Had the Pleasure of working with Jessie to get myself a 2023 Nissan Armada. He took the time to hear me out about what I needed & wanted in a vehicle. Traveled from Sumter to Manning b/c Jesse B was recommended to me. Glad I did! What I wanted was not on the lot. Jesse communicated with me via text (how I prefer) and he dialed in on a Jeep I wanted. Jesse is a master at his craft. Also, Connie (Finance) was good to deal with also. Not one time was a piece of paper handed to me without Connie explaining what it was in the easiest terms possible.

Worst experience I have ever had with any service department. They were suppose to do a 100% diagnostic an we got 5%. Have had the car for over 2 mths. Warranty paid what they were told was wrong with the vehicle and after they got the money then they started saying something else was wrong. I was told when I walked out they we would have to pay $300 out of pocket and could get the car the next week. Guess what!!! a week and 3 days later i was told the turbo was messed up and or course warranty will not pay anything else do to their crappie diagnostic from the beginning that should have been picked up on computer from day one. Extremely disappointed on the entire staff that handled anything that had to do with my car. I also had someone go and get the stuff out the car they never met and not one person on the premises acknowledged them and ford has the only key to the car and yet got inside the car by opening the door. Be aware just because they have a big name doesn’t mean they have been trained correctly.

Sam and her service team got me back on the road and running ASAP. Never fun when you are traveling and break down. Sam took care of me and my truck as quick as possible getting my truck fixed and allowing me to continue my travels. Super responsive and worked quickly diagnosing the problem then fixing it. Santee Ford was wonderful to work with. Got us the color Expedition I wanted and couldn’t be found inside 200 miles and beat any online price. Brantley, Connie and Scooter had wonderful customer service and were very professional. I highly recommend this dealership and plan to go back for my next truck.

Service department will flat out lie. Been waiting on a jeep recall for almost 5 months now. Contacted mid October and was told they will order parts for the service. Cool, I can wait on parts. I hear nothing for a month or more.. Mid December and haven't heard anything so I called, yeah we'll get you in before Christmas. The date came before Christmas that they gave me I got rescheduled till Jan 6 on the day before dropoff. it's Christmas, people take vacay, they don't want a lot in shop I get it.. Jan 6th rolls around, at 745am (dropping truck off at 8) the service guy calls, says tech is stuck out of state in storm and he would get me soon as got back.. Ok, got it. I called again Jan 15 after not hearing anything and was told it would be March.. by my count that's almost 5 months now... There's no way you can convince me this shop hasn't had a spot open for service in 5 months! Their service manager just keeps throwing excuses. We have purchased a lot of vehicles from Santee Ford but their service department killed me wanting to do any business with them. Take it how u want.

Took my car for oil and water leak. First time I was without my car for a month because the mechanic messed it up. Fixed that and week later it was back in because the car was not right. Well, car went back and forth for a year. Long story short. My engine is shot because of their mistakes and they won't make it right. Now I have no car! Worst dealership I've ever used. Manager did nothing to help fix the problem. Do not recommend!

Garry Commander, was my sales person.I wasn't sure what I was looking for.I told him my budget and he showed me a few cars that were within my limits.He never pressured me into buying, he just simply showed me cars and answered questions.

Ever since my husband passed I find people and businesses take advantage. The service department on the Jeep side told me my warranty had ended. Well it hadn't. They charged me for an oil change and charged it back to Mopar. Also, my tires were supposed to be rotated each visit. It never happened. You may think it's just an oil change ..my car is a diesel....almost 300.00 for a simple oil change ..so, for my oil change, the received right at 600.00. I'm so disappointed in myself for not knowing better, and more disappointed in the fact they think that's ok. Also, my jeep had an electrical problem. Kept calling them, taking it in and they told me repeatedly that it wasn't the car, it was me. I did research and found that the problem with my jeep was common and what they needed to do to fix it. I'm baffled at how shady that service department is. Santee Ford ...DO BETTER! Honestly, after that ridiculous response, if I could do negative stars, that's what I'd give. I've been in sales, customer service, and the service industry most of my life, and never once, not ever would I have thought about responding to someone who spent $50k with me the way Santee Ford responded. Well, that really does say it all. Women beware!!!! Santee Ford will make you wish we still had a horse and buggy....they SUCK!

