Big shout out to the pro team! Chad, Billy, Anna, and others we're some of the most courteous and helpful folks I've dealt with at Lowes. My uncle has been a 27 year, PROUD hourly employee for Lowe's in Maryland and after telling him of my experience he eas very pleased. Thanks guys!!!

Went to get a 2x12x12 for some porch steps needed them cut 4 ft in length, talked to Chris who told me the saw blade is dull,was waiting on maintenance to fix it so 3 weeks later I am still waiting. They should not offer service they can not do.

Their customer service was amazing!! I seldom see workers who ask if you need assistance. Every employee we saw asked us. I used to work in public. Customer service is huge to me. You guys rock!!

My spouse received this item as a gift. It did not work after three days. On her first attempt at returning it, she was informed that she needed a receipt. She simply wanted an exchange for a defective item.

On her second attempt to return the item, she provided a receipt and asked for an exchange for the same item. She was informed that Lowe’s could not do that and offered her a credit on the account. She left your store disappointed.

I understand that the purchase is an inexpensive item, but this is unacceptable customer service. For example, what if she had received a defective purchase from your store valued at thousands of dollars? Would she have received the same treatment?

I like to shop locally when I can, but from now on I’ll shop at Home Depot.

Tbh this is one of the 1st Lowes I've walked into in which the employees asked if we needed help, that usually happens more at HD. Then again those other lowes are closer to bigger cities. But the hospitality here is great. Gd job by management there. Or maybe it's that southern hospitality. Lol

We love this Lowe's and have been numerous times since moving to the area last year. It's been a great resource for our home improvement projects as well as for my gardening interests in the new home. Our toddlers love seeing all the flowers in the garden area and the staff have always been so nice and engaged with them. It's a very family friendly location and we've always found everything we needed when there.

I will not shopping at this Lowes anymore. I bought an item on April 17th . I was assured by the Manager that was helping it could be delivered that Saturday. Saturday no item when I called they told me it wasn't in order to be delivered until April 26th. Today on the 25th I received an email stating delivery was postponed until May 10th. When I called I was told oh that item can't be delivered due to it was a repair and a resale. That i could come pick it up or just cancel the order. Oh when I talked to a manager the first time it wasn't delivered I got a run around and him basically confrontational . I asked a number for a district manager or regional to call, I was told they didn't have those. That I didn't have anything to complain about.

I've been ordering online all the time and picking it up and they've always had everything I've ever asked for already, even this big giant wheelbarrow

I came to Lowe's on Saturday and I had to sit down because I had my little grandson with me because my girl had to go take a doo doo in the bathroom. So we sat down on the paint table and was chilling and here are some of the pictures that we took while we were chilling. Everybody was super cool about us. Just chilling out so if you need a place to chill on the Sunday afternoon you know where to go the paint table at Lowe's

Waited for over a half hour for an associate in the appliance section of the Reidsville location. There were two associates in the area and both were assisting one customer. Both associates knew I had been waiting and neither asked if I needed anything. I guess they'll never know. On my way to Home Depot.

Not only are they following in Walmarts foot steps by not having enough employees to help, but they make us ring up and pay for our own things!
I guarantee you if Home Depot was around here, Lowe’s would almost have to shut down because Home Depot stores have employees even at the registers!
Even Menards up north care about customers and have open registers.
Update: Store employee as well as Lowe’s CORPORATE never call back when they say they will. It’s obvious that they don’t care about the customer spending money there even if it’s several thousand dollars!

ordered an electric lawnmower online, confirmed with Lowe’s employee three days prior to pick up that the ego lawnmower was available and all of the batteries were also present. Showed up today to pick up my order, 30 minute drive from my home and the manager tried to sell me the mower without the batteries for $500 less. The batteries were worth more than the entire mower. I could not recommend this Lowe’s any less, very unfortunate that I spent two hours of my day to travel there and wait For them to basically Tell me they don’t have the item they promised.

Never had a problem till now with returning a item even after the 90 day period All I wanted was to exchange a item not a refund. Nope asked for manager but was refused. Time to look elsewhere for the items I need if this is how you treat people now. Jimmy swift

My daughter and I went in around 8:30 this evening (1/6/24). I was looking for a socket wrench, but had no idea what size I needed. We met a wonderful young associate named Cameron, who not only helped me find exactly what I needed for a great price, but gave me an education, and managed to be very kind and entertaining at the same time! Top-notch experience. Way to go Cameron! Other associates were great too. Awesome job Reidsville Lowe's!

I had an outstanding experience with Lowe’s while purchasing and installing a new water heater. Other places had given me the run around but when I called Lowe’s, the staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful.
Lowe’s connected me with skilled technicians and installers who were professional, timely, and meticulous. They explained every step of the process, from scheduling to installation, making it seamless and stress-free.

If I could give them no stars I would. Went in store on a Sunday. Was told that they could deliver it the next day Monday. On that Monday they sent a text stating they couldn't deliver it until Wednesday between 8:30-12:30. Then they called at 11:00 to inform me it could be as late as 7pm because they loaded it on the back of the truck. As convenient as it is to shop there because it's close to my house, I will drive myself to Home Depot. This has happened twice and I am done giving them my business. If you buy from here don't have it delivered.

Two chuckleheads in the concrete aisle watching my 60 year old husband loading 50 lb bags of sand while they just stand there. I asked them to help him and they start grabbing the half empty bags with four inch holes in them. One of them looks at me like I'm being a Karen for telling him nevermind

I just found out that if you purchase anything at Lowe's and need to return it, make sure you have your receipt because if you don't it will not be accepted. Lowe's will refund your cash or issue credit to debit/credit cards, but without any receipt you receive nothing, except of course to keep the item you wanted to return. We're remodeling our home and have spent about 2K in the last 10 days and needed to return $55 worth of items we didn't need, and we had approximately 10 receipts just not the ones for the 2 items I wanted to return, no gift cards are available anymore so either make sure you need the items or have a very good receipt keeping system; otherwise you'll be stuck with your purchases. I know going forward that I will definitely be looking at Home Depot etc. for other supplies as I feel this is ridiculous. When I questioned customer service about the situation, I was informed that because people steal from Lowe's they no longer offer refunds or exchanges without receipts. I found this very offensive, as I do not steal and don't think I should be punished for what thieves do. I thought they had security services for monitoring, I guess it's cheaper to just punish the honest people instead of catching and prosecuting those who steal. Anyway, I can hardly wait to go to Home Depot tomorrow.

Love this store! They allow our dogs in ( a pit and a Maltese) & offer free air for tires,, and their air machine is safe guarded by yellow poles so it still works !! Workers are friendly and funny. They make you feel as if you have known them for years. It's always a great time shopping at this Lowes store!

Generally a good place for home improvement purchases. Prices are too high for seniors and should be offered a senior discount or a senior buying plan on everyday items.
