We have a 2009 Toyota Venza that started to leak water around the panoramic moon roof. Research shows that this was a common issue with the Venza due to Toyota's use of inferior sealing material. We approached Toyota dealerships who refused to fix the problem but offered to replace the whole unit at a tune of 8k. Glass companies also refused to fix as it required the removal of the entire headliner to access the unit. We were directed to CBI. Zach took on the challenge for us without hesitation. He and his crew replaced the old seal and put my car back together. On the way home from picking up the car I found myself in a heavy rainstorm. Needless to say I was elated that my car was once again water tight. I no longer have to worry about the weather and look forward to many more years driving the car I love. Thanks gang for a great job. I highly recommend CBI.

I called and let the owner know my make and model and that I wanted a Class 1 hitch installed. I drove to the address on the Google search and found that they had moved, not told that they had moved nor given the new address. I called and explained that I was at the old location and would be a few minutes late. We arrived at the new location and drop the car off and walk to get breakfast. Returning about an hour later, found out that he had written down the wrong make and model and year of my car and didn’t have the proper hitch. After waiting another four hours the hitch was finally installed, but it wasn’t the 300 pound capacity weight that I had asked for. After all of that, we were not given a discount, and I would not do business with this person again. I trusted this business because of the reviews that I found that they really didn’t care like everyone stated they did. Disappointment is an understatement!

I’m not sure how you get this $93 of a discount because you wuoted $525 and you charged me $514. How am I supposed to get this $50 credit you should’ve taken it off while I was there because I paid cash. I won’t be back to your business so I’m out of $50 for your screw ups.

We were very satisfied with the work done, they installed leather seats, which look amazing, a Tonneau cover, running boards, and a spray in bedliner, not only did a great job, but were very quick about getting us in and getting the work done. We were very pleased and would definitely reccommend them.

This company has been serving my dealership and family for years. My Honda customer like the leather surface better than factory installed leather. CBI was so kind and genuinely helpful for the work on my 2012 Jeep Wrangler. I fell in love with it all over again after a new 4 inch lift ! The difference in the drive is amazinnnnng (shocks, new tires, steering stabilizer....) I will be back for more work soon !

CBI did an awesome job on my wife’s Nissan Pathfinder. The heated and cooled leather seats are flawless and comfortable. Can’t go wrong with these guys. Extremely professional and their work is the best.

These folks are the greatest. I'm partly disabled and our new SUV did not have the necessary handholds I needed to help me get into it. Because of the SUV's electronics in the front right pillar they could not install a standard grip so they fashioned one from scratch and it works fantastically! Also getting out safely was hampered by the running board we had installed. We discussed the issue and they did some modifications that work and the results look like the running board came that way (professional). An additional request to recover the seat of my mobility scooter with fabric was absolutely perfect. (Vinyl gets hot in the Florida sun!) If you need some custom work done they are the place to go to find answers and solutions that will work for you and look good too! They will also tell you if your idea(s) won't work or be too expensive - honest!
