We initially started with a few odds and ends but son realized that Nelson has a construction background and that he can do just about anything! He’s meticulous and thorough. My Wife and I were impressed with Nelson so much that we’ve recommended him to our Brother-in-Law and our Cousin as well as any one else we know that needs light or heavy work done at their homes or office. Nelson is very neat and tidy, but most importantly he does what he says he’s going to do and he ways gets the project done right the first time.
We both feel very fortunate to have found Nelson!
It’s rare to be able to say this about people we’ve engaged with over the past 20 years. Probably his greatest asset is Nelson’s attitude; he’s extremely pleasant and courteous, Honest, calm and his prices are extremely fair. He pressure cleaned our gutters the last time he was as our home (they were completely clogged up) and installed gutter guards at my request for roughly 50% less than the other Guttter companies who had estimated the project ( and I didn’t know that Nelson did this until I asked him), and with the best guard products available.
He is a great guy and we intend to continue working with Nelson now and in the future.

Nelson was a professional installing a new fan for me. The previous base was incompatible with my new fan but he was able to fix it and get it in there no problem. He's fast and reliable and I 100 percent will be calling him again for my next home project!
