I love my new Maytag washer we bought 2 weeks ago. We had great customer svc from Ed and Ed. Both gentlemen are a asset to Lowes. The delivery persons also did a good job. We have seen the changes in the stores for the better. Some of us still like good customer service. Keep up the good work.

It's very hot outside and the stores ac is struggling to keep up I actually started sweating. As I was looking for a particular paint I passed a worker several times looking was never asked if I needed help.I had to push a buggy full of cardboard out the way from I would guess someone stocking and employee just looked at me.

This is the worst unmanaged lowes I have ever been in and I've been to numerous lowes . I been to this store numerous times have multiple complaints I purchased a skid of cinder blocks and waited a hour and still no one came to load me so I was done waiting and got my money back .

Went to Lowes to purchase a toro lawnmower today. A simple mixup happened during a credit card, Plus personal check combination. The software put the entire amount towards the check !
Devastating ! Anyways, to keep this short the management team got together and many phone conversations later they had a Devastating situation cleared up perfectly and as fast as possible. They've never had an issue like this and it impossible to prepare for. Thank you very much Mrs Isacc and Mr Dunlap for all the time and effort taking care of this. We are very grateful for the service you provided us today.

The customer service was the first thing that put a sour taste in my mouth for this store. Morning, noon, or night, they all seem like they know nothing or simply just dont want to be there. I also can not grasp the understanding of how a mistake a retailer makes is ever your fault. This is one of the worst locations in America! Go anywhere else, but here, this location has more loopholes in the policy than the 1800 corporate number has heard of. Don't waste your gas time or money. Not sure why there isn't a Home Depot in Orangeburg that's the store worth spending time and money. Home Depot also rights their wrongs and makes sure you leave a happy customer.

Let me get this out of my system. I despise the parking lot at this Lowes. It's weird and it's always borderline chaotic. I also wish we had a bigger store. When I go to the JI or MtP store they have so much more stuff!
But it serves its purpose and I have met some really kind and helpful employees.

worst Lowe's I've ever been to! waited over 45 minutes to get wire out of a cage. no one ever came to help us! Even contacted somebody in management to no avail!! Even had management or anybody in a red vest paged for the fourth time and still ended up walking out without what we needed. they lost they $300 plus purchase! we'll never go back!

Would give zero stars if I could. I asked an employee where could I find door handles and hydrologic arm that you use to prop a door open . He told me he had no idea what I was talking about .He told me to hang tight and he walked off and said he would be right back. He never came back. I found the items on my own. I told the lady at the check out cash register her reply was " we work different areas of the store so we don't know where everything is". I told her we'll all he had to do was tell me that what I was looking for was not the area of the store that he was familiar with and get me an employee that was familiar with that particular area. But he lied and told me he would be right back when he walked off. If you work in a store you should at least have an idea where items are located. And not lie to a customer telling them you will be right back. Guy was an idiot! Home Depot here I come!

The only reason I am giving this location three stars and not one is due to an incredibly helpful employee whose name I believe was Andy. He not only helped me by answering my questions but he also led me to the department I needed to be in. I never receive customer service like this from this location, EVER. I genuinely just feel the above mentioned employee deserved recognition because I was pleasantly surprised by how well this experience was for me. I didn't walk around aimlessly today trying to figure it out on my own because no employees help. It was just nice. Thanks Andy!!

Lazy staff. An item didn't show up in the inventory. Even though I pulled it from the shelf. I was told I could NOT buy the item because it was not in the inventory. How about the manager do what they are paid to do and add the item to the inventory. Sorry store and management

Courteous honest associate assigned in the plumbing department without any knowledge about plumbing. They have what you need. I suggest you know what you need in the plumbing department. DIY, research your project prior to shopping. No plumbing assistance provided!

This is the most unprofessional business I’ve ever been to. If you like customer service that’s rude, lazy, condescending, arrogant, and ignorant, this is 110% the place for you. The inventory on the Lowe’s app/website NEVER matches the actual inventory. 15 minutes ago was the last straw for me, I’m done with this dumpster fire. Red Bank is farther away, but there’s a Home Depot there, and probably an Ace too.

