The Salespersons are top notch. Wish i could say the same for the Finance Manager. Love The New Car. Dislike the handling of the sales when dealing with a Finance Manager who believes in being deceptive and adding thousands of dollars to a sale using deceptive practices. Buyers Beware during the closing!!

I've never bought a car from a dealership before, Tammy Bell walked me thru everything and surprised me by getting everything done there in just a little while. So I drove out of there with a new car. I didn't even know I was getting one today.

The service manager Gene went above and beyond keeping me informed and working to ensure I didn't need anything. The team did a great job.

Took my 2008 Ford F-250 to a mechanic in Lake City, FL, who told me that he thought the clutch packs were bad, but could not be sure and could not repair them as he did not have anyone that specialized in that repair. Then took the truck to Walt’s Live Oak Ford after attempting without success to find a mechanic who could do this type of work. Paid just over $200 to Walt’s for a diagnostic, at which time they told me that it was the clutch packs, and that it also needed body mount bushings. Body mount bushings $2,500 including labor, clutch packs $2,200 including labor. I did not have the repairs done at Walt’s because I was suspicious of their claim that I needed new body mount bushings, since my son and I had replaced them several years ago.
A couple of days after picking the truck up, I got a call from someone at Walt’s doing a survey, and told her of this experience. She said she would have the service manager call me within a day or so. I never heard back from anyone else.
Took the truck to Lake City Ford, paid for another diagnostic to confirm the diagnosis at Walt’s, and had the truck repaired there. It needed clutch packs and a carrier bearing. No mention of body mount bushings. A trip to a tire store a week later confirmed the body mount bushings were good.
This is the second bad experience I have had within a few months with Walt’s. I had taken the truck in for an oil change and had a coupon for the oil change and a tire rotation. When I picked the truck up, I was told that they could not honor the coupon because the lifts were full and they could not rotate the tires. This is not a huge deal, however, with the economy the way it is, we try to save a few bucks wherever possible, and the employee could have honored the coupon.
I bought this truck from Walt’s and up until these last two experiences, have never had a problem. I’m not sure what has happened, but my trust in them is gone and I will not be going back there for repairs, oil changes or to purchase another vehicle.

Gene took great care of my truck. Got me scheduled and called when the parts arrived. Had me in and out very quickly with the repairs.

I worked with Hope and she was able to get me in the exact car I had been searching for. Super quick and easy and I LOVE my new car. Thank you Hope and Walt’s!!!!

They really took care of us like family! We drove all the way from St.Augustine (about 2 hours away) to see a vehicle. The entire team from the sales team to the manager to even speaking to the service manager was pleasant and pressure free. They had an honest answer for every question we had and we have zero buyers remorse! Thank you Walt's Ford for making us feel like we were at home throughout the entire process!

Had a devastating engine failure on my 2019 F350, required partial rebuild and transmission removal. Service personnel were great throughout, very professional and understanding with my frustration over the damage and the cost of repair. Overall, the dealership was great, just wish I had a longer warranty (everyone does), and hadn't had this type of failure that required a drastic repair. I will continue to utilize this dealership and I trust them.

I came back to Walt's because the service department had previously treated me well. I worked with Luke from the sales department, he was awesome and very patient. The finance department process was seamless and fast. I am very happy with my car purchase. I tell everyone to go to Walt's for both their service and sales.

Walts has an honest service department that fixed my car the first time for a reasonable price. I've been taking me car there for years to Quick Lane and have been totally satisfies with the service. Thank you Walts!!

I have gone to waltz Live Oak Ford several times for service and they have been exceptionally wonderful at providing me with exceptional service. I recommend wholeheartedly getting your car fixed with them if it needs repairs.

We purchased a 2018 Lincoln MKX on Tuesday, April 8th, 2025, we got hook-up with just the right salesman, Aaron Fountain, who was phenomenal, absolutely amazing from start to finish and then his follow-up call after the deal was closed just put the icing on the cake, hats off to you Aaron, keep doing what you do, again, thank you and you will be forever remembered!!!!!

I take my truck to them for services and mechanic work. They are fast, efficient, and very friendly. Gene in the service department is very friendly and professional. I know if I leave my truck with him they’ll get it figured out.

