would be cleaned and have a full tank. The tank was full, but the truck had a thick coat of dust and pollen, the interior needed to be vacuumed also. Mason said I could come over and get a detail done for free. Which I intend to do very soon.

Was very interested in a used Jeep. Called sales and asked about dealer fees. He claimed that they added $1200 to the price. OK so not a fan of these but all Florida dealers seem to do it. Asked for a proposal for a cash sale. What I received was over $4000 in fees and accessories. This was outside of tax tags and other title/tag fees. It took a $37k Jeep up to $44k! They then came back with a reduction in fees but by now I don't trust them. Deceptive practices sums this up. Buyer beware.

I was interested in a used vehicle they had for sale but then they add on $2000 for the mandatory "Wolf Pack Advantage" on top of their $1200 dealer fee. The car was only $20k so they are adding 10% to the advertised price BEFORE their dealer fee on a used car with 80k miles. Save yourself the headache and go with a dealer that doesn't do shady stuff with their pricing. Plenty of reviews complaining about this - 0 stars - buy elsewhere and save $2k! That's definitely what I'm doing.

This is the only place I get my vehicle serviced. The service advisor Robbie is always polite, professional, and generally very accommodating when it comes to all of my questions and needs. Oil and tire rotation generally takes no more than a half hour. Vehicle seats are always protected, which most dealerships don’t provide. Customer for life.

Arrived for service appt 5 minutes before scheduled time. I was checked in and the truck was in the shop within 10 minutes, maybe less. Service desk staff were friendly while maintaining a professional focus. This is the same level of service I have experienced every time I have been there.

Our 2017 GMC Acadia had reached 100,000 miles and was due for its service. We took the vehicle in mid-morning on Thursday, June 6 and left it with them, as there were many major services that needed to be performed. We received a call about 9:30 am at the car was ready. Being a major service the total cost was less than I expected. Mitch and his service team are to be commended on the excellent service and workmanship they provide. They are a credit to this dealership.