Ran into an extremely rude lazy employee, that stunk, at self check out. There was no out of order sign on self checkout card machines. They came over and told me I couldn't use it, I told them there should have been an out of order sign on the machine, they quickly came back well... I'm not the one who put it there. They were persistent in trying to prove a point, when I asked them not to be rude to me. They rambled on about how they weren't rude, when they actually were! Not my fault there was NO out of order sign on the card machine. This employee was assigned to self check out. So they should know better, and have the common sense, to know that if the technician does not place an out of order sign, and they know the machine is out of order, maybe they should take the time to write and out of order sign. This would make customers aware it's out of order. They had me move to another card machine and guess what....that one was having an issue, as well, lol. And...this employee was quick to shift blame for the first card reader I went to, and then be the idiot to send me to another messed up card reader. More than one card machine was having an issue. I would think if you're assigned to self check out, they would be aware of these issues, which they are!!! cause I ended up clarifying this with another employee, which by the way was really nice, that pointed me in the right direction in regards to what was going on. But will not recommend this Lowe's.

Lowes in Orangeburg, SC has the most horrible customer service/management team ever. We placed an order for over 500.00 of wood to be delivered. Some third party company was given the task of delivering and they did...and sent a picture...but it was to SOMEONE else's house...not us. Hubby walked around property and nothing. So we called and finally got in touch with a manager who completely ducked and dodged our questions and was literally no help at all. All she said was come and reorder the wood in person once we get refunded in 1 to 3 days...maybe...what???? So someone is enjoying the free wood that we need for our home while we are basically left twisting in the wind. We dont have that kind of money to lose. I expected better customer service than that from a manager. I have never seen such blame shuffling and finger pointing in my life. If a third party delivery company is contracted out by Lowe's then Lowes needs to be on top of what they are doing and how their customers are being treated. Smh When she started discuss the policies about contracted deliveries I stopped her and ask what about your customer service policies...and she just said wait for a call and come in the store to reorder. When both myself and my husband asked how can we work to fix this...she said the same thing..WRONG answer. She should have said ok...let's cancel the order and make a new order and refund any difference for delivery and get this order to you ourselves...instead of dodging the issue. What is worse is we were planning on replacing fridge, stove, washer and dryer, and dishwasher at this location. We may be making a drive to Columbia to a store that actually cares about their customers and is willing to help them...and heaven forbid actually deliver those items to OUR HOME. If this is how little you think of your customers and how they are treated...then shame on you Orangeburg Lowes...shame on you.

The nuts and bolts section was poorly stocked or had part but not the other. Example the 5/16 bolts barely in stock with 10, plenty of lock washers but no 5/16 nuts. Further more I helped an elderly man find Eye hooks. No one was staffed in the hardware area. Previous required my wife and I to leave when no one responded to countless pages for help in bathroom / plumbing. Lowes suck an egg!

Called because an order was placed on Friday an in store order placement, was told material would be delivered on Monday , got called by the store at 10am , I then called back 6 different times throughout the day to be put on hold over and over no help, and no material delivered , called the following day still zero help , was hung up on by the delivery driver when asking for the cooperate number , will be showing up there today to speak with the managers , as a customer your poor customer service should not fall back onto the customer

Heaven forbid you try to checkout in the self checkout lane with lumber…. The manager of the self checkout refused to give me the bulk discount on 1x2x8’s and quickly caught an attitude. She then told me that she would not approve the price change after I walked back to the rack and took a picture of the listed discount with purchase of 10 or more (I had 20).

Side note: The lady who was overseeing these self checkouts was nice as could be.

I am currently at Lowe's and can not get the items I need due to the staff using the forklift to move product. This should be done during the closed hours. The other items I need are twisted and low in stock even though there is a bundle on the top shelf. Well I tried again and still no better. You need to get a secret shopper in there to see what is going on with your store. Over the last 10 years I have watch this store go so far down it is sad that the customers have to suffer due to the incompetents of the management and the corporate. Just a shame.

Don’t ask for help you’re not getting any . They took away the cashiers so now that we all work part time , all the actual Assoiciates walk around avoiding eye contact and people contact . Not sure how or why this store is still open with service like this .