I saw a car online that I was interested in and I messaged the dealer about the price with all of the fees and taxes added since I lived a little far away. They proceeded to never answer my question and continue to spam my email with all kinds of creepy and unhelpful messages. Never message them unless you are ready to be bombarded with people who don't actually want to help you.

Needed windshield wiper for the back hatch of my SUV. They had them inside stock and reasonable price. They also honor veterans with a discount. Thank you.

Great place to purchase a vehicle, salesman and finance manager were top of the line with helping make our deal and purchase of a vehicle.

Bought a truck outright less than 2 months ago. I was told it had gone through full inspection and there were no codes or issues. When I got home the TPS came on and a code came up. Now my battery is constantly dead due to an electrical issue.
***Walts replaced the battery free of charge. That's outstanding, considering the price of batteries, however they didn't check the Tps sensors as I requested. So, same issue just taking longer to get back to square one.

Great place, they will treat you like family. I had the pleasure of meeting Luke who I ended up buying a Tahoe from here. He was great all around and I would recommend seeing Luke if you are planning to get into a new vehicle.

The process as a whole was literally the easiest and least stress I've ver experiences when purchasing a vehicle. The staff was amazing and the sales rep Sharon was phenomenal. Made it an easy going process. And we found a wonderful vehicle with payments low enough to afford. So thank you Waltz dealership! Me and my family were about 7 hours into a 12 hour road trip when our '21 F-150 started having alternator issues. We pulled into Walt's Live Oak Ford and Gene took care of us as if we were his family. He quickly got the issue diagnosed and a replacement alternator ordered. Unfortunately the part wouldn't arrive til the following morning. Gene helped us find a hotel for the night, gave us some great food recommendations for the area, and more importantly gave us his personal cell # so while in an unfamiliar area we at least had 1 friend we could call if needed. He made us feel comfortable and well taken care of in such a stressful time. The next morning Gene got us fixed up first thing in the morning and back on the road to finish our trip! THANK YOU GENE you made all the difference in the world for us and our kids. My son just loved interacting with "Mr Gene"!

Had my truck serviced with a full synthetic oil since it is a little higher mileage. Work was professional and done properly. Tech made notes that battery tested a little weak to keep an eye on it and that the brakes probably had another 15 or 29K before they would need replacing. They didn’t try to wrangle me in to buying a new battery or doing a break job but were just honest about what they saw and their opinion so I could make an informed decision.

Mike was great for communicating!! I said, I want my car back the way she was before the flood. Didn’t happen. My insurance paid big dollars to have an unsatisfactory job. Not sure where to turn next. I believed in Ford. One time down and I the customer gets screwed…. Gotta rethink this shop.

Worst dealer I’ve ever been to for service.
Lady immediately tells me they don’t do walk ins on alignments. Like I’m stupid. Didn’t even ask if I had an appointment, which I did. She can’t spell my name right. Quick lane my a$$.
Then tells me they don’t take appointments online while I’m staring at my confirmation email. How about YOU call to confirm MY appointment. SHE said that I should call for an appointment. Don’t do it online. It’s 2024.

Sold me a used low mileage truck and bumper to bumper extended warranty. 2 weeks later truck stopped running. After showing me car fax reports and inspection reports about what a great vehicle this was it turns out that there was corrosive wire damage. By the way warranty did not cover, Walt's did not cover. Manager would not take my calls and when asked to leave a message for Mr Walt, well I was laughed at by the person who gets paid to answer customer questions. He only comes here once in a blue moon she said. It has cost me $2,800 to fix. I have no recourse to take but to warn others.

Quick Lane Tire & Auto Center - I was helped quickly, and the employees were friendly. As I waited, and without eavesdropping, I enjoyed the camaraderie of the employees, from the ones behind the counter and those behind the scenes. Whenever the technicians would retrieve another order, they would take time to speak with the manager, Jalon—mostly respectful banter. In fact, I saw at least four other employees - from different work areas - come to the Oil Change section just to speak with Jalon. I appreciated that the employees were close like that. :)

I previously gave this dealership a good review , But I’m officially retracting it. Not worth the time or money to visit them. Only thing they care about is making money off of you with no concern for The customer. Will never purchased another vehicle from this dealership again. Was offered a fraction of what my vehicle is worth on a trade, it was a joke just so they can make more money on reselling it.
