Builders FirstSource - Blythewood, SC

I drove almost 40 miles to buy this lumber. I waited over 30 minutes for it to be banded and placed on my trailer. I covered it with a tarp and just got around to using it. Fully 1/3 of the 43 boards are trash. Skinned up, barked, full of cracks trash. This was supposed to be #2 lumber. Worst I've ever seen.

Same as bmc. They charged my company 20 a square foot for framing materials. Over double the national average. They made more than 18 deliveries without anyone ordering. They dropped materials when nobody was there and then after months of trying to get them to come pick up the stuff that we didn’t order they picked up when nobody was on site. They have pictures on their billing site of materials being delivered to a home that isn’t mine. Not even new construction. They also have one delivery picture of materials being dropped in front of a home that already has siding on it. This was framing lumber. They are now taking me to court. They originally billed me over 92000 dollars for 4400 sq foot of framing. They refuse to even audit their own deliveries. They are a nightmare. The normal cost to frame a house at that time was about $9 per foot. Their takeoff system is broken. OVER $20 per foot

Terrible service. They deliver wrong, damaged, scratched, broken, split, warped, mold encrusted stock. They do not pick up their their incorrect deliveries timely for a credit. They sent the wrong $2700.00 sliding door (right slide vs left slide) and want to put it off on Pella. After three months they still have not addressed the issue. They have offered no refund, compromise or exchange on this item.