Getting the right truck at the right price can often be stressful and difficult! Everyone at Santee Ford are great people to work with! Excellent trade-in value and work hard to make a fair deal!! A fantastic dealership experience in a world full of less-than-fantastic dealerships! Pricing was very reasonable, negotiating process was smooth, and all other paperwork was thoroughly explained/thorough. Ameisha was superb, as she was quick to communicate and always helpful/friendly! The process of picking my new vehicle was so easy! Angie was attentive in hearing my needs and was mindful of my budget. Went to Santee Ford, looking to find a service facility for my F150.
My old dealership changed hands and I did not like the new one.
At Santee Ford, I met Samantha the service mngr. she set me up for appt. The personnel are great, facility very well run and efficient. When I arrived for my service, I was promptly taken care of.
Samantha also checked my recalls and ford pass records and set me up to get everything taken care of. I would highly recommend this service dept.
My fishin buddy will schedule his next service with Santee Ford after my telling him of my experience.

I’m being generous, even giving a one star review. Because my family and I went to get a vehicle up there and were turned down. When we went to do the financing, we told the management myself and my cosigner. That they were only allowed to do one credit check. They ran my credit 25 times and my mother-in-law‘s credit 25 times in a row. So I’m going to be taking legal actions due to negligence. And they can go ahead and try to take this post down off of their reviews. But I’m screenshotting this.

I requested to receive information via email- I had two questions that I asked pertaining to a truck I was looking at... I was woken up around 8 on Saturday morning by a call from someone who I am certain wasn't calling from this dealership and probably not even from this country. They were aggressively trying to get me to book an appointment to go in. I wasn't interested in scheduling because I wasn't sure what time I was going to be in Santee and I live over an hour away, and after expressing this a few times and trying to ask a couple basic questions I was rudely hung up on. I never received any of the info on the vehicle, and the call center worker didn't know anything about it. I also got an email from a "Client Experience Manager" which was just a template message and it also had none of the info about anything I asked for on my request- it also only wanted to make an appointment. I'm not sure if this is a Ford thing or just the way this specific dealership is run but if the employees on the lot don't have time to give me a call, I will not be giving them my business and I have decided to move on and will be looking to purchase a different truck from another dealership or company.

I was inquiring about a vehicle online and wanted to know if the price listed is the actual price as the car sticker price. They said for us to come down. It is an 2 1/2 hr drive. My husband wants a ford Maverick but I don't want my time wasted. If it is the price listed they would have a sale. But I don't like the games these dealers play. Either it's the price or not. I was expecting a call back from the manager for the price.

I felt obligated to write this review after my experience with Brantley Herndon and her team of outstanding professionals at Santee Ford. Brantley and the Santee team took my online application, identified vehicles in my price range, locked in financing and a down-payment range all while I was on my way to look at what they had on the lot. They made it effortless on my end and within 4hours of filling out the online application I was driving off the lot with my new TRUCK! Thanks goes to the entire team for just getting it done. I will never go anywhere else as this was the most seemless and haggle free car buying experience I have ever been involved in. Thanks for all you do! Do yourself a favor and save yourself some time and money. Santee Ford is a one stop shop. 6 stars if I could.

I'm not happy with my buying experience. Please read your contracts they will raise the price and not tell you. You agree to one price and once u look at the contract a totally different price and not inform you. I would never purchase from them again or refer anyone to them . Very dissatisfied with this dealership. BUYER BEWARE.

Very frustrated with my experience with Santee Ford. I inquired online about a vehicle. A salesman called me and told me the vehicle was not available. Even though I had just seen it online. I asked them if they had any of that model in stock and they said they had one but would not really give me any details. I told them that I would come out to take a look and opportunity to.

I received a call the next morning from an unknown number. Did not answer it. The same number called me again about a minute later so I answered because I thought it must be an emergency.
It was Santee Ford again. They told me that they had some type of program going on and they wanted to know if I could come in that day or the next day to sit down with the manager. I said that I just wanted to know if they had one in stock and what the price was.

Told me they did have one in stock, he gave me the package and the color for the vehicle. I asked him what the price was. He then told me that I would have to come in and "sit down" with the manager because of some type of program that they had. I told him I was no longer interested because they would not give me a price over the phone.

Why do dealers waste people's time like this? I am pre-approved for a loan, I just need to know the price and when they're available for me to come and purchase the vehicle. I don't want to be part of any program and I don't need to sit down with a manager to find out the price.

This is actually putting a bad taste in my mouth for Ford. This is the third time I have inquired about a Ford Maverick only to find out that the vehicle was never for sale because it was ordered for another customer. Why is it being advertised on a website as available, even has the VIN number for the vehicle, and it's not available for purchase?

Santee Ford is the closest dealership for our Four Escape 2014. Still running smooth, a regular service completed by a certified dealer extend the lifespan of our car for sure. A qualified tech team makes it complete! The cleaning only goes on me. ;-)
